Tiny room with an old and very small Queensize (??) bed. Everything seems to be really old, so does the dust in the corners of the room or of the ventilation in the bathroom.
Service was okay... we could convince them to leave our bicycles outside the hotel entrance (no way to leave them at the "luggage storage" inside the lobby).
Drinks like coffee, hot chocolate, tea and soft drinks are for free. Microwave free. Also they have a bath house but no sauna for the girls - unfortunately.
Best option in town.

I had over 10 trips to Japan over the past 2 years and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Except for its location, there is really nothing great about this hotel. It is neither quiet or clean. The toilet smelled pee as soon as I open the door (being even using it). When I turned on the air conditioning, it started giving away this funky smell through the ventilation system. No wonder why they have this non-cancellation policy.

The hotel was very basic and had everything we needed. Close to the train station and near restaurants you can't go too wrong. The only issue was the strong bleach smell we first encountered when we entered the room, and the walls were super thin. We could hear our neighbor coughing and snoring.

Amazing stay, very friendly staff, perfect located and well equipped. I’d stay here another time for sure. And they welcome you with a free cup of coffee, too!

Smoking smell on the non smoking floor. The coffee machine was not working when I want to use. Yet, I am satisfied with the stay overall.

Close to jr station but won’t choose it next time.
Stayed there for two nights as no choice of hotels due to the balloon event.
the twin room is so small and hygiene was not that good, we saw a cockroach in the lobby, probably due to the restaurant next to it.

good quality. good service. Mandarin, English, Japanese are okay.
very convenient. 5 mins distance to the Saga station
both public and private bathrooms are available.
There was also a breakfast available which costs 600 yen but the quality is terrible.
