We stayed at Crowne Plaza Dead Sea and overall had a very pleasant experience.
The location of the hotel is beautiful. Its private beach is especially impressive — peaceful, quiet, and very relaxing. It’s a wonderful place to truly unwind and enjoy the Dead Sea.
We tried the dinner buffet one evening, and everything was genuinely delicious. There was a wide variety of options, and the quality was very satisfying. The breakfast was equally good — diverse, fresh, and well prepared.
The staff were consistently kind, friendly, and helpful — from the beach team to the restaurant staff and the reservation team. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
If there is one area for improvement, it would be that the rooms and furniture feel slightly dated. The property would benefit from a thorough renovation, which would truly elevate the overall experience.

We arrived at 6 am and we were offered a very early check-in for a small price and breakfast for a reduced price. A great start! The room had a 'sea view' which it did but it was limited. The private beach for the Dead Sea was fine but you wouldn't want to spend a lot of time there. The Lebanese restaurant on site was fine at best

The hotel is well located near the Dead Sea and has its own private Dead Sea beach which is fascinating. We enjoyed the sunset over the Dead Sea.
We also enjoyed the in room dining services and the response is very quick and the foods taste great.
During check in, the reception gave us an upgraded room and also prepared snacks and fruits in the room.
One tip is that the Dead Sea beach was closed after 17:30 and the first day we didn’t have the chance to the beach due to our arrival time, so you may check with the hotel first about the close time if you want experience the Dead Sea beach and float.
Overall, our experience is great and would recommend to others who want to experience the dead sea.

The property is very large. Access to the red sea beach is difficult. Many walkways were closed...

Have everything in the hotel near dead sea swimming pool kid club pool bar, bar and restaurant is very good.

Great hotel with a private beach for the Dead Sea, they also offer free mud baths for the sea. Food buffet was lovely with plenty of options. Not much to do in the area however perfect for a relaxing stay for a few nights.

We loved our stay here, as there wasn’t much else to do besides dine and swim at the hotel. The pools were great and the lifeguards at the beach were extremely helpful.

We had an amazing day in the spa, facility is very nice and luxurious. Well equipped spa and one of the largest in the Middle East. Around 30 massage rooms and different pools, heated and normal. The heated outdoor jacuzzi was amazing with a sea view. Multiple steam rooms and sauna, so it is never crowded. Spa design is matching the hotel roman atmosphere. Staff were very helpful and were able to respond to some personal requests. Masseurs were professional. Hygiene level was consistent in all facilities. Water was provided in the spa reception
I really find the spa business model very smart and flexible, you get free access to the amenities if you book massage session.
