Sendai Business Hotel Ekimae in Sendai

At night there was someone knocked my room!!

I stayed here last year as well. Cheap and basic business hotel. Courteous and friendly service.

Nice place. Looks old(maybe was constructed longer time ago), furniture is not new, but clean and tidy.

Reception is 24/7.

The rooms are automatically locked, so don't leave your keys inside(it's not a card).

Air conditioning is in the rooms. Bath stuff like towels changed every day. There are liquid soaps, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. And other amenities(toothbrushes/pastes, razors, combs etc.) are available in the lobby for free.

Also there are ice/water machines on each floor.

And the buffet breakfast is also available.They also serve local sweet at the breakfast.

There is laundromat. And receptionists are helpful. They also speak understand enough English

Good place, best sleep

This business hotel is about a ten minute walk from JR Sendai station, so it's convenient. However, the room is very small - smaller than other comparably priced business hotels and is a super tight squeeze for two people (even two slim women). Toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, hairbrush, and slippers are available, but not sure if I would return unless I couldn't find another hotel close to the train station.

Could’ve been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the weird rule that you have to give your room key to reception every time you leave the building - never seen that at any other hotel before.

Front desk service is fast, polite, patient. Appreciate. Room is clean, bed is comfortable for enjoy deep sleep. Location of hotel is convenient, nearby JR station, long haul bus station and city bus station. Also, nearby Morning fish market and convenient store around hotel. Good experience

location is fine but the building and facilities is old, there is some smell of humidity when first entering the room

The hotel is approx. 10-15 minutes walking distance from JR Sendai station.

Stay here 1 night in Mar'25
Location is about 15 by walk from Sendai main station. Room size are big enough if you're a solo traveler. Amenities was fine but no coffee powder avaliable
