I stayed here during my trip to Kochi. The staff at the counter were friendly, and the room was clean, so I had no issues during my trip.

The bathhouse is small, but the water temperature is just right. It's close to the shopping street, and parking is very convenient.
The selection of amenities is extensive. While the self-service beverage area has a limited selection, the rest area is quite comfortable.

The triple room was just right for three people; it was very comfortable and clean.

The hotel was recently remodeled, so it was incredibly comfortable. It felt like I was in a brand new room. As is typical for business hotels, the room was small, but it was comfortable and convenient throughout my three-night stay. There's a small public bath (for men) on the top floor, but the large windows prevented any feeling of stuffiness, making for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, right next to Kochi's famous market. Oh, and it seems like Hanwha Eagles players often use this hotel during spring training. I'm not a fan, but it was nice to see them.

It's conveniently located just a one-minute walk from the second tram stop from Harimayabashi. On the top floor, there's a small, but relaxing, compact bath with a great view. Kochi Castle is also nearby, and there's a fun Sunday market on the nearby street.

The hotel is in a good location, and the building appears to be quite old. However, the interior of the hotel and the room decor have been renovated in a modern style. Other than the lock system (not a card key), there's no sense of antiquity, and the cleanliness was sufficient. Considering the end of the year, the price seems reasonable. Unfortunately, I was woken up by snoring from the room next door. The sound was so strong that it felt like the person in the room was snoring. In the end, I woke up in the morning having barely slept that night. Not only was the snoring audible, but the sounds of the TV and the running shower were also clearly audible, and I can't help but feel that the building's structure lacks soundproofing (although I'm sure this varies greatly from person to person). Again, this was unfortunate and disappointing.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but the service is excellent. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate luggage. It's very close to Hiroin Market, and we went to a food stall for dumplings in the evening.

This hotel is a little bit old. The room is small. But the location is nice. 5-minute walk to Hirome Market and 10-minute walk to Kochi Castle.
