I stayed here last year as well. Cheap and basic business hotel. Courteous and friendly service.
Nice place. Looks old(maybe was constructed longer time ago), furniture is not new, but clean and tidy.
Reception is 24/7.
The rooms are automatically locked, so don't leave your keys inside(it's not a card).
Air conditioning is in the rooms. Bath stuff like towels changed every day. There are liquid soaps, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. And other amenities(toothbrushes/pastes, razors, combs...
This business hotel is about a ten minute walk from JR Sendai station, so it's convenient. However, the room is very small - smaller than other comparably priced business hotels and is a super tight squeeze for two people (even two slim women). Toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, hairbrush, and slippers are available, but not sure if I would return unless I couldn't find another hotel close to the train...
Could’ve been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the weird rule that you have to give your room key to reception every time you leave the building - never seen that at any other hotel before.
Front desk service is fast, polite, patient. Appreciate. Room is clean, bed is comfortable for enjoy deep sleep. Location of hotel is convenient, nearby JR station, long haul bus station and city bus station. Also, nearby Morning fish market and convenient store around hotel. Good experience
