Mitsui Garden Hotel Gotanda Tokyo in Tokyo

Pretty terrible experience with the cleanliness of the hotel. The bathroom smelled like mold, there were several hairs throughout the room, it was dusty everywhere, and the worst part was that the bedsheets were stained and we asked room service to wash it but they didn’t. Thankfully the front desk is nice and they gave us a new room which was just as dirty but without the stained sheets. Breakfast is excellent though but not worth the gross room.

The breakfast is a bit repetitive; it was exactly the same every day for several days, without any variety. Furthermore, I need to mention the service. On the morning of the 23rd, the staff at the entrance of the restaurant were constantly chatting with someone nearby. The person handing out meal vouchers kept saying 'sumimasen' (excuse me) at the door, but the staff acted as if they didn't hear, continuing their conversation and leaving people waiting. Also, I had just gotten a fresh plate of food, untouched, and as soon as I turned around to grab a spoon, it was all cleared away. Does my picture look like I had finished eating or didn't want it anymore? What's worse, after realizing their mistake, the staff member actually brought the plate back from the trash for me to continue eating. Who is this supposed to disgust? All the issues are with the breakfast restaurant. All the problems are with breakfast. Is your hotel's restaurant outsourced?
