Everything is brilliant about this place - modern, really well thought out, classy, incredible price, the very best location for convenience, and an AC system that actually allows cold air in winter

This is a hotel I've stayed at multiple times. Its location is super convenient, and the rooms aren't tiny, making it perfect for a layover. The lobby lounge offers complimentary coffee, accessible with your room key

The view from the window was stunning, and the large bathtub made for a very relaxing soak. The hotel facilities were excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful

This hotel exceeded my expectations. First, the service was excellent. Yoshida at the front desk was very patient during check-in, and seeing I had a lot of luggage, she offered to help me carry it to my room

Just a five-minute walk from Sendai Station, this hotel boasts charming, traditional architecture. The top-floor public bath is particularly amazing, and the breakfast offers a great variety

Room is good although it is small as same as most of hotels in Japan. You have local dishes and hot food station. They have Gyutan, Shiroishi noodle, seafood rice and other Japanese food

Front desk staff are nice and polite. Their English is good to communicate too. Will come back to stay without hesitation

This hotel is supposedly the best in Sendai, so when I visited, I booked two nights to experience it. It's a bit far from Sendai Station, which isn't ideal if you're lugging luggage

While she remained polite, her attitude felt a bit less sincere compared to my past experiences. That was the only small disappointment in an otherwise wonderful stay

As for attractions, only Lu Xun's former residence at Northeast University is relatively easy to reach

The hotel is quite new, but it's just a standard business hotel. It doesn't offer any significant advantages over competitors like Toyoko Inn; the facilities and environment are pretty much the same

I'm not sure why it's priced higher 🤷‍♀️ The only unique feature is the Refa hairdryer and shower head, which are both quite good~

The best part is that they let you choose from different pillows, though the mattress can’t be changed

After being out all day, coming back for a drink or two is a real treat! Another highlight is the amenities they provide: shampoo, toothbrushes, facial masks, cleansing oil, even diapers—and you can take what you need freely

Cleaning is done every three days, which I think is environmentally friendly—a big plus in my book! There are restaurants and izakayas right across the street, which is really convenient

Although the staff’s English isn’t very fluent, they are always smiling, polite, and willing to help. The hotel doesn’t have an onsen (hot spring), but I was still very satisfied

The bus stops are just below as well, good if you are taking a bus out or if you joined day trips departing from Sendai. The hotel is also very comfortable and the hotel staff are very friendly

There's a great sushi place directly opposite the hotel, and near the station, you'll find a fantastic Sendai beef tongue restaurant. There's also a good yakitori place across from that

It had live music, free refreshments for guests after 3 p. , and live piano performances in the afternoon. In the morning, there was live organ music, which created a very special atmosphere

It was located walking distance from JR Sendai Station, the area is rather quiet since its at the East area side from the station, the staff were really attentive and helpful, room condition definitely meets every expectation well, especially clean and new

The restaurant also offers free coffee, ice cream, and noodles during specific hours. Breakfast was quite good as well. Don Quijote is right across from the hotel, and a pedestrian street is just diagonally opposite

As expected, the breakfast at Hotel Route Inn chains is delicious! 😋 I woke up to a pleasant morning and enjoyed my trip! ✈️ Plus, when I stayed at this hotel, I forgot my charging cable and socks in my room, but they delivered them all the way to my house (and I paid for them!)

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel even offered delicious pan-fried dumplings for a late-night snack. The AEON shopping mall is also within walking distance.

Pretty good! The bed was huge, and it's super close to Sendai Station. I could occasionally hear the train at night, but it wasn't disruptive at all

The hotel's location is good; if you don't take a wrong turn, it's about a five to six-minute walk from the JR exit

After exiting the station, there are two Parco buildings; the hotel is closer to the one on the right. The other one, Parco 2, sells Issey Miyake bags and is less crowded, offering direct tax refunds

Also, the highway bus to Yamagata Zao departs from bus stop 22, which is also on the right-hand side in the direction of the overpass. There are signs on the overpass. There are many buses available

Don Quijote is nearby, and I found the Sendai branch to be really well-stocked – they have everything, which is great! The AER observation deck is just a 3-minute walk away

You can take the skywalk from Sendai Station directly to the hotel. There's also an elevator in a building nearby, so bringing luggage isn't an issue at all

Room is clean and new. The staff were all excellent. location is great..located very near to JR station.

The bathtub is large, and a particularly great feature is how fresh the air in the room feels; you won't feel stuffy even after spending a long time there. The windows on the 8th floor can also be opened

The only minor drawback is that the room lighting is a bit too bright and not very soft. Both the mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and the front desk staff are highly professional

Stayed at the hotel Bel Air in Sendai during an academic conference at Tohoku University. Excellent location and excellent service. Staff are very friendly and hard workers. They are to be commended for their diligence

When it comes to the dinner, I recommend Japanese: 銀乃 Ginno, 氏ノ木 Shinogi, Italian: NOTTIvago, Vietnamese: AnNam, dessert: GERATI BRIO! Lunch would be soba and mochi at Yoshiizumi 嘉泉手打ち蕎麦 前田分店 is the best, which is short distance away from the hotel
