The resort is really old and needs renovation as soon as possible. The rooms are spacious and clean. The ac seemed to not work and it was really hot (we visited February’26). In the room there were a lot of mosquitoes. The dinner buffet was really nice- it had a big selection of salads and fish, meat, poultry. The morning buffet wasn’t so big and so good- the dinner buffet was an extra 20jod while the morning one was in the room price. The prices for the spa were very expensive. The beach for the Dead Sea was private but quite dirty and needs attention. They give you towels. The pools were very old and due to the season closed- only one was open but dirty. The lifeguard at the beach was really nice and helpful.

This is an excellent Hotel in terms of its location and the space in the rooms. Some of the rooms have fantastic views. Because of its private beach, the mud bath experience is quite nice. The dear sea water however is quite dirty. A little more effort on that front would be welcome. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. The bread was almost stale and cold. The spread is ok-ish. For a vegetarian, the buffet spread is limited and quite costly (20 JD/person). There is a nearby shopping mall, about 1 km away, which offers much better choices. Knowing that they do not have great food choices, they don't allow food inside the hotel from outside, a ploy to keep you pay more. It seems that the air conditioning is kept on fan for the while winter period, so, it can get quite hot. Sometimes they do provide a fan, however, after a lot of request. Overall, an ok-ish experience.

We had an amazing experience at the Dead Sea resort with the day pass. Enjoying the peaceful views, floating in the Dead Sea, and relaxing with the mud bath made it a truly memorable day. Having full access to the pools as well as the sea was absolutely the best part. We stayed there until sunset, soaking in the beautiful atmosphere and calm surroundings. A perfect and relaxing day that we will always remember.

Great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is GREAT, huge choice of freshly prepared food, fantastic.
View of the Dead Sea from the front rooms is fantastic. The shower is very clean and modern.
Disliked · The room does not have a small refrigerator. I usually buy snacks from local stores and keep them in the small fridge, but unfortunately, the hotel does not provide one. The small cooler for drinks is not working; there is no place to keep your beverage cool.

Good location,the hotel has a private clean beach and mud pits. Easy accessand supervised.
Good choice for breakfast.
I really enjoyed the massage, Kelly ( I hope I got right here name)did it wonderful.
A big thank for a restaurant team member Omar, he take care of us during our stay,and was really attentive, friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a good location, the rooms are clean and adequate, but the breakfast is poor and inadequate. The pools are especially awful. The pools are not clean and are so hot that you end up sweating in them to cool off. Only go if you have to.

Hospitable staff, especially waiters in the restaurant at breakfast. Very caring lifeguard on the beach. Breakfasts are meager, but you can ask to make an omelet :). If you go by sea - I recommend! There is a water park for children. There are several swimming pools on the territory, the territory is well-kept and pleasant.

I booked a sea-view room, but the front desk said it wasn't. I went specifically for the sunset float, but the hotel pool and beach closed at 7 pm sharp, which was very disappointing. I asked Ctrip for help and spent half an hour trying to get a refund. The receptionist kindly upgraded me to a sea-view suite, which made up for missing the sunset float. They were very friendly to us afterwards! The next day, I woke up in the sea-view room and immediately went swimming. Floating in the sea, you really can float! The hotel's mud bath was also nice! The buffet was filling, but the fruit selection was limited!

The hotel has a nice environment, good value for money, and the food is decent. The rooms are relatively clean. There was an initial Wi-Fi problem, but the staff immediately changed my room.
