Facility is good. Spacious rooms and Mr.Mutaz receptionist speaks English and is very friendly.
Room can be cleaner and it would be better if we get hot water all the time during winter.
Sometimes it was very cold we couldn't even wash our hands.
Never ordered food as we had kitchen and every thing required to cook.
Housekeeping is very lazy. Cleaning rooms only on repetitive request.
Laundry service was ok. I have lost many clothes due to negligence.

Really nice and friendly staff but it seems that the hotel was bought / owner changed and the staff hasn't a lot of routine. We had some awkward moments there regarding breakfast and room.
Room was ok with a complete kitchen - completely empty but we had a kitchen...
