The room was spacious, the front desk staff were friendly, and the bathtub was large – excellent! Parking was convenient and plentiful, and the staff warmly saw us off when we left.

The room had a bedroom, but the first problem was that the toilet seat was cold, and it wasn't a flush toilet. Nowadays, even the service areas on the highway have flush toilet seats. (It was warm.) I took a bath in the hot spring, but it didn't feel like a hot spring spa. The next morning, when I tried to use the unit bath in the room, the hot water didn't come out, which was a problem.

I was able to relax.
The only disappointing thing was that I was in a Japanese-style room
and the carpet smelled like mold.

When I made a reservation online and commented that I would be bringing a pet, I received an immediate email reply and phone call the next day. They were very polite and I was able to head to the site with peace of mind.
We stayed with our family of eight and were provided with a large room for meals, allowing us to dine leisurely together as a family. The food was also delicious.
The hospitality of the staff was also good.
The Japanese-style room was well cleaned, but there was apparently a lot of dust under the bed in the Western-style room.
