A wonderful small to mid-size accommodation choice in Nagasaki.
Beautiful rooms and exceptionally friendly staff.
The kaiseki dinner and traditional breakfast were also excellent.
The view over Nagasaki city and port is incredible.
The property is also affiliated with a much larger one next door with access available to the public baths in the other building.

The facility is a little old, but the service is good and the view of Nagasaki city is spectacular.

Place was great for a traditional Japanese experience. Some instructions in English for when to wear the shoes and robes, and how to put the beds together would be helpful.

10. This is an old hotel with a full sense of history. It is suitable for a two-day retreat. Because the hotel is on the mountain, tourists can hardly go out at night. The room design is very reasonable and you can see the panoramic view of Nagasaki.

I booked two rooms with my parents, a family of four. They were on the second and third floors. The receptionist took our passports and registered but ignored us. No one helped me move my luggage. Because there is no elevator, especially since the two elderly people are over 80 years old, they didn't ask us. They didn't greet us when they saw us in the morning, which is a downgrade in service in a Japanese hotel. There are two bathing areas. There are several corridors in the main building, where there is a small outdoor area. No bath towels are provided. We ate in the room at night, which is more private, but the meals for the two days were average, especially the second day, which was cold food. There is a shuttle bus every hour, and it costs about 2,000 yen to take a taxi back. The view outside the window is good and the room is very spacious, which is an advantage.

We were a 70-year-old couple traveling together, and the best thing about it was the amazing night view. It was nice that we could see it equally from all the rooms. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were picked up and dropped off by a minibus from Nagasaki Station, which was convenient. The bath and breakfast were excellent. I would recommend this to my friends. The only thing that bothered me was that the refrigerator motor was a little loud. That said, I was tired from walking during the day and slept soundly.

The view is great. The staff is friendly. It doesn't feel fancy, but I had a good rest. The clam rice and dinner on the second day were especially great.

It depends on personal preference. I like B&Bs, and I like hot springs. I like the night view of Nagasaki.

The scenery of the hotel is beyond words, it is beautiful, but transportation is indeed a problem. There are not many shuttle buses, and the evening ends early. If you have late evening activities, you will basically have to take a taxi back. But the view and service are great.

I don't do much, but I wonder if the night view is the best hotel I have stayed in... I felt that Nagasaki has a good night view from Mount Inasa... This hotel is also below Mount Inasa, but opposite Mount Inasa. If Mount Inasa is a panorama, then is it a point? I feel that the expression is bad, but it is not (^_^;) I asked the hotel staff to make everything good. The food was also delicious.
