The Hotel is indeed fantastic. The Staff are friendly, warm and hospitable. The ambience is very beautiful and serene. The meal is great, the rooms are neat and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay even though it was a short one and I look forward to visiting again

The Location of the is strategic The atmosphere is cozy The rooms is spacious and relieving The value is remarkable Cleanliness is top notch Noiseless is not loud from I side despite located in a commercial area The service is impressive and second to none The amenities of the right standard.

My friends & I enjoyed a 3 night stay in this comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly & offered a great service. The food served was delicious:) I highly recommend it!

Went as part of an Exoticca group tour, a smaller hotel so has a more personal service, certainly we received a warm welcome when we arrived just after midnight. We mainly slept and ate at the hotel and it was very good for this. I was going to give it 4 because of two slight problems, on our second morning there was another large and chaotic tour group at 7am breakfast and the restaurant just couldn't cope, no seats, no cups, long queues for food. Not sure whose fault it was. Secondly it is on a busy main route out of the centre with no pleasant place to walk, surrounded by chain style fast food and coffee shops however fellow travellers later told us they got a taxi or uber down town for 4JD. I gave it five because as we were leaving the staff went out of their way to identify and return personal items we had unknowingly left in the room after check out. That's what you get in smaller places, thanks.

I had an excellent stay at Gerasa Hotel in Amman. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is perfect and easily accessible, which made my stay very convenient. A special thanks to Ms. Shashed, who was extremely helpful and cooperative throughout my stay. She was professional, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her support truly made my experience even better. Highly recommended hotel with great service and hospitality. I will definitely stay here again

Great food variety at the breakfast and dinner buffet, the rooms are nicely designed and lovely service. It also has a swimming pool and gym, which we did not use. It is a bit away from the city centre but only 5-6JD taxi ride away so well with it.

I stayed at the Gerasa Hotel in Amman and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. What stood out most was the food—both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The chef prepares a wide variety of dishes from different countries, and you can really see the effort and care put into each meal. I was out during the day, so I didn’t try lunch, but based on my experience, the dining quality is impressive. I would gladly stay here again.

Good rooms and excellent friendly service Responsive Nedal and Shahad at reception but my favourite was Hisham in housekeeping. .
