STOP.
You think you may have gotten a good deal, but stop. You're essentially about to stay at a slightly bigger and more overpriced capsule hotel.
The same ineffective "air conditioning" (a fan) and uncomfortable bed. With the added fun of a bathroom absolutely riddled with mold.
But really, it's just the heat that is ruining my stay. Maybe it's fine staying here in the winter, but not now. It's like trying to sleep in a steam room. Hot and humid. I can't do it. Even with the window open all night. All that does is make it extremely noisy. Surprisingly noisy neighbourhood.
I've spent most of my time here sitting in cold baths...

The place itself is really good since in front of the has the 7-11, Lawson and an ice cream shop which is open until midnight! Walkable to izakayas, bus stations and to transit lines where you can pick in between of Asakasa or Tenjin station.
The rooms are okay and affordable for a tourist for me. Please be aware that you need to pay extra ¥2000 for city tax if you are staying for 5 days aside from that the staffs are welcoming and they have english representatives which is great not having a trouble with it.

From a first glance, the room looked fine. However, the toilet smelt so bad I gagged upon opening it, and gagged again upon closing it. Upon further investigation, there was no discernible cause for this stench, but the smell persists regardless of what we do.

The room was terrible with the smoking odour and they are not going to refund any money although u requested early check out. Just be aware of your exact travel dates and be okay with the smoking odour and severe noise from construction.
We didnt know there was crazy construction going on, so we ended up waking up at 6am due to noise and although stayed in non smoking room, we can still smell smoking odour coming from other rooms through the vent I assume. The staffs are nice but they strictly follow their policy and really have no common sense to help the guests.. I had really bad allergic reaction due to smoking fumes and had to check out one day early.
Another FYI: mould and dead flies were everywhere in the washroom. They are really not aware of hygienic issue in the rooms.
If you are planning to stay here then you should be okay with smoking odour, no early check out(staying term has to be exactly same as your plan) refund, noise from construction, inhaling moulds, dirtiness.

Pros:
In a great part of Daimyo to explore the shops, go to bars and get great food.
For two of us on a weekday it cost about 3400¥
The staff were very professional and welcoming and the amenities provided were all adequate.
Cons:
walls are thin and it's easy to hear guests in other rooms and people outside
On the tenth floor all of the rooms had no smoking on the doors but the entire floor and rooms have a slight tobacco smell.
The parking next to the hotel is expensive at 12h 1000¥
If you're on a budget and want to stay in a fun part of town it's bearable but if you're looking for comfort I wouldn't recommend it.

Small room size by American standards but comparable to hong kong hotels. Price is reasonable considering it is in japan. Interior is bit old and well worn. Breakfast is extra. Walking distance to subway station and bus stop

- location: convenient, right in the tenjin area, near a lot of shops and restaurants.
- facility: room is very small, but due to the peak season (NYE) we were paying about 10k jpy a night. and the room is relatively old ... despite the lobby/hotel front looking so new.
* wifi was absolutely ... bad. very slow and often disconnects.
