Hotel AZ Kumamoto Hokubu Ten in Kumamoto

I stayed at the AZ Kumamoto Kitabu branch today, December 26th. I've stayed here a few times, but tonight the lady at the front desk had a terrible attitude! I called the front desk because there was a strange noise coming from the bathroom exhaust fan. This rude lady... When she arrived, I told her I was worried about the strange noise coming from the bathroom (she replied, "It's probably bugs!"). I replied, "No, would bugs be chirping in this cold December?" (I think it's bugs!) She just kept insisting... When I asked if I wanted to change rooms because it was bothering me... (She said, "If it's bothering you, would you like to change rooms?" in an arrogant tone and manner.) There were no other nighttime staff at the front desk, so I was frustrated... I couldn't sleep... I even banged on the bathroom ceiling, and the strange noise didn't stop within 2-3 minutes... The quality of the staff here has really gone down! I'll never stay here again!
