The staff were kind. Had some trouble communication using towels. (I don't ask for cleaning the room normally, so I wanted towels in advance. They said 'No', I need to charge for them. Even though I wouldn't ask for extra towels the following day. 🤷‍♀️
Nice location to stay. Nothing cozy or fancy.
I liked the grand bath n ice candies on the 8th floor.
The air purifier in the room needs to be cleaned.

There is a large public bath on the 8th floor, but it is not that big. There is no jet bath or medicinal bath, just a regular public bath. The larger bath is about the size of 8 tatami mats, and the open-air bath right next to it is about the size of 3 tatami mats. There is a washing area for 4 people. It is not a fully equipped public bath, but it is much more relaxing than the small bathroom in the guest room. I think it is a great service that there are several types of small ice cream next to the elevator on the 8th floor, and they are free of charge, of course. Considering the location of the hotel, there is a convenience store very close by, but there is also a Don Quijote a little further away (just under 600m), so it is not too far to walk. With prices rising, it is becoming quite difficult to find a hotel for less than 10,000 yen per night, so it is very helpful to be able to stay at a relatively reasonable price.

The cleaning was terrible.
They made no attempt to hide the fact that they were cutting corners.
The bathroom exhaust fan was covered in dust and the stainless steel was covered in limescale.
The bathtub was rough. It looked like it hadn't been washed.
The air conditioner's vent was covered in mold.
It wasn't working well, so I opened the panel and the filter was covered in dust; I don't know how long it hadn't been cleaned.

It's a shame because the front desk staff who guided me when I checked in were very nice.

I stayed in the Premium (New Wing). It's been a while since the hotel was renovated, but it's still beautiful. The elevator requires a key card, which may be more comfortable for women. There's a large public bath on the top floor, some of which is open-air. They also offer free ice cream.

The desk and chair in the room were nice, so I was able to work comfortably.
