The hotel provided excellent service, and the facilities were exceptionally clean. The attention to detail throughout the property reflects the quality of a well-managed metropolitan hotel, creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for guests.
This is a hotel I've stayed at multiple times. Its location is super convenient, and the rooms aren't tiny, making it perfect for a layover. The lobby lounge offers complimentary coffee, accessible with your room key. Breakfast is also good with a wide variety of options.
Great location, just near the Sendai station and it’s super convenient for traveler!
The view from the window was stunning, and the large bathtub made for a very relaxing soak. The hotel facilities were excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. First, the service was excellent. Ms. Yoshida at the front desk was very patient during check-in, and seeing I had a lot of luggage, she offered to help me carry it to my room. Second, the hotel facilities are relatively new and well-maintained, and the bathroom design is great. The location is convenient; you can access the Shinkansen directly from the 3rd floor...
The room is clean, quite spacious in a Japanese standard (I stayed with the one in Tokyo in the same group and this is much better) sadly they don’t have onsen or public bath which is a bit disappointing. But the convenience of locating exactly next to the JR station is superb! Before you check in you can actually chill at the lounge with free drinks and nice view. quite relaxing with a good view of...

Very convenient location, with wonderful staffs and great selection of restaurants and food.
Love the hotel, breakfast is nice. Friendly staff. Near train station within walking distance.
Just a five-minute walk from Sendai Station, this hotel boasts charming, traditional architecture. The top-floor public bath is particularly amazing, and the breakfast offers a great variety. I absolutely recommend it and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sendai.
It was very quiet and conveniently located hotel. Quaint elevator!   Need more proper lobby chairs. Both entry doors need to be automated.
The hotel is located near sendai station and staff is really nice! The room is quite big and onsen is superb!! Very clean and comfortable bed and room.
Location is great Very near the train station Room is a bit dated but else it’s clean

Sendai, 3 Chome-3-5 Central, Aoba Ward (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Very good location. All staff is very helpful. I love Refa hairdryer and shower. Worth for money.
The hotel is quite new, but it's just a standard business hotel. It doesn't offer any significant advantages over competitors like Toyoko Inn; the facilities and environment are pretty much the same. I'm not sure why it's priced higher 🤷‍♀️ The only unique feature is the Refa hairdryer and shower head, which are both quite good~
Location is convenient. It is close to sendai asaichi and sendai jr station. However, the washroom is a bit small and there is no space for me to stop the car to drop the luggage
The breakfast was fantastic and delicious. All the staff were very welcoming and could communicate in simple English. They also offer free luggage storage. I'll definitely choose Keihan Hotel again on my next visit.
This was my second stay at this hotel. Coincidentally, it was during a Japanese long weekend, and the room rate for two nights skyrocketed from over 800 to nearly 1500 yuan. The bed also downsized from 1.6m to 1.4m. My experience declined, but that's not the hotel's fault, it's my wallet's fault.
Very good, complete toiletries provided, and excellent hygiene.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the train station and very convenient for getting around. Overall, everything was good during my stay. The only downside is that the room looks a bit old and the bed is quite firm. If I have a chance to visit Sendai again, I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was just beside the west exit of Sendai station. Link to the mall. Very convenient location. The room size is good. Cleanliness is 👍. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Overall, very satisfied.
Nice view, convenient, clean room, good breakfast, location right at Sendai station. Close to shopping area. Will come back again if planning to Sendai.
The hotel is so near to JR Sendai Station. And there is a lot restaurant nearby. Especially Beef Tounge, you must try when you stay at Sendai.
Convenient location and the Japanese breakfast set is great
The room was neat and clean. The hotel front desk offers Chinese-speaking service and can help you book various tour buses, which is very thoughtful.

The room size was decent, and the hotel's location not far from Sendai Station was very convenient, as I could walk there.
Great experience from start to end. Staff were amazing and easy to communicate with (some were English speaking). Room was very clean and spacious. Great location for access to transport, shops and restaurants. Didn’t get to try the spa but looked decent. Would recommend.
The location is really good! Opposite Sendai station and easy to access. We love that we can walking on skywalk through the building, JR Station and hotel. The room is standard for Japanese hotel. However, my toilet smell is not good. Onsen is clean but small, overall I think it’s worth for the price and good for couples. Staff is really helpful! Free drinks at lobby.
very good everything, location is very close with transport station
room was small (normal in jp) but the location was great and it was like 8-10 mins walk from station
1. Very good location, near JR station 2. Air conditioner - not easy to adjust wind direction. So wind may blow to face and cause headaches

Fantastic hotel in a very convenient location. It is close to everything, including Sendai Station, shops, and bus stops, with several convenience stores nearby. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It had live music, free refreshments for guests after 3 p.m., and live piano performances in the afternoon. In the morning, there was live organ music, which created a very special atmosphere. Nice hotel. Comfortable environment. Highly recommended.
The hotel is quite new, and there's a convenience store right downstairs, plus another one across the street. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the station. There's a great sushi place directly opposite the hotel, and near the station, you'll find a fantastic Sendai beef tongue restaurant. There's also a good yakitori place across from that.
It was located walking distance from JR Sendai Station, the area is rather quiet since its at the East area side from the station, the staff were really attentive and helpful, room condition definitely meets every expectation well, especially clean and new. Definitely recommend this hotel without doubt. There is one time we lost a piece of socks from the laundry room, they were able to found it and...
This hotel is super close to Sendai Station, and the facilities are great – it feels pretty new! There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs which is really convenient. Plus, there's a large public bath on the top floor, perfect for a relaxing soak. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Sendai!
Coming out of Sendai Station's East Exit, which is actually quite lively, you'll find the local supermarket on the 3rd floor of Yodobashi 2. Their tax-free items are even cheaper than Don Quijote's after tax! 😀 You should also try the seafood rice bowl at the restaurant across from the hotel (pictured in photo 2). And every day, returning to the hotel and taking a bath on the top floor is just incredibly...

Hotel front desk staffs were all super friendly, able to communicate well in English, helpful and professional. We came to the front desk at 1pm (outside check in time) but the staff kindly let us check in early without even being asked. Great location, just a few minutes’ walk from JR Sendai Station very convenient. The room size is typical for Japan but well-organized and comfortable. Clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped bathroom. Staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. There are convenience stores nearby, which makes it even more convenient.
The location is perfect for shopping and going to and from the Airport as it is opposite Sendai Station.
Very convenient and service mind. Next to the malls so you will find all you need. Easy to travel plus helpful staffs .
The staff were incredibly attentive. The breakfast was fantastic, and the room was so quiet with excellent natural light. The large bathroom was a real plus – very comfortable! Thank you. I'd love to come back and stay for a few more days next time. The location is super convenient, right next to Sendai Station.

The breakfast is highly recommended! There are many local ingredients and you can grab the taste of Sendai at a glance. Room js clean, with indoor onsen in hotel. Staff is kind. Everything is good!
The hotel is not very close to the JR station, but it is easy to find. The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of options and great taste. The bed is very comfortable, although slightly on the soft side. I appreciate that two pillows are provided per person. The onsen is a bit small.
The room was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. It was quiet, and the hot spring was very relaxing with a good selection of bath amenities, which I really liked. It's also very close to Sendai Station, making shopping and getting around super convenient.
Room is slightly small but good for 4 of us, 2 adults 2kids, the room is clean and the service is good.
Breakfast is delicious. Staff were very polite. Front desk staff were very friendly. Mr. Sato at the front desk spoke good English and was very hospitable.
From the moment we entered the hotel, the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. We were warmly welcomed with a Nespresso coffee machine available as a welcome drink, which was a very nice touch. The room was clean. The hotel's location was a bit tricky to find at first; it took some time to navigate the skybridge with my luggage to find the elevator on the first day, but once I got familiar with it, it was fine. It's not far from JR Sendai Station.
Perhaps prices are generally lower in Sendai, as this hotel offers great value for money! It's clean and hygienic, and the room is quite spacious. It's about a ten-minute walk from Sendai Station, and you can get there quicker once you know the way.
After exiting the station, there are two Parco buildings; the hotel is closer to the one on the right. The other one, Parco 2, sells Issey Miyake bags and is less crowded, offering direct tax refunds. The hotel's location is good; if you don't take a wrong turn, it's about a five to six-minute walk from the JR exit. Also, the highway bus to Yamagata Zao departs from bus stop 22, which is also on the...
Pretty good! The bed was huge, and it's super close to Sendai Station. Breakfast was also excellent. I could occasionally hear the train at night, but it wasn't disruptive at all. It's also quite close to Sendai Morning Market, and it probably takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Aoba-dori. Don Quijote is nearby, and I found the Sendai branch to be really well-stocked – they have everything, which...
You can take the skywalk from Sendai Station directly to the hotel. There's also an elevator in a building nearby, so bringing luggage isn't an issue at all. The hotel room was bigger than I expected; my 28-inch and 26-inch suitcases could be opened flat with plenty of space, which is quite rare for a Japanese hotel. You might have to queue during breakfast peak hours, but there's a good variety of...

Very pleasant stay. Firm bed and was well accommodated per request. Very quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff and good services. Will stay again once back to Sendai
The hotel location is near the shopping mall and 5-10 minutes from the Sendai Station. However,I will not recommend this hotel If you have rented a car for your trip as the hotel does not have its own car park. There are 3 shared car parks near the hotel and they are quite full on Sat and Sun.

Good size of the room with walkable distance to variety of shops and restaurants
Everything is good and especially the equipment is very user-friendly! Also, the room size is big enough to open your luggage !
So far so good. A little far away from Sendai station. Room is keeping good standard of cleanliness.
Very nice and clean. The public bath is a plus for travellers who wish to have one in an urban area. The cost per room per night is also very attractive!!!
The hotel is quite nice, about a 10-minute walk from the station, which is convenient for shopping. Mitsui Department Store is nearby, just across the street. The hotel has a large public bath, which is great for a relaxing soak after a day out. Just try to avoid peak hours.

Older hotel but everything was clean, breakfast was delicious and service was very nice! Its a bit of a walk from Sendai station but was not a big issue for us.
It was far from the station and the bath water was too hot, but overall it was fine.
It was a very nice hotel. I ended up in a smoking room due to my mistake. Other than that it was comfortable. It's far from Sendai Station, but it's a short subway ride away.
It's convenient, the hotel is clean, and it's one of the cheapest hotels in the area, so I always come back here.
Stayed at the hotel Bel Air in Sendai during an academic conference at Tohoku University. Excellent location and excellent service. Staff are very friendly and hard workers. They are to be commended for their diligence. Definitely recommend staying here.
It’s a great location to go shopping and have dinner in Sendai city. They have great hospitality and clean rooms with Wi-Fi access. It’s nice to get special amenities for women (bath bomb, face pack sheet, make-up remover). Free brewed coffee and water service at the reception. For this price and at this time, I was genuinely surprised to get such a spacious room, complete with a massage chair! Opening the balcony door at night, a cup of coffee in hand, and gazing at the twinkling lights of the city below—there was a moment where I truly felt moved to tears. Being able to see the sunrise from the balcony of the room is amazing enough! One of the hotels with the best views in Sendai. The service is also very good, very friendly and professional. I will definitely come again.
Breakfast here is one of the things I look forward to. It would be even better if they offered takeaway coffee. Reservations are hard to get on weekends, so I was lucky to get one this time.

It was close to the downtown area, so I was able to go home immediately after dinner. The soundproofing was good, and the room was clean and comfortable.
If you ask me if it's clean, the building is old and the rooms aren't particularly clean, but it's in the downtown area, there's a convenience store on the first floor, and it's in a very convenient location and the price is cheap! I think it's a good hotel considering the cost performance. I don't have any bad impressions, so I'd like to use it again.
There was a half-drunk plastic bottle of water left in the fridge by the previous guest. I'm sorry but I felt sick the moment I saw it.
Booked a single non-smoking room for two nights. The lobby is on the 3rd floor and my room is on the 7th floor. The hotel sign looks quite eye-catching on the pedestrian street. The hotel offered a free shuttle bus from Sendai station. The food is fine dinning. The service are excellent. The room is clean and tidy.
A good hotel for consideration
This is a standard, established, large hot spring hotel. The lobby is beautifully decorated, the koi fish are charming, and the rooms are spacious. The hot springs are rather unremarkable, and the semi-buffet dinner was particularly disappointing. I've stayed at many onsen hotels with a stay and two meals option, and this one was quite subpar. The free shuttle bus from Sendai Station was a nice touch
I heard that many years ago, Sakkan had visited Ginsui-so, so I came here because of its reputation. Seeing is believing. The decoration of the lobby is really elegant and Japanese. There is a welcome drink of coffee or tea from 16:00 to 18:00, but I think it is too monotonous. It should be added with a piece of biscuit or fruit. The layout of the room is also very good. It is very comfortable for...
Booked it on my own trip. The room decoration is a little old, but I can understand it. Overall it is still very good. I soaked it three times. The service didn't originally order dinner, but after communication, a buffet was temporarily added. I like the service
Hygiene: Quite clean. Clean and change the water every day Service: Also very good, the hotel is very large and each room will be given a map before check-in. And clearly mark the time and gender of use of each floor. Hahahaha…the hotel is really big. It's quite special too.

Because we had to visit a place on the way, we arrived at the hotel late. Check-in was quick but efficient; the front desk and room staff were waiting for us. Dinner was plentiful. The environment and greenery were excellent, perfect for a relaxing vacation.
The staff's service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the layout of the inn were all excellent. The food was lavish in both presentation and quantity, but the quality was a little lacking. Everything else was perfect, so I would like to come again.
The hotel offers a shuttle bus from the JR station to the hotel, which requires reservation but is very convenient. The staff are polite and the breakfast and dinner are plentiful and delicious.
