No Service. You ask for water and nobody will.come. pathetic service. And also no body will address with your luggage when you come to hotel. Please book at your own risk

At first, I was impressed by the reception staff. However, the room does not have AC (its always broken). The bathroom flooded when I took a shower. I asked them to prepare the breakfast for me to go before my early flight to another city. They confirmed. And on the next day, they said they missed my breakfast and I only had 45 minutes for the flight.
Customer obsession needs to be improved. And the price is a bit too much for the kind of service i got.
You can find cheaper rooms yet 5 star ones.

Regency hotel and Grand palace hotel are in same premises ,with big spacious rooms with all facilities. Hotel is very neat and clean. Staff is very polite, helpful and friendly.

This is June 5th at 9:53 PM. Per Agoda, I can cancel this booking until June 5th at 11:59 PM. I want to cancel this reservation. I called your hotel to cancel but you pretended that you cannot find my booking. Don't you ever think you can outsmart me.

Centrally located such that most of the key locations of Amman are easily reachable within 15 to 20 minutes.

Clean rooms. The property is old but decently maintained. Guests may avail of all the facilities (pool, gym, restaurant, and so on) of the adjoining 5-star hotel.

Pretty clean rooms. Many power sockets available, both middle east and UK type. Several shops down in the lobby. Food is decent.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel, clean rooms, they have bath tub, one can soak in with dead sea salt available at reasonable price around the reception area, rooms are spacious, good Wi-Fi network, the bar is good and reasonable, market is 5 mins walking distance so is bus and taxi service, ATM in close vicinity, buffet breakfast has good spread, overall the stay was nice and comfortable
