This is a very good hotel in an excellent location, directly opposite a beautiful park and the Imperial Palace. I chose to stay here because it is within walking distance from Tokyo Station, and there is also a subway entrance nearby, which makes getting around very convenient.
The room is spacious, especially compared to many other hotels in Tokyo, and feels very comfortable. The service from the staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive. I also really enjoyed the snacks provided by the hotel; they were delicious and a nice extra touch.
Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

This time I went to see Gaga's last show and stayed at the Imperial Hotel for the first time. My daughter and I absolutely loved it! The service was great, the location was excellent, and it was very clean and comfortable, perfect for families. My daughter didn't want to get out of bed each morning because she slept so well. I found the location incredibly convenient. Plus, the staff were very polite. Last time I stayed at Andaz, the hotel was stylish but felt quite cold, and many of the foreign staff seemed distant. Next time, and the time after that, I will definitely be staying at the Imperial Hotel again.

Imperial Hotel is a must-stay in Tokyo, a classic, established hotel with absolutely superb and thoughtful service! The location is excellent, right in the Ginza CBD, directly opposite Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace. You can walk to countless restaurants and cafés.

The hotel service was excellent, with great attention to detail. However, the bed was a bit hard and the pillows weren't very comfortable. There was also a slight musty smell in the bathroom, and the room felt a bit dry. For an older hotel, it's still very well-maintained.

The service was incredibly attentive, and they even have a Chinese-speaking front desk. The room size is decent for Tokyo, and the location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel amenities are also incredibly comprehensive.

The service was excellent, and everyone spoke fluent English. It's rare to find such high-standard service in Tokyo these days. The century-old Imperial Hotel truly lives up to its reputation. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

This was my second stay at the Imperial Hotel. At its current price point, it offers decent value for money in Tokyo, especially considering that even budget hotels in Ueno can go for over 1,000 JPY. However, to be honest, the hotel's location isn't the most convenient. It takes about 8-10 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station, and the elevator is even further away, which can be a hassle if you have luggage.

That said, the hotel's service is absolutely top-notch. The doorman literally ran out to greet us and helped with our luggage, escorting it all the way to our room.

Cleanliness is also completely trustworthy; the bedding and towels were entirely odorless.

Conferences are frequently held here, with many Japanese businessmen in black suits hurrying about, creating a very solemn and dignified atmosphere.

The service was top notch! Great location and clean room. You can choose your breakfast from 4 restaurants. The breakfast is delicious. I’ll stay here again next time for sure!

In this century-old hotel, which subtly incorporates Frank Lloyd Wright's architectural aesthetics, enjoying a custom meal and a classic cocktail made me truly understand that Tokyo's high-end escapes have always been hidden within these time-honored treasures.
