Sendai, 1-9-1 Ichiban-cho, Aoba-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel comes with stunning views and guest room is very huge. Comfortable.
Overall nice, great location and the room is comfort
Amazing view and at a quiet area just a few minutes from the Sendai Station. One negative experience was that this hotel basically does not offer any English speaking TV channels and only has access to Youtube or VOD.
Youtube could not be logged in as a guest and the guest is required to login using their personal email accounts. This for me was the 1st time of such an experience ,while staff was...
Located close to Sendai station which is nice
Good, comfortable and big window view
This hotel is supposedly the best in Sendai, so when I visited, I booked two nights to experience it. It's a bit far from Sendai Station, which isn't ideal if you're lugging luggage. We ended up taking a taxi from the station. Since we arrived before check-in, we were able to store our bags on the first floor. Later, after we checked in, a staff member brought them directly to our room. My room type...

Really good for family. Nice hotel. Nice staff. Nice environment. Good breakfast. Good play area for kids. Near sendai train station.
Breakfast was not great and the capacity of the restaurant was insufficient, had to wait for a long time to get in. Employees at the reception do not understand English. Be ready for many families with small children. Rooms a little bit confined.
This hotel is about an 8-minute walk from Sendai Station, so it’s not too far. Since the station is quite large, the distance feels reasonable, and the location isn’t bad at all! The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything looks fresh and clean. Although the staff’s English isn’t very fluent, they are always smiling, polite, and willing to help.
The hotel doesn’t have an onsen (hot spring...
This hotel is very near the Sendai station. I went there with a 3 yo. It is within walkable distance to the Sendai station. When we retrieved luggage after a short day trip to nearby town, we had the option of taking a bus at a bus stop few steps away from the hotel to station too, which is very helpful. The bus runs every few minutes.
Just be careful not to go to a wrong Richmond branch hotel. The...
The location is excellent. It's just two blocks away from Sendai Station. It is close enough yet not directly facing all the buzz. Because it is newly renovated, so it is very modern and clean. The room is huge in Japanese standard. There is a study table and a coffee table, so it is just right for mine and wife's need. I must mention the freebies corner. There are soft drinks, coffee, tea, soup, ice...
The staffs knows how to speak english and it made and help us a lot to communicate with them. Easy check in and check out.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the train station and very convenient for getting around. Overall, everything was good during my stay. The only downside is that the room looks a bit old and the bed is quite firm. If I have a chance to visit Sendai again, I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was just beside the west exit of Sendai station. Link to the mall. Very convenient location. The room size is good. Cleanliness is 👍. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Overall, very satisfied.
Nice view, convenient, clean room, good breakfast, location right at Sendai station. Close to shopping area. Will come back again if planning to Sendai.
The hotel is so near to JR Sendai Station. And there is a lot restaurant nearby. Especially Beef Tounge, you must try when you stay at Sendai.
Convenient location and the Japanese breakfast set is great
The room was neat and clean. The hotel front desk offers Chinese-speaking service and can help you book various tour buses, which is very thoughtful.

Sendai, 1-1-1 Chuo, Aoba-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel provided excellent service, and the facilities were exceptionally clean. The attention to detail throughout the property reflects the quality of a well-managed metropolitan hotel, creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for guests.
This is a hotel I've stayed at multiple times. Its location is super convenient, and the rooms aren't tiny, making it perfect for a layover. The lobby lounge offers complimentary coffee, accessible with your room key. Breakfast is also good with a wide variety of options.
Great location, just near the Sendai station and it’s super convenient for traveler!
The view from the window was stunning, and the large bathtub made for a very relaxing soak. The hotel facilities were excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. First, the service was excellent. Ms. Yoshida at the front desk was very patient during check-in, and seeing I had a lot of luggage, she offered to help me carry it to my room. Second, the hotel facilities are relatively new and well-maintained, and the bathroom design is great. The location is convenient; you can access the Shinkansen directly from the 3rd floor...
The room is clean, quite spacious in a Japanese standard (I stayed with the one in Tokyo in the same group and this is much better) sadly they don’t have onsen or public bath which is a bit disappointing. But the convenience of locating exactly next to the JR station is superb! Before you check in you can actually chill at the lounge with free drinks and nice view. quite relaxing with a good view of...

A very comfortable stay. The hotel is close to Sendai Station and there are several carparks nearby. It was also very convenient to have a FamilyMart next to the lobby on the ground floor. The laundry area is quite small and would have been nicer if there were more machines available. The dryer was unfortunately not very efficient. Service was great and the hotel was very clean. Rooms were of a good...
Friendly staff and good services. Will stay again once back to Sendai
The hotel location is near the shopping mall and 5-10 minutes from the Sendai Station.
However,I will not recommend this hotel If you have rented a car for your trip as the hotel does not have its own car park. There are 3 shared car parks near the hotel and they are quite full on Sat and Sun.
Full set of skin care, face mask, foot mask.
Good location by walking from Sendai station around with department store, shopping store.
Great location. Friendly staff. Good value for money.
Convenient location and quite spacious.

Great location, within 10 min walk from Sendai station, new and clean :)
Good size of the room with walkable distance to variety of shops and restaurants
Everything is good and especially the equipment is very user-friendly!
Also, the room size is big enough to open your luggage !
So far so good. A little far away from Sendai station. Room is keeping good standard of cleanliness.
Very nice and clean. The public bath is a plus for travellers who wish to have one in an urban area. The cost per room per night is also very attractive!!!
The hotel is quite nice, about a 10-minute walk from the station, which is convenient for shopping. Mitsui Department Store is nearby, just across the street. The hotel has a large public bath, which is great for a relaxing soak after a day out. Just try to avoid peak hours.

Very good location. All staff is very helpful. I love Refa hairdryer and shower. Worth for money.
The hotel is quite new, but it's just a standard business hotel. It doesn't offer any significant advantages over competitors like Toyoko Inn; the facilities and environment are pretty much the same. I'm not sure why it's priced higher 🤷♀️ The only unique feature is the Refa hairdryer and shower head, which are both quite good~
Location is convenient. It is close to sendai asaichi and sendai jr station.
However, the washroom is a bit small and there is no space for me to stop the car to drop the luggage
The breakfast was fantastic and delicious. All the staff were very welcoming and could communicate in simple English. They also offer free luggage storage. I'll definitely choose Keihan Hotel again on my next visit.
This was my second stay at this hotel. Coincidentally, it was during a Japanese long weekend, and the room rate for two nights skyrocketed from over 800 to nearly 1500 yuan. The bed also downsized from 1.6m to 1.4m. My experience declined, but that's not the hotel's fault, it's my wallet's fault.
Very good, complete toiletries provided, and excellent hygiene.

Older hotel but everything was clean, breakfast was delicious and service was very nice! Its a bit of a walk from Sendai station but was not a big issue for us.
It was far from the station and the bath water was too hot, but overall it was fine.
It was a very nice hotel. I ended up in a smoking room due to my mistake. Other than that it was comfortable. It's far from Sendai Station, but it's a short subway ride away.
It's convenient, the hotel is clean, and it's one of the cheapest hotels in the area, so I always come back here.
Stayed at the hotel Bel Air in Sendai during an academic conference at Tohoku University. Excellent location and excellent service. Staff are very friendly and hard workers. They are to be commended for their diligence. Definitely recommend staying here.
It’s a great location to go shopping and have dinner in Sendai city. They have great hospitality and clean rooms with Wi-Fi access. It’s nice to get special amenities for women (bath bomb, face pack sheet, make-up remover). Free brewed coffee and water service at the reception. When it comes to the dinner, I recommend Japanese: 銀乃 Ginno, 氏ノ木 Shinogi, Italian: NOTTIvago, Vietnamese: AnNam, dessert:...

The breakfast is highly recommended!
There are many local ingredients and you can grab the taste of Sendai at a glance. Room js clean, with indoor onsen in hotel. Staff is kind. Everything is good!
The hotel is not very close to the JR station, but it is easy to find. The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of options and great taste. The bed is very comfortable, although slightly on the soft side. I appreciate that two pillows are provided per person. The onsen is a bit small.
The room was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. It was quiet, and the hot spring was very relaxing with a good selection of bath amenities, which I really liked. It's also very close to Sendai Station, making shopping and getting around super convenient.
Room is slightly small but good for 4 of us, 2 adults 2kids, the room is clean and the service is good.
Breakfast is delicious. Staff were very polite. Front desk staff were very friendly. Mr. Sato at the front desk spoke good English and was very hospitable.
From the moment we entered the hotel, the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. We were warmly welcomed with a Nespresso coffee machine available as a welcome drink, which was a very nice touch.
The room was slightly more spacious than most hotels in Japan, beautifully designed, and very clean—making our stay comfortable from the start.
During our stay, we experienced the Aomori earthquake. We could...

The room is very spacious and clean. The location is great as it takes around 500 m to Clis Road. There is also bus stop and taxi stand just right in front of the hotel. In addition, there is also subway station in the front. The breakfast is super great and fancy. Highly recommended!!
The location is really convenient as it’s right outside the metro station. Hotel is a bit old but the stay was still comfortable! It’s enough for 2 ppl with 2 big luggage’
The facilities were old, but they were well-maintained and I didn't mind at all. There were beautiful artworks on display in the lobby and elevator hall.
Coming for Jotaro, it is full of the flavor of an old shop from the last century
Everything is great! The environment is also very elegant. The room is in the form of a key, which is very unique and I like it very much.
The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and there was ample parking so I was able to park my car with peace of mind.

We had a great time here
Even we only stay for one night, I feel very comfortable during my stay.
Although it’s a bit far from city centre without direct access to train or metro, it is right next to the premium outlet, offering fantastic shopping options. The outlet was not open on 1 Jan so it was a bit empty. The noble suite is very spacious. I love it
Even we arrived the hotel at mid-night, that male staff came out from his resting room to serve us at.once. The view of our room was facing to the beautiful backyard which are full of tree with autumn leaves, Its location is very close to the oulet with walking distance.
Thanks 斎藤 san help us to resolve our miss reservation , he is really kind and nice. If next time we visit sendai again, we will choose here again, it really good and service is really nice.
We plan to have a trip from 8/30-9/1, but I forget to reserve 8/30-31. Due to we go out side after store luggage, and get back late. They can not contact me directly. Fantastic hotel in a very convenient location. It is close to everything, including Sendai Station, shops, and bus stops, with several convenience stores nearby.

Nice hotel. Comfortable environment. Highly recommended.
The hotel is quite new, and there's a convenience store right downstairs, plus another one across the street. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the station. There's a great sushi place directly opposite the hotel, and near the station, you'll find a fantastic Sendai beef tongue restaurant. There's also a good yakitori place across from that.
It was located walking distance from JR Sendai Station, the area is rather quiet since its at the East area side from the station, the staff were really attentive and helpful, room condition definitely meets every expectation well, especially clean and new.
Definitely recommend this hotel without doubt. There is one time we lost a piece of socks from the laundry room, they were able to found it and...
This hotel is super close to Sendai Station, and the facilities are great – it feels pretty new! There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs which is really convenient. Plus, there's a large public bath on the top floor, perfect for a relaxing soak. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Sendai!
Coming out of Sendai Station's East Exit, which is actually quite lively, you'll find the local supermarket on the 3rd floor of Yodobashi 2. Their tax-free items are even cheaper than Don Quijote's after tax! 😀 You should also try the seafood rice bowl at the restaurant across from the hotel (pictured in photo 2). We had an outstanding stay at Saryo Soen in Sendai. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was exceptional, beautifully kept and very comfortable. While everyone was wonderful, special recognition goes to our room attendant, Suganima-San, who was truly outstanding in her care and service. The chef also deserves praise, going out of his way to accommodate our special...
Because we had to visit a place on the way, we arrived at the hotel late. Check-in was quick but efficient; the front desk and room staff were waiting for us. Dinner was plentiful. The environment and greenery were excellent, perfect for a relaxing vacation.
The staff's service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the layout of the inn were all excellent. The food was lavish in both presentation and quantity, but the quality was a little lacking. Everything else was perfect, so I would like to come again.
The hotel offers a shuttle bus from the JR station to the hotel, which requires reservation but is very convenient. The staff are polite and the breakfast and dinner are plentiful and delicious. The onsen (hot spring) is open until 1 a.m. The rooms are very large. The only downside is that there are many small insects floating in the open-air bath. It's best to soak in the onsen after the cleaning...
The hotel is very new and has good facilities. The courtyard is textured. The service staff is very friendly, polite and enthusiastic. It feels great. It is really enjoyable to take a bath under the maple tree.
One of the most charming Ryokan stay in Sendai. Property is very traditional style, gorgeous huge room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. They served delicious Kaiseki meals, seasonal produce. We enjoyed our onsen experience in the privacy of our room.

The place is very clean, modern and very nicely decorated. The room, dining area and relaxing area can’t be complained. There is a live jazz band performing at night in the lobby area where a huge fireplace is located at the center. Cozy and relaxing indeed. Re meals, buffet styled with a lot of choices available. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

The hotel had a nice view. I contacted them a day in advance and they said they couldn't pick me up from Sendai, only from the train station. When I booked, I saw they could pick me up from Sendai, so I bought a ticket to Sendai. I had no choice but to contact Ctrip. Ctrip's service was quite good; they immediately provided a solution. As soon as I got off the JR line, the hotel was waiting for me 👍. I booked the most basic room, which was small but quite clean. There was no shower in the room.
