Stay here for 1 night. It's a business hotel and the room size is ok. Bathroom is on the small side even by Japanese standard . However the hallway and room smell of cigarette even though I'm pretty sure I selected non- smoking room ( which I always do however the booking confirmation did not mention whether the room is smoking or non smoking.) There's no parking on site but several parkings near by that have arrangements with the hotel. You will be charged a fixed rate about 700-800 yens per night. Find out where the parkings are before you arrive. see my photo for a map.
Breakfast was decent with Western and Japanese staples. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Since Japan has very strict liable laws I will only speak about the things I liked. Everything else... The breakfast was okay and we were given two drink tokens. The staff was responsive when two members requested to change rooms. I also wanted to change room but couldn't be bothered. When I NEEDED to, the window could be opened.

The rooms were dated, but the service was exceptional, thanks to the older gentleman at reception. He spoke fluent English and gave us excellent recommendations.

Both Kochi Station and Hirome Market are within walking distance. There is no large public bath, and the bathtub in the room is small. Guests were given a free drink of water. The breakfast was substantial.

A comfortable business hotel, just a seven or eight-minute walk from the Shikoku Expressway Harimabashi Station. It's right next to Obiyamachi shopping street. You can choose a welcome drink when you check in, and the breakfast is also good.

I stayed in a twin room.
One of the beds was large, so it was good for co-sleeping with my child.
We were given a can of beer as a welcome drink.
The breakfast could do with being a little better in terms of quality and quantity, but it was very good value for money.

There was no problem.
There is a massage machine in the room
