The room was quite small, but it had a hot spring and they offered free face masks, so I was okay with it.

This hotel was our choice for a family trip. The room we initially booked was actually unavailable, even though it was still listed on the website. Our reservation was canceled, but the hotel apologized and offered us a much better room at a great price. Trip.com even compensated us for the price difference. Thanks to the excellent service from both the hotel and Trip.com, our trip was even more enjoyable. We were also incredibly impressed by the kindness of the hotel staff! ♡♡

The hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk from JR Station and very close to Yodobashi Camera, probably 4-5 minutes away. In the afternoon, the hotel offers complimentary drinks, alcoholic beverages, and snacks. The room is small but sufficient for 1-2 people, though there's only enough space for one large suitcase. Check-in is via a password, and the women's hot bath on the third floor also requires a password for entry. The bath isn't very big; 15 minutes is plenty as it gets quite hot.

Great location and the breakfast was excellent! The accommodation itself was also very good. I was a bit worried since it was our first stop, but it exceeded my expectations! Most of all, I was really touched by how friendly the staff were!!! Thank you ❤️❤️

not close to Hakata station but you can walk within 10 minute from Hakata Station, Reasonable price, nice hot spring bath but Hot spring bath room is very small, near Convenience store, Comfortable place to stay in Hakata. Convenience location to get around

Location is a bit far from Hakata Station if you carrying a heavy luggage.
Toilet is smelly & curtain was dusty.
