Sendai, 3-1-1 Itsutsubashi, Wakabayashi-ku (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was dark and quiet at night and the air conditioning meant I could cool the room down when needed, helpful during the unexpected heatwave. Staff were always helpful when I had any questions or requests. Having a convience store next to the hotel was great and only a 15 minute walk from the major train station.
Room is just too small, bath room just too small. Staffs are trying to be nice but almost no experience.
It is all right for one night stay. It does not fit to my needs.
It was fun to be able to see the Shinkansen and local trains from the edge of the 20th floor. It was a nice room. Apa has great amenities. It's rare to get a room like this, so I feel like I got a special deal.
There aren't many inns with hot springs in the area, so it was nice that this one had one. There was also a Family Mart downstairs, which was convenient.
Fantastic location. Surrounded by great places to eat. Five minutes from Sendai station.
The bath and breakfast are great. The coin laundry is also convenient.

Very good location near seafood and fruit market .
Love the yummy breakfast. They allow to keep luggages , see photo below.
this is the best hotel. best location. best value for money.
nice breakfast. free drink bar. nice room.
Especially for family with kids and older people. Because is near the station within 8 mins walk.
Location and Cleanliness are good. The room is quite as most hotel in Japan. Staff are good and caring.
Great location near to station within walking distance from Sendai station but some floor still under renovation which did not effect our stay at all

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were so hospitable. Only few minutes away to find the restaurants and shops you like to go. Would love to stay again next time of my visit. Thank you!
Nice atmospheric hotel with great amenities, comfortable room and nice breakfast buffet. Location is well suited for exploring around Sendai
Sendai hotel:
A warm welcome and helpful receptionist to store lugged until check-in. Room was too small for comfort and narrow. Two windows faced a outside passage and could open so bit stuffy. Location is convenient for buses, shopping arcades and walkable to the train station.
The room is spacious but you can feel its age.
The location is great—just a 20-step walk to the shopping street. Even though it's an old building, the service is excellent and everything is clean. Recommended for those who don't mind older facilities

The room size was decent, and the hotel's location not far from Sendai Station was very convenient, as I could walk there.
Great experience from start to end. Staff were amazing and easy to communicate with (some were English speaking). Room was very clean and spacious. Great location for access to transport, shops and restaurants.
Didn’t get to try the spa but looked decent. Would recommend.
The location is really good! Opposite Sendai station and easy to access. We love that we can walking on skywalk through the building, JR Station and hotel. The room is standard for Japanese hotel. However, my toilet smell is not good. Onsen is clean but small, overall I think it’s worth for the price and good for couples. Staff is really helpful! Free drinks at lobby.
very good everything, location is very close with transport station
room was small (normal in jp) but the location was great and it was like 8-10 mins walk from station
1. Very good location, near JR station
2. Air conditioner - not easy to adjust wind direction. So wind may blow to face and cause headaches

Great included breakfast although the room can be a bit small
Easy/clean/superb breakfast - Became a fan of this chain for my JP road trips.
I'm glad that there is a large public bath. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of options. There is a self-service coffee service in the lobby. The location is a little inconvenient.
It's not too far from the station, there are convenience stores nearby, and the breakfast was delicious! The receptionist was also very friendly and I had a very comfortable stay!
The entire facility was clean and nice. The free breakfast was very appreciated. I would like to use it again.
The room had a calming atmosphere and was thoroughly cleaned. The size was just right, allowing for a relaxing stay.
Having a large public bath was an absolute requirement, so although the room was a bit compact, it wasn't too crowded and I was able to enjoy it comfortably.
The breakfast buffet included many local ingredients and was delicious.
The price wasn't too expensive, so I would definitely...

Hotel front desk staffs were all super friendly, able to communicate well in English, helpful and professional. We came to the front desk at 1pm (outside check in time) but the staff kindly let us check in early without even being asked. Our room was clean, has good layout, even though it feels a bit tight if you have multiple big luggages but that's typical for all business hotels in Japan. The hotel...
Great location, just a few minutes’ walk from JR Sendai Station very convenient. The room size is typical for Japan but well-organized and comfortable. Clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped bathroom.
Staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. There are convenience stores nearby, which makes it even more convenient.
The location is perfect for shopping and going to and from the Airport as it is opposite Sendai Station.
Very convenient and service mind. Next to the malls so you will find all you need. Easy to travel plus helpful staffs .
The staff were incredibly attentive. The breakfast was fantastic, and the room was so quiet with excellent natural light. The large bathroom was a real plus – very comfortable! Thank you. I'd love to come back and stay for a few more days next time. The location is super convenient, right next to Sendai Station.
Okay hotel for the price point. Room was clean and the bed was decent. Staff handled check-in efficiently. Nothing remarkable but serviceable enough.

Hotel nears the Anpanman Meseum,Kids like it so much, Breakfast is good, the location is convenient.
This hotel in Sendai is extremely friendly to international travelers. One of the staff members can speak Chinese, which was incredibly helpful for us. She assisted us with many things during our stay and helped arrange luggage storage before check-in, making everything very smooth and convenient.
The room is also slightly larger compared to many hotels in Japan, which made the stay more comfortable...
This was my second stay here, and I honestly think their mattresses are the most comfortable I've ever slept on, even compared to luxury hotels. They offer the perfect balance of firmness and support for my back, making them incredibly cozy. That's actually why I decided to book here again. On another note, the breakfast was excellent! They had a great selection of fermented foods and plenty of plant...
Tiny rooms, BUT the service is 5-stars! Checking in was easy. The rooms were small, and the one I got didn't have much of a room, but I'd definitely come back! First off, the the tote bag of things they gave (which no other hotel does) were already things I brought, but THEIRS WAS BETTER!!! Sendai, 1-2-12 Kakyoin, Aoba-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room was clean. The hotel's location was a bit tricky to find at first; it took some time to navigate the skybridge with my luggage to find the elevator on the first day, but once I got familiar with it, it was fine. It's not far from JR Sendai Station.
Perhaps prices are generally lower in Sendai, as this hotel offers great value for money! It's clean and hygienic, and the room is quite spacious. It's about a ten-minute walk from Sendai Station, and you can get there quicker once you know the way.
After exiting the station, there are two Parco buildings; the hotel is closer to the one on the right. The other one, Parco 2, sells Issey Miyake bags and is less crowded, offering direct tax refunds. The hotel's location is good; if you don't take a wrong turn, it's about a five to six-minute walk from the JR exit. Also, the highway bus to Yamagata Zao departs from bus stop 22, which is also on the...
Pretty good! The bed was huge, and it's super close to Sendai Station. Breakfast was also excellent. I could occasionally hear the train at night, but it wasn't disruptive at all. It's also quite close to Sendai Morning Market, and it probably takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Aoba-dori. Don Quijote is nearby, and I found the Sendai branch to be really well-stocked – they have everything, which...
You can take the skywalk from Sendai Station directly to the hotel. There's also an elevator in a building nearby, so bringing luggage isn't an issue at all. The hotel room was bigger than I expected; my 28-inch and 26-inch suitcases could be opened flat with plenty of space, which is quite rare for a Japanese hotel. You might have to queue during breakfast peak hours, but there's a good variety of...

Very good location. All staff is very helpful. I love Refa hairdryer and shower. Worth for money.
The hotel is quite new, but it's just a standard business hotel. It doesn't offer any significant advantages over competitors like Toyoko Inn; the facilities and environment are pretty much the same. I'm not sure why it's priced higher 🤷♀️ The only unique feature is the Refa hairdryer and shower head, which are both quite good~
Location is convenient. It is close to sendai asaichi and sendai jr station.
However, the washroom is a bit small and there is no space for me to stop the car to drop the luggage
The breakfast was fantastic and delicious. All the staff were very welcoming and could communicate in simple English. They also offer free luggage storage. I'll definitely choose Keihan Hotel again on my next visit.
This was my second stay at this hotel. Coincidentally, it was during a Japanese long weekend, and the room rate for two nights skyrocketed from over 800 to nearly 1500 yuan. The bed also downsized from 1.6m to 1.4m. My experience declined, but that's not the hotel's fault, it's my wallet's fault.
Very good, complete toiletries provided, and excellent hygiene.

Nice food and onsen
Hotel a bit far from station so better stay when you have a car.
- Room is average, small like usual Japanese hotel.
- Breakfast is good and beef stew so good.
- Free night soba, i feel like each prefecture have different soba style, Sendai have more fresh and tlil tangy soup.
- Onsen is what I love the most, cause they have outdoor area too. In the cold weather is so relax.
Also...
B'fst is fabulous, great choice for both Japanese and Western dishes.
No complaints at all! Prefect stay for me. Free ramen at night. 3 mins drive to outlet. Spacious room and Onsen.
Hotel all good room clean but located at factory area so a bit far from town. Onsen bath is good and Soba free is delicious.
The hotel's location is great, and it's very clean. It's on the edge of the city, making transportation convenient, and it's easy to park and refuel. Breakfast is decent, and they offer complimentary noodles in the evening. The hot spring is also a plus, with outdoor pools available. The service is attentive too. Highly recommend!

The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from Sendai Station. They offer a free lounge with welcome drinks, and even complimentary ramen in the evenings. The coffee in the lounge is also quite good.
The welcome drink was great. There were many choices that you can choose, including wine and sake. The soba was available every night and also very delicious.
Very close to train station and is right around the corner for the bus from Yamagata. Front desk service was excellent. They were eager to help and was being very thoughtful.
nearby station, within 5mins walking. room very clean, everynight got free duck soba(80pax) 1st come 1st serve. free welcome drink and free drinks and snack/ice cream @ 5th floor. would definitely stay again, strongly recommnedation
Free drinks, coffee and noodle in lounge, excellent reception services, good breakfast, good performance-price ratio. Good choice for business trip.
Great location, just a five-minute walk to Sendai Station. It's like an upgraded version of a Richmond Hotel, with newer facilities than the usual ones. At night there was someone knocked my room!!
I stayed here last year as well. Cheap and basic business hotel. Courteous and friendly service.
Nice place. Looks old(maybe was constructed longer time ago), furniture is not new, but clean and tidy.
Reception is 24/7.
The rooms are automatically locked, so don't leave your keys inside(it's not a card).
Air conditioning is in the rooms. Bath stuff like towels changed every day. There are liquid soaps, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. And other amenities(toothbrushes/pastes, razors, combs...
This business hotel is about a ten minute walk from JR Sendai station, so it's convenient. However, the room is very small - smaller than other comparably priced business hotels and is a super tight squeeze for two people (even two slim women). Toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, hairbrush, and slippers are available, but not sure if I would return unless I couldn't find another hotel close to the train...
Could’ve been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the weird rule that you have to give your room key to reception every time you leave the building - never seen that at any other hotel before.
Front desk service is fast, polite, patient. Appreciate. Room is clean, bed is comfortable for enjoy deep sleep. Location of hotel is convenient, nearby JR station, long haul bus station and city bus station. Also, nearby Morning fish market and convenient store around hotel. Good experience

For this price and at this time, I was genuinely surprised to get such a spacious room, complete with a massage chair! Opening the balcony door at night, a cup of coffee in hand, and gazing at the twinkling lights of the city below—there was a moment where I truly felt moved to tears. The next morning, the sun's glare on the fresh snow of the golf course, with the entire landscape covered in a pristine...
These are wonderful 4 nights in Sendai hill hotel.
Being able to see the sunrise from the balcony of the room is amazing enough! One of the hotels with the best views in Sendai. The service is also very good, very friendly and professional. I will definitely come again.
Breakfast here is one of the things I look forward to. It would be even better if they offered takeaway coffee. Reservations are hard to get on weekends, so I was lucky to get one this time.

- Due to we didn't buy breakfast so we can not share it,sorry.

- For location it's ok ,easy walk fm Sendai station.
- Size of room is ok, it's bigger than other.
- But we need service towel & water serve at room if stay more than 1 night i/o request at front desk.
Nice location, very clean room and it was a bit larger than the other business hotels I've been too. Bathroom had a shower-only set-up which was quite good too. Only grouse was the motion-sensitve light at the room doorway which kept switching on each time I turned around near the door when I was unpacking
Good service, they help us store luggage before check in and help us put luggage inside our room after we come back late for check i
Good location, room is a little smaller than the other Dormy Inn, reception staffs were helpful. Hotel surround with shops and restaurants. Sendai station only10 mins.
I very much enjoyed the onsen, the ice cream and late night ramen. The rooms itself are tiny and appear rundown. I had very poor quality of sleep.

High CP value hotel. Free breakfast and free welcome drinks. 150+ parking lots
I stayed here for two nights for my daughter's recital. The hot springs were very relaxing. The bed was a little hard, which was a bit disappointing, but if you like a firm bed, it might be fine.
I searched for a place with a parking lot, a coin laundry, and a large public bath.
It's not too far from the city center by car.
I'm also satisfied with the rooms and facilities.
It was a little disappointing that the public bath was smaller than other Route Inns I've stayed at, and the flow of the breakfast buffet was a little hard to understand.
The staff were very polite and helpful.

Good for elderly and families with any age! Huge lobby, High ceilings! Big Western Japanese style room. Large parking lot, free. Have 2 public Onsen…big! Frozen popsicles in Onsen resting location.
We had a lovely time at this hotel. The lobby is beautiful and creates a wonderful first impression. One of the best perks is the complimentary shuttle bus from Sendai; it’s very convenient and only takes about 30–45 minutes, making the hotel feel quite accessible.
We really enjoyed the facilities, especially the four onsen baths (two for each gender) and the ping pong room, which was a fun addition...
Nice and huge place however the building might be on the older side but it’s still good. Onsen view was nice
Stayed one night in the main building. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with good amenities. Our package included both buffet breakfast and dinner, which was a nice touch. At check-in, guests are asked to select their preferred dining times. Since the restaurant can get quite busy, I recommend choosing the earliest slot for a more relaxed experience. The onsen facilities were decent...
The hotel service was good. The lobby was grand and beautiful. On the contrary, the rooms were a bit old. The onsen was great. I tried both the new and old onsen. I personally liked the old one and is has a more Japanese taste. The new one is too modern. The onsen water really made my skin softer. The buffet meals were great. Overall good value for money.
The location is fantastic, right near Rairai Gorge, making it super convenient to explore on foot. The baths are great, open from 5 AM to 1 AM, and always clean and refreshing. The buffet had a wide variety of delicious food. There's also a shop and a massage parlor within the hotel. The room felt a bit dated but was clean and comfortable. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance.

location is great, room is very cramp, but staff is friendly. was easy to get around.
It was close to the downtown area, so I was able to go home immediately after dinner. The soundproofing was good, and the room was clean and comfortable.
If you ask me if it's clean, the building is old and the rooms aren't particularly clean, but it's in the downtown area, there's a convenience store on the first floor, and it's in a very convenient location and the price is cheap! I think it's a good hotel considering the cost performance. I don't have any bad impressions, so I'd like to use it again.
There was a half-drunk plastic bottle of water left in the fridge by the previous guest.
I'm sorry but I felt sick the moment I saw it.
Booked a single non-smoking room for two nights. The lobby is on the 3rd floor and my room is on the 7th floor. The hotel sign looks quite eye-catching on the pedestrian street. From Sendai Station, walk along Nakakucho Pedestrian Street to Ichibancho Pedestrian Street, then walk along Ichibancho toward Hirose-dori. You will see the hotel after you pass Hirose-dori. There is a large 7-11 supermarket...
