Pay the parking, when I checked in, nobody was there.
And I had to call the number then I could get the room key…

Hotel Orox is very value for money.

- Great Bathtub in the room
- Spacious room. bed have wheels can shift. It helps as i have 2 huge odd sized luggages for folding Bicycles, I needed the space.
- Appreciate daily Towels change, spare trashbags.
- Hotel Staff did his best to communicate with us despite language barrier and it worked out
- Loved the microwave on my staying level and at the lobby
- Very happy with welcome drinks, tables and seats at lobby and the drinking water refiller at Level 1. Very relaxing.
- Appreciate the free washers provided at the laundry rooms (this is unexpected thank you so much). Dryer need to pay (this is a norm)
- Happy with the 3 supermarkets and Lawson nearby.
- floor 7 relaxation room is nice.

- Take note Hotel room is not very soundproof. I can hear the emergency vehicles sounds, traffic lights, and heavy rain on Level 6. I'm okay with this, the benefits of staying here outweighs this factor.

- I'm a cyclist. Used rinko bag to bring folding bike in and out of hotel. Many places and food are cycle-able from hotel orox. Able to cycle to Naha Bus Terminal or Ryobo Department Store for very good express bus options to Pokemon Center and American Village.
- Yui Rail was near enough to take too. Around 9 minutes walk.

Please understand this is a solid unrenovated dingy 60s type hotel So if you lower your expectations and understand that's what it is this is but what it does have.
-fantastic location 3 stops easy walk from airport
- solid walls very quiet decent AC
- bed is comfortable
- linen was clean and fresh New looking towels
- a bath big enough to use
- 24-hour laundromat opposite
- The fantastic co-op shopping centre opposite seriously the best cheapest sashimi you'll get in Japan worth it just for that store plus lots of other pre-packaged food and general groceries including vegetables
-Post Office just across the road
- A big C type Ultra cheap store just across the road
- The Lawsons 24-hour convenience store just up the road a little bit
- another chain store that sells a lot of household items including all of the personal stuff like creams and lotions
- Aeon mall short walk to monorail and one stop away
- Nice lobby excellent friendly stuff quick easy check-in checkout
So it's a fantastic hotel If your coming in late Or you want to ease your way into Okinawa and have a look around but don't go and expecting good paint pristine It's well worn but everything works

Great amenities and location. 3 grocery stores across the street, a bus stop short walk around the corner and the monorail a little further down. Complimentary coffee at the lobby in the morning and drinks in the afternoon. Having access to the washing machine is great especially when we have launder for a family of four. They arranged the room to be cleaned between our stay but will bring fresh towels every day. Love that the kid’s have a separate space from us.

Rooms smell moldy and feel like no ventilation at all. Toilet also very smelly. Beds not clean, we all have red itchy rash after a night. Maybe bed bug or some insects.

Location is pretty good though.

Can’t park big car in front of hotel.

hotel have 6 parking lot in front of the hotel. it cost 700 yen / days. (it ok for me).
there are supermarket, drug store, gas station around hotel.
10-15 min to Naha Airport.
