Large hotel with large tasteful spaces and direct link to the Tokyo rail network by escalator within the hotel.
Directly across the road from the Imperial Palace and a short reasonable walk to Tokyo station and Daimaru shopping centre.
Rooms were very nice and clean and quiet.
The best water pressure from a shower this side of the equator - wow. So strong it hurt when shower head put on massage mode.
I enjoyed a wonderful deep tissue massage at the Evian Spa by a delightful tiny Japanese women who absolutely hit the spot, I will never under estimate her again. Many great resturants within and the buffet breakfast was fulfilling.
Again the best atributey of this hotel was the friendly humble staff.

Also, while visiting the Chinese restaurant, we ordered their 1/4 duck, but the rolls were only made with the Duck skin. We were told they dispose of the Duck meat. Crazy! After querying, they brought us another 1/4 duck with skin and meat, but we were charged for it. We didn't even ask for the second portion. Paid for both orders in the end.
I regret booking this hotel. Not worth the high rate.
Besides that, the rooms are large and the they have view to the imperial palace. There are bright as there is no building in front blocking the sunlight.
