The room was dark and quiet at night and the air conditioning meant I could cool the room down when needed, helpful during the unexpected heatwave. Staff were always helpful when I had any questions or requests

Having a convience store next to the hotel was great and only a 15 minute walk from the major train station

Relatively close to the station, not too far from the main shopping district (Cris Road, Parco, etc). The indoor onsen was great but can get crowded so it's best to go during off peak hours

There aren't many inns with hot springs in the area, so it was nice that this one had one. There was also a Family Mart downstairs, which was convenient.

Ever since, I always choose hotels with large public baths when I'm in Japan, so this place holds a special place in my heart

The room size was decent, and the hotel's location not far from Sendai Station was very convenient, as I could walk there.

Great experience from start to end. Staff were amazing and easy to communicate with (some were English speaking). Room was very clean and spacious. Great location for access to transport, shops and restaurants

However, my toilet smell is not good. Onsen is clean but small, overall I think it’s worth for the price and good for couples. Staff is really helpful! Free drinks at lobby

I picked it again this time, and while it's definitely showing its age, the service and cleanliness are still excellent. My only minor complaint is the lack of power outlets by the bed, which was a bit inconvenient

As expected, the breakfast at Hotel Route Inn chains is delicious! 😋 I woke up to a pleasant morning and enjoyed my trip! ✈️ Plus, when I stayed at this hotel, I forgot my charging cable and socks in my room, but they delivered them all the way to my house (and I paid for them!)

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel even offered delicious pan-fried dumplings for a late-night snack. The AEON shopping mall is also within walking distance.

Stayed for one night, was a bit tired so didn't really get to experience the hotel much. The elevator had a strong mosquito repellent smell. The location is very convenient, and the surrounding area is quite bustling

Mitsui Garden Hotel in Sendai is about a 15-minute walk from JR Station, just past the shopping street. There's also a bus stop right outside. The hotel is very new, with a great ambiance and kept spotlessly clean

The breakfast selection is excellent, offering both Japanese and Western options. The service is also top-notch. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time

The rooms were small, and the one I got didn't have much of a room, but I'd definitely come back! First off, the the tote bag of things they gave (which no other hotel does) were already things I brought, but THEIRS WAS BETTER!!! The toothbrush looks and feels cheap, but really, there's a purpose to its flexibility, and the culver's were ergonomic for you to grip

The hotel is pretty good; it's clean, hygienic, and convenient! It's located near the station, about a 5-minute walk. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, so you don't have to worry about where to eat 😂.

This afternoon the detail is AMAZING! Then, there's the breakfast. Most hotels have taken that away altogether, but the breakfast here is nice! The service has been the best in Japan I've had so far!

Room is good although it is small as same as most of hotels in Japan. You have local dishes and hot food station. They have Gyutan, Shiroishi noodle, seafood rice and other Japanese food

Only a bit confusion for parking your car and reception tried to fix the issue. I recommend this hotel for everyone stay in Sendai

Nice Onsen including indoor and outdoor bath, cold bath, sauna, hot jacuzzi 

Guests can also enjoy the Neptune hot springs next door, but there are no private baths. Environment: It's very close to Sendai Port, which is great for enjoying the sea and watching baseball

In autumn, the autumn leaves are beautiful and very comfortable. The Kirin Beer Factory is nearby, and you can book a tour. Downside: It's a twenty-minute walk from the subway station

Hotel all good room clean but located at factory area so a bit far from town. Onsen bath is good and Soba free is delicious.

The room was slightly more spacious than most hotels in Japan, beautifully designed, and very clean—making our stay comfortable from the start. During our stay, we experienced the Aomori earthquake

For this price and at this time, I was genuinely surprised to get such a spacious room, complete with a massage chair! Opening the balcony door at night, a cup of coffee in hand, and gazing at the twinkling lights of the city below—there was a moment where I truly felt moved to tears

The night view from the window is the best, there is a big Kannon-like Buddha statue right next to it, and the room is large and beautiful. The morning meal was also very good

It was a little disappointing that the public bath was smaller than other Route Inns I've stayed at, and the flow of the breakfast buffet was a little hard to understand. The staff were very polite and helpful.

I think it's breakfast (buffet), whether it's corona or whatever, it's close to the + interchange where various delicious dishes are waiting, this is the route-in. There is a large communal bath on the first floor

I searched for a place with a parking lot, a coin laundry, and a large public bath. It's not too far from the city center by car. I'm also satisfied with the rooms and facilities.

Since my workplace is close, I use it from time to time. Route-in is expensive and other hotels offer discounts, but it's hard to lower

It was located walking distance from JR Sendai Station, the area is rather quiet since its at the East area side from the station, the staff were really attentive and helpful, room condition definitely meets every expectation well, especially clean and new

It had live music, free refreshments for guests after 3 p. , and live piano performances in the afternoon. In the morning, there was live organ music, which created a very special atmosphere

There's a great sushi place directly opposite the hotel, and near the station, you'll find a fantastic Sendai beef tongue restaurant. There's also a good yakitori place across from that

I wanted to go to Akiu Onsen and was wondering which hotel to choose, but I chose this one and am very satisfied! The staff were very kind and the hotel was very clean

The hotel offered a free shuttle bus from Sendai station. The food is fine dinning. The service are excellent. The room is clean and tidy.

Supreme hot spring "Ryokan(hotel in Japanese)". You can enjoy several different big bathes. But you should know how to take big bath in Japan. They offer seasonal dinner with excellency. I always enjoy their hospitality

The hot springs are rather unremarkable, and the semi-buffet dinner was particularly disappointing. I've stayed at many onsen hotels with a stay and two meals option, and this one was quite subpar

It is very comfortable for 4 people to live in. The pillows and quilts all have the smell of the sun, which I like. Dinner is a mini buffet with staple food, but it is not too small. There are many and exquisite dishes

The room decoration is a little old, but I can understand it. Overall it is still very good. The service didn't originally order dinner, but after communication, a buffet was temporarily added

I wonder if you can get there without an umbrella even on a rainy day if you go through the covered shopping street. There was a sauna, but the only tidy space was one chair in the bathroom

No women's communal bath? That really diminishes Dormy Inn's value. I specifically chose Dormy Inn for that experience. It would have been even worse if breakfast had been bad.

The name looks new, but the building is old. It was the first time in a long time that I could stay in a hotel that uses an old-fashioned key, not a card key. The facilities are also old, but they were kept clean

There is a big difference between the floor of the room and the unit bath, and I was concerned about the steps (one step) placed in the room. Be careful when you are drunk

The breakfast buffet was a standard business hotel lineup, but it was good. I did not use the large bathroom this time. The large bathroom was for men only

Loved our experience here, despite smokers in the hallway (of a non-smoking floor). The fancy bar was closed while we were there (assume off-season), but the karaoke and izakaya were open and lovely

Do try the house sake from the izakaya, truly great. The set meals, both dinner and breakfast were also amazing. Onsens were great and staff were very accommodating, despite the language barrier

Great onsen hot springs with different temperatures, sit down and stand up showers, and outdoor bath. Daytime onsen use avaiIiable for about 1300 yen. Most staff speak a little English.

For onsen only : Realy great onsen for 1200yen with towel. It's a shame that it's only open from 11h to 15h (last entry at 14h) if you are not spending the day at the ryokan.

For the price, the room was clean, and while it's not a grand public bath, there's a good-sized bath and even a sauna. Plus, the free drink bar at the entrance was a great bonus. It was a really nice place overall

Cheap hotel, rooms dont have carpet, nor do hallways so noise travels well, but it's cheap near city centre and has a small free breakfast, how can you complain!? Plus WiFi! Usual Japanese size room + toilet, but hey when in sendai?! If u want bigger pay a lot more n stay at Washington or APA!

The room was small but enough for one night. The bed was really comfortable as well. The hotel has a Hot Bad that accommodates 4~6 people at once. Really wonderful being able to take a very hot bad at such large place

Only thing bad I have to say about the place is there was this smell of "fresh" paint all throughout. Bothered me a bit, but it was easy to put up with. I will be staying again in October and look forward to it

The hotel is in a walking area to the main shopping district and also near to the central station. The rooms are very small but it’s okay for a single person. There is a 24 hours drink bar on the second floor

There was 1 morning when we woke up, we were greeted with snowy scenery from our hotel room window. We love our room because it is facing the cliss road shopping street. It has beautiful night scenery

The facilities were good and they were very friendly. I thought it was a bad place because I thought it was a place with few foreigners, but it was really nice

The chandelier is also beautiful! But after all it's a chair! Embroidery is good! I think there is some stress that disappears if you sit in that chair and drink coffee!

The price was cheap and it may be a sweet evaluation. What I like most about this hotel is the chairs on the first floor

Japanese hotel at the back of Sendai, by the mountain stream of the Natori River, with a beautiful Japanese garden with 8000 tsubo and architectural beauty in the sukiya style

The chef also deserves praise, going out of his way to accommodate our special dietary needs as vegetarians. Each entree was not only delicious but also beautifully presented
