Even stay for 4 nights, there is no room cleaning (no toilet cleaning or floor cleaning).

Very nice, neat and clean hotel. Near the center of Naha, but with enough separation to be on the serene side. In front you can find a convenience store, and a couple blocks away the bus terminal. For those not renting a car, this is very convenient, so is the proximity to the Monorail station. All in all a solid recommendation.

Hotel is located in the more residential part of the city in Asahibashi - it is about 8-10 mins walk from the monorail, which is fine if you aren't carrying large suitcases or if the weather holds up.

Still, the hotel has a 7-11 conveniently located opposite it, and a Lawson (+ another 7-11) less than 2 minutes away.

I stayed in the new wing, where the check-in desks and lobby workspace is located. If you can, get the breakfast with your stay - they offer a selection of Okinawan dishes for breakfast.

Very strategic location. Parking available but almost always full by the end of the day but they have a few parking spots a block away so a little walk is needed. Very limited plug points, must bring extension. Near to naminoue shrine and kokusai dori street

We stayed at the main building, furnitures and bed would need a renewal but location was perfect. Overall a good experience not expensive

Nice service and have free welcome drinks! Room is clean and big. Unfortunately there’s no free parking.

A hotel with some brutalism elements in its design, seen a lot of “naked” walls like this here in Japan, anyway the stay was ok, free coffee offered in the morning

Enjoyed my stay at Naha West Inn! Location wise is not an issue as we drove in Okinawa. The room is clean and comfortable, we have a good stay!

Naha west inn was a good place to stay in Naha. Appartment contain everything you need to stay for long time
What should be improved:
1. Not all staff is polite and friendly
(But most are very respectful and mind.) Someone didnt say even hello and goodbye when we checked inn and out. Icomparing.to.other place in Japan that was unrespectful
2. More wardrobes for belongings couod be great
3. 1 bottle of water could be cool when arrive lately
4. More diversity in breakfast food could be great

All hotel staff are very helpful. Two connecting rooms are arranged for our family. The hotel is located within walking distance of the monorail station, which takes about 8-10 minutes. The room is clean and spacious. There is washing machine in the room, which is the most helpful for our 6-night stay. The room is also equipped with a pantry. You could rent cookware from the hotel.
