Great location, super convenient for exploring and dining in Shibuya. The facilities are top-notch, truly excellent. Service attitude is first-class, very satisfied! The food is also exquisite! Highly recommend it! 👍👍👍

The room was incredibly spacious with an amazing view; we could even see Mount Fuji on clear days. The hotel changed the bedding daily, and the pajamas were fresh, pressed perfectly flat, and placed neatly on the headboard every day. The Japanese breakfast at the Japanese restaurant was also excellent! 👍

The hotel has a convenient location with easy access to many of the busiest hubs. The buffet breakfast is decent, but there are definitely better options nearby. I enjoyed walking to nearby areas like Daikanyama, Nakameguro, and Ebisu. After dinner, I cherished some quiet moments. There isn’t enough space for the amenities in the bathroom.

I brought my child and booked a spacious room. The tatami mat, perfect for tea during the day, could be converted into a large bed at night, which was excellent. The room was very spacious, and they provided pajamas and small skincare samples. It was very convenient to get to Shibuya from there. The breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, which was quite good.

This hotel is perfectly located right next to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Sky, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. The staff are warm and courteous. Lying in the bathtub at night, gazing at Tokyo Tower while listening to city pop was a truly wonderful experience. The only minor drawback, which is a common issue in Japan, is that the food isn't quite as good as what you'd find back home; breakfast wasn't particularly delicious. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Soaking in the bathtub while gazing at the beautiful Tokyo Tower view was an incredibly refreshing and delightful moment. The bed linens were very comfortable, the service was exceptional, and the turndown service was a particularly thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

Location: Exiting Shibuya station, there's ongoing construction, so you might need a moment to find your bearings, but it's not difficult to locate, situated directly opposite Tokyo Plaza.

Facilities: The hotel is very modern, featuring a spacious lobby and relatively new room amenities. It comes equipped with a full set of L'Occitane toiletries, and as a delightful surprise, we also received an SK-II morning and evening skincare sample set upon check-in.

Environment: The view from the window is absolutely stunning, both by day and night. I snapped a quick photo, and it honestly looks like a perfect backdrop for a blogger's video – haha!

Service: The front desk check-in service was excellent. However, for a hotel of this standard, the breakfast quality felt a bit basic, with limited options. Coffee and tea had to be brought by staff – I'm not sure if that was meant to make guests feel more pampered or exclusive. Overall, the breakfast was just average, but everything else was great.

It's an older hotel, but the service is excellent and the location is superb. While the room amenities are a bit dated, the size is decent. It's very close to central Shibuya, just a 5-8 minute walk to Shibuya Sky. The hotel is also only a few minutes' walk from the Shinkansen exit, and the subway station is very nearby. There's a convenience store right next door, which is very handy. A pleasant surprise: they even provide skincare products and a hair straightener in the room!

This is the best hotel in Tokyo for all dimensions. It is located in the great location of Shibuya, very convenient for subway, shopping, dining and also close to several shopping malls. The breakfast is nice taste with good view. The room is spacious and clean. Staffs are so helpful and friendly. We will certainly come back again.

Rooms were very clean, staff was great, (their English was totally decent), and the location is right on the Shibuya scramble. Close to the metro, and there are food and shops on the bottom level. Perfect hotel right in the middle of the city.

The location is excellent, with direct access to Shibuya Station.
The hotel is clean and well maintained.
However, the room felt quite small for foreign travelers.
It also seemed that there were no Japanese staff at the lobby, and the English support was not very strong, which made communication a bit difficult.

Excellent location at the heart of Shibuya. The rooms were clean but the overall feel of the place is somewhat dated. The service was excellent. We arrived very late at night and even our taxi could not find the entrance for cars for the hotel, called the hotel and they provided the directions to the entrance/driveway which was above ground

Great stay in an unbeatable location!
The hotel is right above Shibuya Station with a direct view of the famous Shibuya Crossing — you can’t get more central than this. Our room on the 16th floor was very spacious by Tokyo standards, clean and comfortable, though parts of the bathroom felt a bit dated. The staff were polite and helpful, but given the hotel’s large size, service felt less personal. There’s no coffee or tea station in the lobby, which we missed compared to other city hotels we stayed at. The airport limousine bus stops right at the entrance — super convenient for getting to the airport.
