Tokyu Stay Fukuoka Tenjin in Fukuoka

Really enjoyed our stay here! The location is super convenient, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was definitely a highlight—lots of options and everything tasted great. The room was a bit small, but it was clean and comfortable, so it didn’t bother me much.

Excellent! The showerhead, amenities, and hairdryer in the room have all been upgraded to Refa, which made for a great shower experience. The service was also top-notch, and the room was quite spacious.

The location is fantastic – very close to Tenjin and Canal City, and you can easily walk to Hakata Station. It's also super close to the subway entrance and many popular trendy spots. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The location is 200m walk from Tenjin Minami, which is connecting to the underground shopping street.
Room do not expect to be very spacious, but enough for 2x 28” luggage, with some extra room.
Lawson just downstairs. Good coffee, small bar with great jazz band. within 100m
Nakasu with a lot of local hidden gems just about 600 walk.

Conclusion: personally I will try their Hakata Branch if I visited Fukuoka next time. As it is closer to the station if you travel by train.

Lastly, in general, do not need to worry about airport transfer as the airport is close to the city, the taxi fare is not high and you can just go airport with peace of mind.

Highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are beautiful, the location is great, the breakfast is delicious, and the service is excellent. Every detail is exquisite. I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Fukuoka.

I had a great experience staying at Tokyu Stay Fukuoka Tenjin! The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station and right in the heart of Tenjin, making it super easy to explore the city. The subway connections are fantastic, so getting around Fukuoka and even farther destinations was a breeze.

I highly recommend this place! The room was very spacious, I could easily open two 24-inch suitcases. It came with a microwave, washing machine, and a small fridge. The hotel is within walking distance of Tenjin Underground Mall, Mitsukoshi, and Daimaru. The entire hotel is new and very clean. On the second floor, the front desk offers various disposable amenities and free coffee. Breakfast is served at the Italian restaurant on the first floor; the selection isn't huge but the food is really tasty. There's no extra charge for kids under elementary school age, and that includes breakfast too. The ladies at the front desk were all very friendly. Seriously, this hotel was such a pleasant surprise!

The hotel is within walking distance of Tenjin-minani station (providing easy access to and from Fukuoka airport). There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel for ease of getting around in Fukuoka.

However, the hotel does not have a water dispenser (only an ice machine and coffee machines.
