Large hotel with large tasteful spaces and direct link to the Tokyo rail network by escalator within the hotel.
Directly across the road from the Imperial Palace and a short reasonable walk to Tokyo station and Daimaru shopping centre.
Rooms were very nice and clean and quiet.
The best water pressure from a shower this side of the equator - wow. So strong it hurt when shower head put on massage mode.
I enjoyed a wonderful deep tissue massage at the Evian Spa by a delightful tiny Japanese women who absolutely hit the spot, I will never under estimate her again. Many great resturants within and the buffet breakfast was fulfilling.
Again the best atributey of this hotel was the friendly humble staff.

Besides that, the rooms are large and the they have view to the imperial palace. There are bright as there is no building in front blocking the sunlight.
All staff are nice and helpful during my whole trip esp. when the concierge helps me to book the local service. It's one of the best I found in Europe, the US, Macau, and Japan.

I would consider it when visiting Tokyo in the future.
What really set this hotel apart was the incredible service. From the moment you step in the building, your bags are magically whisked away. The staff remember your name and they go to every length to make you feel like you’re the most important person in the world. Specifically Yuma made our stay so much more personable. The lounge manager (I didn’t catch his name, a slightly older Japanese fella) also consistently went the extra distance to make our dining experiences memorable.
I can hardly wait to come back!
