Everything was perfect, just too short for us.

The Dead Sea Marriott Resort offers an exceptional stay and has direct private access to the Dead Sea, making the experience truly unique. Security checks are required for both vehicles and luggage upon check-in. There's also a 100 JOD (approximately 1000 RMB) credit card deposit that's only refunded 10 days after check-out. They don't provide any email confirmation or proof of a successful room inspection after check-out; everything relies on their word. Guests are completely passive in this process.

On the upside, you can watch the Dead Sea sunset from the hotel and also float in it.

The breakfast buffet is just so-so. For a five-star hotel, this stay felt incredibly stifling.

The overall experience was quite poor.

We had to repeatedly request bottled drinking water, which was quite inconvenient, and check-in was also delayed. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine. The heated pool and saltwater pool were especially enjoyable.

My favorite hotel at the Dead Sea. Everything was perfect: the rooms, cleanliness, food, and the friendly reception (thanks to Samir), as well as all the restaurant staff (I can’t remember everyone’s names).
The spa was an excellent experience, especially in the cold weather, and it was absolutely worth it.

On my departure day, I requested a late check-out due to a late flight, and the front desk happily accommodated, providing great convenience. This customer-centric, flexible, and thoughtful service made me feel incredibly valued and comfortable.

From the proactive upgrade to the late check-out, numerous details showcased the Marriott brand's high standard of service. This stay wasn't just about enjoying the beautiful scenery and facilities; it was also about feeling genuinely welcomed and cared for. Without a doubt, this is the most highly recommended luxury accommodation along the Dead Sea!
