The hotel was just beside the west exit of Sendai station. Link to the mall. Very convenient location. The room size is good. Cleanliness is 👍. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Overall, very satisfied.

The hot water that comes out as soon as you turn the faucet is also a nice point at an appropriate temperature. There is no concierge desk, but if the front desk staff can afford it, they can help

We Got upgraded to a newly renovated room, toilet is separated from bathroom, which was a nice surprise! Hate to shower inside the bathtub but for $150 I tot I should make do since it’s just 1N

Great location, conveniently connected to the mall and station. Staff were nice and professional. Breakfasf (buffet) seems a bit limited tbh. Room and facilities are spacious and clean.

We were very pleased with the service we received. The room was always impeccable, the breakfast delicious (pastries baked in front of our eyes), free cappuccinos all day long, and friendly service. We will be back.

The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from Sendai Station. They offer a free lounge with welcome drinks, and even complimentary ramen in the evenings. The coffee in the lounge is also quite good.

Very close to train station and is right around the corner for the bus from Yamagata. Front desk service was excellent. They were eager to help and was being very thoughtful.

The restaurant also offers free coffee, ice cream, and noodles during specific hours. Breakfast was quite good as well. Don Quijote is right across from the hotel, and a pedestrian street is just diagonally opposite

They offer complimentary tea, coffee, drinks, and ice cream all day, plus noodles in the evening and free welcome drinks. There are also many gyutan (beef tongue) restaurants nearby

Yodobashi shopping centre is just across the hotel where you can find large supermarket Lopia, Daiso, Uniqlo, GU, Matsukiyoshi, sport stores and everything else you need

The bathtub is large, and a particularly great feature is how fresh the air in the room feels; you won't feel stuffy even after spending a long time there. The windows on the 8th floor can also be opened

The only minor drawback is that the room lighting is a bit too bright and not very soft. Both the mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and the front desk staff are highly professional

One minus though, counter staff can't easily understand our requests. Sendai is a great place but English is not a common tool for communication

Particularly enjoyed the separated dry and wet areas in the bathroom with onsen style faucet and tub. Complimentary coffee machine available from 1300-0100 and help yourself to bath amenities available in the lobby

The hotel is close to Sendai Station and there are several carparks nearby. It was also very convenient to have a FamilyMart next to the lobby on the ground floor

Located within 5 minutes walk from Sendai Station. There is Family Mart (24/7 convenience store) next to the hotel with indoor connection so you do not have to go outdoor at all in winter time

The laundry area is quite small and would have been nicer if there were more machines available. The dryer was unfortunately not very efficient. Service was great and the hotel was very clean

Modern and new hotel located a short walk from Sendai station and Loople bus stop. Relatively small rooms but comfortable

The rooms were small, and the one I got didn't have much of a room, but I'd definitely come back! First off, the the tote bag of things they gave (which no other hotel does) were already things I brought, but THEIRS WAS BETTER!!! The toothbrush looks and feels cheap, but really, there's a purpose to its flexibility, and the culver's were ergonomic for you to grip

The hotel is pretty good; it's clean, hygienic, and convenient! It's located near the station, about a 5-minute walk. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, so you don't have to worry about where to eat 😂.

This afternoon the detail is AMAZING! Then, there's the breakfast. Most hotels have taken that away altogether, but the breakfast here is nice! The service has been the best in Japan I've had so far!

(The grilled chicken and black pepper worked and it was really delicious!) The customer service was also polite and I arrived about an hour early, but I checked in as it was and inadvertently left something at the hotel on my way home, but as soon as I contacted him, he checked it out

For this price and at this time, I was genuinely surprised to get such a spacious room, complete with a massage chair! Opening the balcony door at night, a cup of coffee in hand, and gazing at the twinkling lights of the city below—there was a moment where I truly felt moved to tears

Being able to see the sunrise from the balcony of the room is amazing enough! One of the hotels with the best views in Sendai. The service is also very good, very friendly and professional. I will definitely come again.

The night view from the window is the best, there is a big Kannon-like Buddha statue right next to it, and the room is large and beautiful. The morning meal was also very good

Location is not the best but it is acceptable- quick 5 mins walk from Sendai station via the side door. Room is neat and tidy- slightly larger than standard Japanese room size with all the required amenities

Bath stuff like towels changed every day. There are liquid soaps, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. And other amenities(toothbrushes/pastes, razors, combs etc. ) are available in the lobby for free

Toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, hairbrush, and slippers are available, but not sure if I would return unless I couldn't find another hotel close to the train station

Also there are ice/water machines on each floor. And the buffet breakfast is also available. They also serve local sweet at the breakfast. And receptionists are helpful. They also speak understand enough English

Looks old(maybe was constructed longer time ago), furniture is not new, but clean and tidy. The rooms are automatically locked, so don't leave your keys inside(it's not a card). Air conditioning is in the rooms

Nice location, very clean room and it was a bit larger than the other business hotels I've been too. Bathroom had a shower-only set-up which was quite good too

The room could fit my snowboard luggage and had my snowboard out and still have space for me to walk around in the room. It's very value for its money and I would stay there again if I would ever return to Sendai

It's conveniently located near Kokubuncho Station. Check-in was at 3 PM, but it was raining hard and chilly, so I arrived after 2 PM

I wonder if you can get there without an umbrella even on a rainy day if you go through the covered shopping street. There was a sauna, but the only tidy space was one chair in the bathroom

No women's communal bath? That really diminishes Dormy Inn's value. I specifically chose Dormy Inn for that experience. It would have been even worse if breakfast had been bad.

The name looks new, but the building is old. It was the first time in a long time that I could stay in a hotel that uses an old-fashioned key, not a card key. The facilities are also old, but they were kept clean

There is a big difference between the floor of the room and the unit bath, and I was concerned about the steps (one step) placed in the room. Be careful when you are drunk

The breakfast buffet was a standard business hotel lineup, but it was good. I did not use the large bathroom this time. The large bathroom was for men only

Hotel Green Plus has a very strategic location, within walking distance to Sendai Station. It is easy to reach even with luggage, as there is a lift accessible from the skywalk

Supreme hot spring "Ryokan(hotel in Japanese)". You can enjoy several different big bathes. But you should know how to take big bath in Japan. They offer seasonal dinner with excellency. I always enjoy their hospitality
