The hotel breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options, and they're all delicious with a great variety. The service was also incredibly thoughtful; they immediately approved my request for a late check-out, which made for an excellent experience.

This area has a very Japanese vibe and is popular for business. Even during leisure periods, many locals come to check it out. There are also plenty of restaurants, which is very convenient.

The staff are well-trained, and multi-language support (including Chinese) ensures smooth communication for international guests. Room cleanliness standards are rigorous, and concierge services are efficient and precise. Details like turndown service, laundry, and butler cupboards balance a sense of luxury with privacy. It's especially suitable for high-end business travel and international client entertainment, offering a consistently excellent and often exceeding expectation service experience.

Had a wonderful experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the service was exceptional. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The environment was also very pleasant. They even have staff who speak Chinese, which was a nice touch. I especially loved the underfloor heating in the room and bathroom, and there's a small sauna too. The service truly stood out; everyone was so friendly and always smiling. I'm definitely planning to stay here again in May. Oh, and a big plus is its proximity to Suntory Hall – it was only a 10-minute walk, perfect for when I went to a concert. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Since it's close to the embassies, you'll see a lot of Westerners around.

The hotel had some nice touches, like small gifts, and they even gave me a box of chocolates for my birthday, though it felt a bit like an afterthought. Other services were pretty good, especially considering the price point. Both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were decent. However, room service was absolutely terrible and I highly recommend avoiding it – it wasn't inedible, but I'd rather not have eaten anything at all.

This hotel is suitable for staying with older relatives; if you're looking for photogenic spots, this isn't the place as it's not very Instagrammable.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of delicious options. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

It's a very convenience location for either business trip or leisure trip.
The location of the hotel is very convenience to shopping malls and only 22 mins from Haneda Airport. It's really much suitable for visitors which was arrival in Haneda Airport.
