The staff was quite friendly but sometimes too slow especially when it came to trasfers via the hotel locations (the area is huge).
Furniture in the room is quite old, but the room itself is clean. Bed is super comfortable. The views from my room were splendid! I also loved separate stairs from my terrace to the beach.
At the same time amenities, spa, restaurants and the beach are amazing. Food was...
The hotel has a unique local charm and is absolutely beautiful. The service is also excellent. I've stayed at several Riu hotels on this trip, and they've all been really great! They even offer welcome chocolates, which are delicious! The only downside is the hotel's buffet dinner; it's expensive and there aren't many good options. Drinks also cost extra, so I don't recommend it.
This was my first family trip to the Dead Sea in Jordan, and as always, the Mövenpick did not disappoint. The rooms are comfortable, the surroundings are beautiful, and the garden is absolutely charming! I will definitely choose the Mövenpick again for my next visit.
Movenpick Dead Sea was one of the happiest leg in my Jordan trip. The hotel setting was so charming and quaint that one could spend the whole day relaxing within the hotel massive compound.
The hotel immersive mud experience and Zara spa (hydro pool and other facilities) was immensely enjoyable! Although it was winter, the waters temperature was bearable. The lifeguards were helpful and were great...
Good location, unique architecture, perfect spa, good voices of breakfast, fast check in and out, very hospitality, staff very friendly
Excellent property. We had a great time. Food, people (especially Nermin from the reception desk),, amenities were all simply amazing. They also helped check in early.

We stayed at Crowne Plaza Dead Sea and overall had a very pleasant experience.
The location of the hotel is beautiful. Its private beach is especially impressive — peaceful, quiet, and very relaxing. It’s a wonderful place to truly unwind and enjoy the Dead Sea.
We tried the dinner buffet one evening, and everything was genuinely delicious. There was a wide variety of options, and the quality was...
We arrived at 6 am and we were offered a very early check-in for a small price and breakfast for a reduced price. A great start! The room had a 'sea view' which it did but it was limited. The private beach for the Dead Sea was fine but you wouldn't want to spend a lot of time there. The Lebanese restaurant on site was fine at best
The hotel is well located near the Dead Sea and has its own private Dead Sea beach which is fascinating. We enjoyed the sunset over the Dead Sea.
We also enjoyed the in room dining services and the response is very quick and the foods taste great.
During check in, the reception gave us an upgraded room and also prepared snacks and fruits in the room.
One tip is that the Dead Sea beach was closed...
The property is very large. Access to the red sea beach is difficult. Many walkways were closed...
It needs to be more convenient rather than complicated.
All staff were super friendly.
Have everything in the hotel near dead sea swimming pool kid club pool bar, bar and restaurant is very good.
Great hotel with a private beach for the Dead Sea, they also offer free mud baths for the sea. Food buffet was lovely with plenty of options. Not much to do in the area however perfect for a relaxing stay for a few nights.

I absolutely loved this country; the people were so friendly and civilized. The butler was incredibly attentive and patient in showing me around the spa, it was wonderful. We've decided to stay here again next time we come for vacation. It was simply amazing! The sunset over the Dead Sea from right behind our room was breathtaking!
I chose this hotel based on its ratings on Ctrip. The environment is beautiful, the hotel has its own Dead Sea beach, and the staff in all positions provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable. The sunset view was fantastic.
It’s so impressive to stay here. All
Staff is very good service mind. The service is fantastic. The location is best. The hotel provide private sea so I can go to the dead sea several time. Moreover there are 9 swimming pools. The best one is the pool with the DJ. The breakfast is very good, variety of choice. All in all, everything is perfect.

This is an excellent Hotel in terms of its location and the space in the rooms. Some of the rooms have fantastic views. Because of its private beach, the mud bath experience is quite nice. The dear sea water however is quite dirty. A little more effort on that front would be welcome. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. The bread was almost stale and cold. The spread is ok-ish. For a vegetarian...
We had an amazing experience at the Dead Sea resort with the day pass. Enjoying the peaceful views, floating in the Dead Sea, and relaxing with the mud bath made it a truly memorable day. Having full access to the pools as well as the sea was absolutely the best part. We stayed there until sunset, soaking in the beautiful atmosphere and calm surroundings. A perfect and relaxing day that we will always...
Great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is GREAT, huge choice of freshly prepared food, fantastic.
View of the Dead Sea from the front rooms is fantastic. The shower is very clean and modern.

My son and me liked to stay there.
Good location, the hotel has a private clean beach and mud pits. Easy accessand supervised.
Good choice for breakfast.
I really enjoyed the massage, Kelly ( I hope I got right here name)did it wonderful.
A big thank for a restaurant team member Omar, he take care of us during our stay, and was really attentive, friendly and helpful.
The hotel has a good location, the rooms are clean and adequate, but the breakfast is poor and inadequate. The pools are especially awful. The pools are not clean and are so hot that you end up sweating in them to cool off. Only go if you have to.

Really pleasant stay. The hotel handled clients professionally and services were very good. Carried my luggage through and salt sea experience was perfect. Breakfast was great too. Gym was well set and pool was beautiful. Nothing to complain.
The front desk service was excellent, and the views were absolutely stunning. We also got to experience the Dead Sea at the beach, which was a great highlight. Overall, we were very satisfied. My only minor wish is that Hilton rooms could be a bit more spacious, but the front desk already upgraded us for free, which we really appreciate!
Excellent location and service, very friendly staff and the hotel has all amenities needed for a family! I would absolutely recommend this hotel!
A beautiful resort right on the Dead Sea with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The private beach, and floating experience in the Dead Sea are unforgettable. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day. A great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy one of the most unique natural wonders in the world.
Overall, the stay was decent, but there were some disappointing aspects. The breakfast was very average, even somewhat poor, and definitely not worth the price.
Another issue was the lack of guidance. I was assigned a room that was quite far from the lobby, and there was no clear direction or staff assistance on how to get there. I had to wander around for quite a while before finally finding my room...
I stayed at this Hilton expecting a premium experience, but the room unfortunately didn’t meet that standard. I usually walk barefoot, and within minutes I could feel and see dust on my feet, which suggests the cleaning was either not done properly or was very rushed. The room layout also didn’t feel well thought out: the power plugs were placed in odd corners where you never actually use them, and...

Everything was perfect, just too short for us.
The Dead Sea Marriott Resort offers an exceptional stay and has direct private access to the Dead Sea, making the experience truly unique. Spacious rooms, beautiful pools, and excellent service, all set against an unforgettable natural landscape. A perfect place to relax at one of the world’s most extraordinary destinations
Security checks are required for both vehicles and luggage upon check-in. There's also a 100 JOD (approximately 1000 RMB) credit card deposit that's only refunded 10 days after check-out. They don't provide any email confirmation or proof of a successful room inspection after check-out; everything relies on their word. Guests are completely passive in this process.
On the upside, you can watch the...
We had to repeatedly request bottled drinking water, which was quite inconvenient, and check-in was also delayed. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine. The heated pool and saltwater pool were especially enjoyable.
My favorite hotel at the Dead Sea. Everything was perfect: the rooms, cleanliness, food, and the friendly reception (thanks to Samir), as well as all the restaurant staff (I can’t remember everyone’s names).
The spa was an excellent experience, especially in the cold weather, and it was absolutely worth it.
Although the hotel is a bit old, but keep in good condition. The restaurants in the hotel aretasty and fair price.

The service and the private Dead Sea beach were decent, but the rooms were really old. Luckily, I only stayed one night.
The room was rather remote, facing the Dead Sea. There was a free shuttle bus, but the downside was that the XC Hotel advertised a buffet for 10 JD per person, but when I got there, the receptionist said it was 17 JD. Thinking it was late, I decided to eat at the hotel, but when I asked at the buffet, they said it was 16 JD. They finally offered us a discount to 14 JD, which is equivalent to 140 RMB...
Great experience, especially the location and value. It was everything I was looking for during my trip
Hotel staff service attitude is very good
The room is clean and the facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't affect the use
The most disturbing thing is that there are several flies in the room
The dinner is delicious and the price is reasonable; but the quality of the breakfast food is average and there are fewer styles
We liked everything 👍, for its price a very good hotel!
Pool was crowded. Food is good. Service is good. You do need a car there as food and drinks are not allowed. Careem costs around 16 JD each way to city; therefore it is cheaper to eat at hotel.

The water falls are amazing it’s a relief for your body and the hotel amenities and water fall close at 10 but the main public one the natural it no longer stays avaible for public so it becomes private for the hotel guests so that’s a very good perk imagine staying under the water fall at night alone it’s a really good perk. I arrived late around 1 AM, and the hotel staff kindly waited for me to complete the check-in. It appears to be a guesthouse converted from a private villa. The owner was very helpful in providing travel advice. Breakfast was served in the rooftop restaurant, and the selection was very plentiful and diverse, including both Middle Eastern and Western options.
Everything was perfect. Great place to visit Madaba or as a home base for a day at the dead sea.
The owner is very nice; he answered our questions about nearby attractions very attentively and considerately.
His parents seem to care a lot about travelers, as they brought nice snacks for breakfast.
The only minor drawback is the slightly awkward toilet layout; be careful when opening it.
Also, the check-in system still uses keys, which is a bit inconvenient.

A very pleasant place. The owner is very kind and smiling, always eager to help. The rooms are clean, with a view of St. George's Church. It's close to the most important places in Madaba.

However, it’s for women and children till 2pm and men can use till 11pm, no women & children...
Hotel is good value with immaculate common area and a great gym. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Style of the room was a bit dated, especially the bathroom - although very clean.
Great stay in a good area of Amman, hotel staff were lovely. Nice view from the room

Location, atmosphere, service and everything was perfect ,I always stay in this hotel ,, and special thanks to Ms Amani
Geneva Hotel’s meeting rooms are practical, comfortable, and well-organized. The spaces are clean, quiet, and ideal for focused meetings or small workshops. The staff is helpful and responsive, which makes organizing events smooth and stress-free. A solid choice for professional meetings in Amman.
Nice dealing, excellent ambience and delicious food. Special thanks to Ms. Hanan who deals professional ways. Overall, memorable experience.
it was good place to stay and live for a hoiday in a central place and access to every where i need to go

Really great for what it is.
I went and booked on the spot unplanned and they were super helpful, friendly and fair!
The rooms were clean, the location was superb.
Loved it. Would stay again.
Toilet needed some renovation
A good value for money, perfect location with lots of dinning options around, easy availability of taxi , great staff, A special thanks to the Gentleman at the reception to have arranged a very hearty breakfast. Clean rooms . Two Hotel Restaurants too .
Our stay was fantastic in every single point. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We arrived after 11pm and even they open restaurant for us. We had w connecting rooms, they were big and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast was served in the morning. They even drive me to car rental office free of charge. Generally if you expect 5 star quality of rooms I would rate it 4 star but value for money if great
Staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms ok, beds comfortable. Rooms could do with an upgrade or repair. TV difficult to operate. Breakfast mediocre. Wi-Fi coverage ok but images slow to download, if at all. Location ok but a long way from down town. You need to walk and explore area to find anything.
Had a good stay.. Street next to this hotel is looks like European region.. Really a nice place for staying..

Booked via *********** for non consecutive nights around a trip to Petra. This is an upper mid range hotel but great value for money, clean, friendly and assisting staff, suitable for badly jet lagged (us). There is fuller review of the first night on booking dot com, had no way of adding there: coming back from Petra, it felt like coming home. Highly recommended. Expensive upmarket tastes? Not for...
Lovely super clean and friendly hotel. I booked the balcony room and it was great. The balcony was very low so probably not suitable for kids.

Location is great 👍 close to shopping malls. Staff are nice and helpful, including security guards, receptionists, and those serving breakfast 🍳 The room is clean and comfortable too!
1. Convenient transportation
2. Plenty of restaurants nearby
3. Clean, tidy, comfortable, soft, and breathable rooms
4. Plenty and delicious hotel breakfast
5. Beer shops next door and pharmacies across the street
I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with top-tier service that never faltered throughout my entire visit. The service, food, and hygiene are all of 5-star caliber. The staff are not only friendly and attentive, but they also genuinely go above and beyond to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. The management team’s commitment to excellence is...

Room was dusty and it has a strong smoke odder! AC filter was very dirty. Staff and breakfast were good.
My perfect stay in amman I visited amman more than 50 times ,but this was different We were exhausted as (palestinians ) we spent >12 hours to cross jordan borders So we arrived very early and the hotel reception were so nice and accepted early check in freely And offer some extra things also freely The rooms were clean , bed very comfortable We slept as we sleep for the first time My...
Nicely located in an area with a lot of shopping and dining opportunities. Perfect if you plan to be in this area of Amman. Staff was very nice and attentive, buffet breakfast was good.
Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite which is always nice. Unfortunately the A/C in the living room in that suite was not working but the one in the bedroom did so that was not a huge problem. The bedroom was spacious with a kingsize bed and comfy mattress. Wifi was very fast and the smart-tv had hundreds of channels from all over the world. Also a great shower with strong water pressure. The...
My first time in Jordan and stayed here. The hotel itself was located about a 2 minute walk from shops, bars and restaurants so location was great. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were great, answering all our questions about location, area and attractions etc. I would recommend.
Great experience. Staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel lobby was a true boutique experience. I was upgraded to a suite. The rooms are newly renovated and are super clean. One thing to note was the quality of the furniture and beds which were extremely comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for individuals or those visiting with family.

Great location & staff are very friendly! I would rate this more of a 3* but great value overall.
For what it cost, The Strand is absolutely fine. The staff were helpful and the rooms a good size. Somewhat dated decor but clean. Food rather basic and uninsipring but fine. The location was ok for us but a taxi ride to anwhere significant in Amman. If looking for a budget, adequate hotel, this would be perfect.
Hotel is very basic, the house keeping is not great, no extra towels when we asked for one. Never filled up the tea and coffee. No veg options for breakfast and dinner. But clean and reasonable price
Good location. You can reach every interesting point in Amman. Staff is very kind and able to speak fluently a lot of european languages. Room are clean and breakfast is okayish.
Excellent location nearby malls, shops, cafés, restaurants, very friendly staff and very good breakfast and dinner buffets
Nice hotel with good rooms and international breakfast

Amman, Amra Street Building 31 🧭 Map
The hotel itself is outdated and needs renovations. It's not that bad for a short stay. The only thing that really bothered me is the music sounds that kep pumping till morning from the next building club (disco). It was so bad that I had to call reception around 3:30AM. The reception manager was very apologetic and tried to help as much as he could, but it's not in his hand. He offered me a different...
Didn’t wana spend too much money picked this one out and man was I impressed nice location felt like I was at a 5 star place nice clean the price is really good I know where I will be staying at again
We had a great experience staying at Jad Hotel Suite during our time in Jordan. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. A special thank you to Diya, the receptionist manager, who made our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always available to assist with anything we needed. His warm hospitality truly...
The hotel has nice look and ambience but the rooms leave much to be desired. The room furniture, bathroom, shower, kitchen and living room were in bad shape or not working properly. The room was a non-smoking room but the smoke stench was unbearable and the key card did not work, so they gave me an actual key. The breakfast was subpar but it got delivered when i requested it out of working hours. Service...
Good business hotel
Enjoyed this hotel stay as it was close enough to the airport and had good facilities and client services. However while I had a wonderful room, there was no desk which is a must for business guests. Also the breakfast room was not well-indicated and was so hard to find!
I thank them for everything they have given me, which is more than wonderful
