There's nothing particularly special around the inn, but you can relax and enjoy yourself inside the inn. The manager is very polite and kind, and the other staff members are also very helpful. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast. 👍 Highly recommended!

The location is a bit remote. The older male receptionist was very helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, but the building's age was evident. The food was quite good, although some dishes were more Western in style, which I didn't really enjoy. I'd prefer some traditional local cuisine. Overall, it was a relaxing hotel.

I visited this inn for work. The sister inn Senjyuan was really good, so I decided to stay here this time! I wanted to relax by myself, so I booked one with an open-air bath. I made a reservation on the day, but they were flexible in their response. The hospitality was reminiscent of Senjyuan, from the moment I arrived until the time I was shown around. The food was also very satisfying, and made generous use of local ingredients. I really enjoyed this traditional hot spring inn.

The inn is located overlooking Mt. Tanigawa. It retains a nostalgic atmosphere, but it has been renovated and is well-maintained. Above all, the staff have a high sense of hospitality. Although I was unable to apply for the nationwide discount due to the website I used to book, they rebooked me and applied the discount. Although it was a standard plan, both dinner and breakfast were plentiful and delicious. In the morning, they cleared the snow from all the cars in the parking lot so that we could leave immediately. I would like to use this inn again if I'm in the area.

Amazing service. Great food. The water is hot! You can feel the history. Highly recommend.
The only downside is that taxi service runs only until 21:00 :( but that is Minakami wide

Really nice ryokan with literary connections. Our welcome note was written on a leaf. Great onsen too.

good survices with warm heart. in the old days, a famous novelist, osamu dazai, stayed here and his memorial room is open.
