Spa-Hotels in Sendai

The room was dark and quiet at night and the air conditioning meant I could cool the room down when needed, helpful during the unexpected heatwave. Staff were always helpful when I had any questions or requests. Having a convience store next to the hotel was great and only a 15 minute walk from the major train station.

Room is just too small, bath room just too small. Staffs are trying to be nice but almost no experience. It is all right for one night stay. It does not fit to my needs.

It was fun to be able to see the Shinkansen and local trains from the edge of the 20th floor. It was a nice room. Apa has great amenities. It's rare to get a room like this, so I feel like I got a special deal.

There aren't many inns with hot springs in the area, so it was nice that this one had one. There was also a Family Mart downstairs, which was convenient.

Fantastic location. Surrounded by great places to eat. Five minutes from Sendai station.

The bath and breakfast are great. The coin laundry is also convenient.

Hotel comes with stunning views and guest room is very huge. Comfortable.

Overall nice, great location and the room is comfort

Amazing view and at a quiet area just a few minutes from the Sendai Station. One negative experience was that this hotel basically does not offer any English speaking TV channels and only has access to Youtube or VOD. Youtube could not be logged in as a guest and the guest is required to login using their personal email accounts. This for me was the 1st time of such an experience ,while staff was...

Located close to Sendai station which is nice

Good, comfortable and big window view

This hotel is supposedly the best in Sendai, so when I visited, I booked two nights to experience it. It's a bit far from Sendai Station, which isn't ideal if you're lugging luggage. We ended up taking a taxi from the station. Since we arrived before check-in, we were able to store our bags on the first floor. Later, after we checked in, a staff member brought them directly to our room. My room type...

Hotel nears the Anpanman Meseum,Kids like it so much, Breakfast is good, the location is convenient.

This hotel in Sendai is extremely friendly to international travelers. One of the staff members can speak Chinese, which was incredibly helpful for us. She assisted us with many things during our stay and helped arrange luggage storage before check-in, making everything very smooth and convenient. The room is also slightly larger compared to many hotels in Japan, which made the stay more comfortable...

This was my second stay here, and I honestly think their mattresses are the most comfortable I've ever slept on, even compared to luxury hotels. They offer the perfect balance of firmness and support for my back, making them incredibly cozy. That's actually why I decided to book here again. On another note, the breakfast was excellent! They had a great selection of fermented foods and plenty of plant...

Tiny rooms, BUT the service is 5-stars! Checking in was easy. The rooms were small, and the one I got didn't have much of a room, but I'd definitely come back! First off, the the tote bag of things they gave (which no other hotel does) were already things I brought, but THEIRS WAS BETTER!!! The toothbrush looks and feels cheap, but really, there's a purpose to its flexibility, and the culver's were...

Good location, room bathroom slightly smelly, clean onsen

Unlike most Japanese accommodations, the room was untidy and the public bath was quite dirty.

Very convenient location, with wonderful staffs and great selection of restaurants and food.

Love the hotel, breakfast is nice. Friendly staff. Near train station within walking distance.

Just a five-minute walk from Sendai Station, this hotel boasts charming, traditional architecture. The top-floor public bath is particularly amazing, and the breakfast offers a great variety. I absolutely recommend it and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sendai.

It was very quiet and conveniently located hotel. Quaint elevator!   Need more proper lobby chairs. Both entry doors need to be automated.

The hotel is located near sendai station and staff is really nice! The room is quite big and onsen is superb!! Very clean and comfortable bed and room.

Location is great Very near the train station Room is a bit dated but else it’s clean

Nice food and onsen Hotel a bit far from station so better stay when you have a car. - Room is average, small like usual Japanese hotel. - Breakfast is good and beef stew so good. - Free night soba, i feel like each prefecture have different soba style, Sendai have more fresh and tlil tangy soup. - Onsen is what I love the most, cause they have outdoor area too. In the cold weather is so relax. Also...

B'fst is fabulous, great choice for both Japanese and Western dishes.

No complaints at all! Prefect stay for me. Free ramen at night. 3 mins drive to outlet. Spacious room and Onsen.

Hotel all good room clean but located at factory area so a bit far from town. Onsen bath is good and Soba free is delicious.

The hotel's location is great, and it's very clean. It's on the edge of the city, making transportation convenient, and it's easy to park and refuel. Breakfast is decent, and they offer complimentary noodles in the evening. The hot spring is also a plus, with outdoor pools available. The service is attentive too. Highly recommend!

Good services, very clean, enough space for storage, close to shopping mall.

Great spacious clean room 👍🏻 Have balcony with great Sendai landmark with this beautiful GuangYi 👍🏻 Nearby many restaurants & shop, especially the Aeon mall 👍🏻 Will definitely stay again if we back to Sendai 😊

For this price and at this time, I was genuinely surprised to get such a spacious room, complete with a massage chair! Opening the balcony door at night, a cup of coffee in hand, and gazing at the twinkling lights of the city below—there was a moment where I truly felt moved to tears. The next morning, the sun's glare on the fresh snow of the golf course, with the entire landscape covered in a pristine...

These are wonderful 4 nights in Sendai hill hotel.

Being able to see the sunrise from the balcony of the room is amazing enough! One of the hotels with the best views in Sendai. The service is also very good, very friendly and professional. I will definitely come again.

Breakfast here is one of the things I look forward to. It would be even better if they offered takeaway coffee. Reservations are hard to get on weekends, so I was lucky to get one this time.

The hotel has a 80s vibe so do not expect a very modern interior. But the room is very spacious and clean. Driving is almost a must though

- Due to we didn't buy breakfast so we can not share it,sorry. - For Onsen it's good. - For location it's ok ,easy walk fm Sendai station. - Size of room is ok, it's bigger than other. - But we need service towel & water serve at room if stay more than 1 night i/o request at front desk.

Nice location, very clean room and it was a bit larger than the other business hotels I've been too. Bathroom had a shower-only set-up which was quite good too. Only grouse was the motion-sensitve light at the room doorway which kept switching on each time I turned around near the door when I was unpacking

Good service, they help us store luggage before check in and help us put luggage inside our room after we come back late for check i

Good location, room is a little smaller than the other Dormy Inn, reception staffs were helpful. Hotel surround with shops and restaurants. Sendai station only10 mins.

I very much enjoyed the onsen, the ice cream and late night ramen. The rooms itself are tiny and appear rundown. I had very poor quality of sleep.

Pillow was very bad, it was like 2 inches thick and wrong hard. Bed was hard as well. They did not do room service all 3 days. The onsen is really good tho

You get what you pay for and for a smoker it was ideal , would stay again

The hotel facilities are definitely old. The wallpaper is peeling, and the bathroom fixtures are ancient; water seems to drain out as it comes in, which is odd. The desk is quite large, offering plenty of space for items. The room was cold, and it felt like there was no heating. However, the cleanliness was actually pretty good. It really just needs a renovation.

Good location. Easy access to the train and bus station and the shopping area. Lots of eateries around and convenience stores at both ends of the street. Comfortable stay.

Plenty of amenities to choose from, having a shampoo bar at the front desk and razors, etc. However at our stay, the water was out for all showers and toilets that we could find. Our room had a tobacco scent as it was a smoking room however the windows are unable to be opened leaving it to linger.

The hotel was simple, and the front staff were very friendly, and though the room was clean, it was one of the smallest I have stayed at. It seems to be quite an old hotel, but it’s nicely kept and the location is really good. Several convenience stores close by, and the Sendai station is also an walking distance. The lack of amenities was a disappointment, and during a pouring rain there were no umbrellas...

Decent room for the price. Felt a bit old but it was clean. Had all necessary amenities and close to the shoppijg street. Good for stops while travelling.

We had a great time here Even we only stay for one night, I feel very comfortable during my stay.

Although it’s a bit far from city centre without direct access to train or metro, it is right next to the premium outlet, offering fantastic shopping options. The outlet was not open on 1 Jan so it was a bit empty. The noble suite is very spacious. I love it

Even we arrived the hotel at mid-night, that male staff came out from his resting room to serve us at.once. The view of our room was facing to the beautiful backyard which are full of tree with autumn leaves, Its location is very close to the oulet with walking distance.

Thanks 斎藤 san help us to resolve our miss reservation , he is really kind and nice. If next time we visit sendai again, we will choose here again, it really good and service is really nice.

We plan to have a trip from 8/30-9/1, but I forget to reserve 8/30-31. Due to we go out side after store luggage, and get back late. They can not contact me directly. While we get back at 9p.m and it really getting nervous to know we did not reserve room. Thanks 斎藤 san give us many help, he is really kind and nice, give us many power and let us feel better . If next time we visit sendai again, we will...

First time in Sendai, easy access by car and located in a beautiful out-squirt area close to an outlet and mall. Every guest was treated like a VIP. We’ve got a good deal for nice room and upgraded for less than ¥15.000 to a corner suite, totally worth it! Delicious Buffet breakfast included, served at the garden terrace.

I was surprised with the New year’s soba treat! It’s great! The place is quite comfortable to stay only few minutes away to stroll downtown. I’d like to stay next time of my visit. Thank you!

No women's communal bath? That really diminishes Dormy Inn's value. I specifically chose Dormy Inn for that experience. It would have been even worse if breakfast had been bad.

Good Dormy as well. But this probably will be a slight negative ladies as there is only public bath for men. However, do note, you can ask the front desk to use other Dormy nearby public bath!! Even for guys, the bath is small so it is not the best for usage if there are quite a few people there. So the ticket to use other Dormy bath is a good option which I did use onyado which is just opposite....

The name looks new, but the building is old. It was the first time in a long time that I could stay in a hotel that uses an old-fashioned key, not a card key. The facilities are also old, but they were kept clean. There is a big difference between the floor of the room and the unit bath, and I was concerned about the steps (one step) placed in the room. Be careful when you are drunk. The breakfast...

The cheapest hotel I can get at that day for two person. It has a public bath and free night snacks.

The facilities are old. The bathroom is a step higher than the room, and the old design makes it feel oppressive. If it was about 2,000 yen cheaper, the cost performance would be the same. It's enough as a base for visiting delicious food in Sendai, Shiogama, and Matsushima. It's also easy to access the nightlife.

The hotel offers free parking, afternoon snacks in the lobby, and a rich buffet dinner with local specialties like oysters, beef tongue, and seafood. Breakfast is also a buffet, featuring traditional Japanese options and seafood rice bowls, which is very generous. In the evenings, there's a late-night ramen service and a whiskey bar. The hotel also provides karaoke and a billiards room, so you can...

The room seemed newly renovated, it was quite spacious and comfortable. However, the smell from the wood-burning fire in the lobby at night would waft into the room. It only dissipated slowly after Ctrip customer service coordinated with them to turn it off. We still had to open the windows at night to air it out. I don't understand how their ventilation system works. The hot springs were fantastic...

The room is of good size Additional chairs / table would be nice. The buffets are just so so. The snack bar is very good though.

The hotel room is tidy. The dinner and breakfast are in buffet style. Just very normal buffet food. Food not impressive. If u are looking for good Japanese meals in onsen hotel, this one is definitely not an option. The public onsen is spacious without good view. Booked private bath but was bad, small and completely indoor without any view! Do not recommend paying extra for the private bath. I lost...

We came to Akiu mainly to see Lu Xun's former residence, but the hotel itself was also great. Although there wasn't much of a view outside the window, Akiu Great Falls is just a short drive away. The front desk gave me a room on the top floor. The food, especially, deserves a special mention. My boyfriend ate 6 plates of the freshly grilled beef tongue, but he was still outdone by the Japanese gentleman...

It’s a good paradise. You got to eat and drink both alcoholic and non alcoholic all day long. Like literally all day. Food is not 10/10 but still pretty good, a large variety for dinner and breakfast buffet. Worth going!

Small room, small hotel, don't expect much. The location is excellent though.

It's quiet, comfortable and clean, but I had a lot of problems with the WiFi. The breakfast buffet is very good.

The affiliated parking lot is very nice as you can park until 7pm the next day.

Breakfast is ok , but. Expensive, better is go to out side restaurant

The room is small and a bit old

The facilities were good and they were very friendly. I thought it was a bad place because I thought it was a place with few foreigners, but it was really nice. This is a hotel I definitely want to stay at next time I go on a trip.

We had an outstanding stay at Saryo Soen in Sendai. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was exceptional, beautifully kept and very comfortable. While everyone was wonderful, special recognition goes to Kaneko Toyoko for her great help in securing our room reservations, and our room attendant, Suganuma-San, who was truly outstanding in her care and service. The chef...

Because we had to visit a place on the way, we arrived at the hotel late. Check-in was quick but efficient; the front desk and room staff were waiting for us. Dinner was plentiful. The environment and greenery were excellent, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The staff's service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the layout of the inn were all excellent. The food was lavish in both presentation and quantity, but the quality was a little lacking. Everything else was perfect, so I would like to come again.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus from the JR station to the hotel, which requires reservation but is very convenient. The staff are polite and the breakfast and dinner are plentiful and delicious. The onsen (hot spring) is open until 1 a.m. The rooms are very large. The only downside is that there are many small insects floating in the open-air bath. It's best to soak in the onsen after the cleaning...

The hotel is very new and has good facilities. The courtyard is textured. The service staff is very friendly, polite and enthusiastic. It feels great. It is really enjoyable to take a bath under the maple tree.

Good hotel , clean and worth it……………………………………………………………😊

The location of the hotel made it easy to travel around the city

The rooms aren't spacious but they're cheap. The staff are friendly and it's easy to get around.

Located in Kokubuncho, a relatively busy area, I booked a smoking room. Luckily, the smell wasn't too strong; I opened the window as soon as I entered, and there was practically no odor. The room was a standard small Japanese space. Breakfast was on the first floor and was acceptable.

I stayed here on a trip with a friend. The entire room, including the bed and bath, was clean, and we were able to stay there without feeling particularly uncomfortable. It's a bit of a walk from the station, so it might be a little difficult if you have heavy luggage or the weather is bad, but it wasn't so far away that you couldn't walk. There were various shops around the hotel, such as convenience...

Great location for drinking in Kokubuncho Average service and cleanliness for a business hotel Not many amenities

very good and the counter very nice and helpful!! valuable!!

The hotel has a hot spring with high-quality water, leaving your skin smooth after a soak. The staff are courteous and professional, which is admirable. The food is high-quality and made with fresh ingredients. There's also a small shop in the hotel where you can buy souvenirs and even clothes.

The environment is beautiful and the service is considerate. I stayed for four nights and the dinners were different on all four days. They were very unique and delicious. This is definitely a hot spring hotel worth recommending.

The hotel is on the hillside, but the hotel provides bus pick-up service, great! Large towels are provided in the women's bath for guests to walk to the open-air hot spring. A bonfire is prepared next to the hot spring to increase the atmosphere. After the hot spring, guests can enjoy a massage chair in the women's bath locker room. The only drawback is that the one-night stay with two meals package...

The hotel staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The dinner dishes are exquisitely presented, and the breakfast buffet has a wide selection of food. The bedroom facilities are complete and tidy, and the wet and dry toilets are separated. The hot springs are comfortable, but you need to walk up more than 40 stairs to get to the outdoor open-air bath. The only drawback was that the toilet could...

The food is delicious and has a wide variety Good service attitude of staff Room comfortable

The friendly service and excellent facilities made me feel good. The hot springs were also well-maintained. However, the food was a bit disappointing, being buffet-style. I highly recommend it.

The private insen was very relaxing, but the food was a bit mediocre.

The hotel is located in Akibo Onsen and offers excellent value for money. The onsen is very comfortable, the dinner is a very generous buffet with unlimited drinks, and the rooms are very spacious. I will definitely come back next time.

The drivers are courteous and helpful. Upon arrival at the hotel, guests can enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, and ice cream, a truly heartwarming experience. There are three hot springs, each with its own unique characteristics. The buffet dinner and breakfast are plentiful, featuring delicious sweet shrimp and sea bream slices, tender beef tenderloin, and sweet and soft potato tempura – not to...

Private baths were great. Breakfast was a bit limited. Could have used more snacks at the lounge. Shuttle bus was smooth. Feels a bit pricy for what you get.

Private baths were great. Breakfast was a bit limited. Could have used more snacks at the lounge. Shuttle bus was smooth. Feels a bit pricy for what you get.

Good clear and price reasonable, with free refreshment from 3 pm to 11 pm serve at a ver nice chill restaurant at 3rd floor and all the food are very yummy.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just a bus stop away. The environment is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the dinner was plentiful and delicious. The breakfast was also plentiful. I really liked the hot spring water; it was very clean, with two pools, one outside and one inside. I really enjoyed it.

We didn't order dinner, but there's a hidden gem of a sushi restaurant nearby. It was excellent value for money. The hotel breakfast was a buffet, and it was so good I ate way too much.

The facilities, hospitality, service, food, and baths were all excellent. The free lounge was wonderfully well-stocked. The waitresses were trained by Myanmar staff, and their hospitality was also excellent. I would definitely like to use this inn again.

I've stayed here about 5 or 6 times now, and every visit, the cleanliness is impeccable and the service is excellent. The staff's polite language and their commitment to ensuring guests never feel uncomfortable truly put me at ease. This time, for the first time, I opted for a room-only stay as I wanted to enjoy a relaxing hot spring trip without any interference. (Previously, my best friend and I...

My impression was that it was one of the smaller hot spring inns in Akiu. However, the dining area and large public bath were not crowded, which was nice as I was able to spend my time there in peace. The lounge, which is exclusive to guests, offers all-you-can-drink drinks, including alcoholic beverages, and also serves mini cakes, making it the perfect place to relax after a bath.

The place is very clean, modern and very nicely decorated. The room, dining area and relaxing area can’t be complained. There is a live jazz band performing at night in the lobby area where a huge fireplace is located at the center. Cozy and relaxing indeed. Re meals, buffet styled with a lot of choices available. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

Very nice experience with lounge services all day round Free shuttle available

The hotel service was excellent, and the setting was exquisite and beautiful, especially with the snow falling outside. The large glass windows in the lobby offered stunning views of the snowy landscape, and there were chairs next to the bed where we could relax and enjoy the scenery. There's a snack area, and a fireplace where you can warm up and chat. Snacks, wine, and coffee are all included. Our...

The hotel had a nice view. I contacted them a day in advance and they said they couldn't pick me up from Sendai, only from the train station. When I booked, I saw they could pick me up from Sendai, so I bought a ticket to Sendai. I had no choice but to contact Ctrip. Ctrip's service was quite good; they immediately provided a solution. The indoor soaking tub was okay, but the outdoor tub was very small...

As soon as I got off the JR line, the hotel was waiting for me 👍. I booked the most basic room, which was small but quite clean. There was no shower in the room. The hotel courtyard was beautiful, and there were many activities available, but we hadn't done our research beforehand, so we missed some. The Hirose River Gen Open-Air Bath was stunning, built against the natural scenery, and was the most...

The room was small and didn't even have a bathroom. There weren't even large towels for bathing. You had to use the hot springs. While the food was buffet style, the Japanese and Western alcoholic beverages and food were delicious and plentiful, making it a great value. The natural private bath, Jingmei Oka (for women), had plenty of amenities, but the men's bath was simpler, hence the nickname "Beauty...
