In terms of hospitality has to be the worst place I ever stayed, to comic proportions. The hotel was empty but we could not check in early, we were thrown out of the dining room after fifteen minutes even though there were no customers, the vending machine was broken and they refused to help us get our money back and finally we were thrown out of the lobby coffee shop for some unknown explicable reason. Anyone who stays here expect a nightmare. When I complained they smiled and said the manager was unavailable.

Location was perfect as it was very close to the JR station. The local food market was 15 min away. Room size was ok, not too small. Nice staff but didn't speak English. I was asked to pick a time for room cleaning. The furniture looked quite new and I could smell the renovation. The website said no WIFI in the room. Actually, it had. I thought the website had not yet been updated. The major problem was insufficient illumination.

It's located just a short walk from Kochi Station along the main road, so it's convenient for anything you want to do.
The front desk staff were very polite and helpful.

I checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning, so I only stayed there to sleep. I wanted to enjoy the hotel and the surrounding area more. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Super clean, quiet, and comfortable, with professional and friendly staff who were really helpful. We stayed in 4 hotels around Japan on our holiday and the Pacific was our favourite.

It's conveniently located near Kochi Station. There's a Lawson across the street from the crosswalk, so it's convenient for shopping at night.
The receptionist was very friendly and we had a pleasant stay.
There were amenities (makeup, lotion, and cleansing) near the reception, which was helpful.
The room and bed were spacious, and we had plenty of room for two people.
