One of the best hotels in jordan Loved it Highly recommended
The staff went above and beyond.
Amazing I love it should be rated much higher
We stayed a couple nights over Larsa . Rooms was super clean the staff are awesome the breakfast was delicious . Thank u everyone. I do recommend everyone to give Larsa hotel a try !!
Hi, We stayed with Larsa Hotel for four nights. The bedroom was OK but the bathroom needed some maintenance and they don't put shampoos, creams or hair conditional like other hotels. It is a soap dispenser only with very little liquid soap. Hot water pressure is very poor. Other than this, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is well presented and they bake the bread and the...

It’s not even close to 5 star hotel. It’s a solid 4 star hotel: old, not really clean, staff isn’t helpful enough. But breakfast was still various and tasty.
The food quality was as good as a 3-star hotel, not as wide varieties as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Same food every day. Water in the bathroom wasn't strong. I can't imagine I enjoyed the bath in my rented home more than it! Room cards didn't always work in the elevators! The hotel staff was good, though.
I entered the hotel five years ago and it was great but now it is very bad and the rooms smell of smoke and I did not enjoy it
VEry clean room and facilities, nice service good location . Recommend
Fantastic hotel with a wide range of restaurants to suit all. Rooms are clean and comfortable with easy access via taxi to the city’s main sites

Location was great for my needs. The staff was pleasant. Room was clean and bed good. Bathroom needs cleaning and some repair.
Very nice and cozy hotel I love vintage lift and rooftop bar Breakfast is nice Opossite with Roman theater just 2 minute by walk And 5-8 minute walk to Amman citadel Near grocery store and things Good price - good location and safe
It's in a great location and the price is reasonable for the property, but there's a lot to be done about the quality. The rooms are very basic; I've seen two, and unfortunately, I've noticed the following problems: a dirty toilet from the previous guest, still with excrement; the bed has only a bottom sheet, and a blanket on top that's washed who knows how often; the television doesn't work, and dripping...
The staff were respectful and helpful, the hotel is conveniently located near tourist attractions and markets, and the rooms are spacious. Many thanks!
Stay fo 2 nites. Old hotel. Room was ok. Toilet not clean. Old furnishing. Breakfast was limited. Location was great. Parking limited/ by the roadside or paid parking nearby.
For the price, you get a good, renovated room. The staff is more than good.

Excellent hotel and excellent location. We visited this hotel from South Africa. The room and bathroom is on the smaller side but it's not too bad. The hotel location is very good and service very good. Breakfast was lovely as well. Will recommend hotel to others. Thank you
Excellent hotel and excellent location. We visited this hotel from South Africa. The room was decent size however we felt the bathroom is on the smaller side but it's not too bad you can manage. The hotel location is very good with a nice vibe in the area and lots of shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafes in the street. Overall staff and service are very good. Breakfast was lovely as well. I Will recommend...

Nice and clean. Friendly staff.
Great people and great service and reasonable price
An amazingly beautiful hotel with helpful, friendly staff and superb service. The entire building is kept to a high standard of cleanliness; bathroom towels and toiletries are replenished daily and the rooms are given a good cleaning. The food was excellent. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Very good location close to the action in old town markets and famous spots. On the other hand….. fixable problems drag it down. Shower had very little water pressure and it never was above Luke warm - miserable shower. It read also the dirtiest hotel room have ever stayed in. Cleanliness not a priority.
Nice hotel in the city center We booked this hotel because of the free breakfast, even though there is no free parking provided. We stayed there three nights and found street parking nearby, not an issue. The free breakfast was basic but good enough, we liked it. The room is a bit old but fine by us, as air conditioning is strong enough to have a good night sleep. The hotel is very close to the city...
Stay Review: Great Value and Friendly Service The people working here are very nice, and the breakfast is great. While the room isn’t very clean, it’s worth the money and the convenient location. They also gave us free water. We’re enjoying the trip!
The central location is really convenient and excellent since we could visit Amman in the morning. Unfortunately the rooms are old and there is a stale smell that doesn't go away even with the windows open. Basic breakfast. Excellent welcome.
Location was great. Right in city centre n near to attractions n food. Staff were very helpful n hv gone beyond to attend to our needs. Breakfast was great
Staff are very helpful and excellent service. Always ready to help and even buy mineral water for me and deliver to the room.

Service was excellent! All staff helped any way the could. The room was old, dirty, and smell was uncomfortable. I think someone was burning wood and trash near the windows of the hotel. Probably very common for the area…just irritated my sinus. The food was ok.
The hotel was okay, but the traffic nearby was very heavy and noisy; I was even woken up by the Quran at 5 a.m.
Very respectful and cooperative staff. Highly recommended!

I'm very satisfied with this experience.
excelent staff especially Ahmad at the front desk the place is clean with excellent breakfast and amazing staff
The reception was nice. The room was very tidy and the staff provided me hairdryer. Thank you!! There are many restaurants nearby and very closed to sixth circle. Convenient hotel!
It was average. Not great but acceptable
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Always happy to serve.
Very comfortable and spacious bed. Clean room. Price compared to other hotels in the area is great. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly. Location is also really good, as it is near a busy area where everything you probably need is only a few minutes away by walking. There's also a restaurant/café in the ground floor which is pretty neat. All in all I really enjoyed my stay.

Staff were very professional and helpful. Rooms were very clean, close to shops and down town , very nice area by the 5th circle. I will rebook again. Much regards.
I stayed here as part of my G Adventures tour last month. It was a comfortable stay with friendly and helpful service. Check-in was fast and I even used the hotel car once to take me into the downtown area. I paid the driver 5 JD as opposed to the 2-3 JD I would have paid for a cab. The breakfast buffet was just OK. There was only fruit one of the mornings. I wanted more of a hot breakfast so I ordered...
I had to move from my hotel in Amman to Retaj as I wanted to expand my visit and my hotel was fully booked, the room is spacious and clean but it was super noisy because of noise coming from street and because of staff attitude.. During my 8-day tour of Jordan with G Adventures, our tour group stayed 3 nights at the Retaj Hotel. For the first two nights, I stayed in room 212, and for the third night, I stayed in room 303. I found room 303 to be in slightly better condition than 212. Both had comfortable beds and a stocked mini fridge. Bathroom in 212 had a bathtub/shower and no bidet. Bathroom in 303 had a walk-in shower...

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. It's very close to the Jett bus station, making it very convenient for me to buy a bus ticket to Petra, which departs at 6 am. The hotel room was quite comfortable, at night it was quiet. The hotel reception staff were friendly. They accommodated all my requests.
Very nice hotel in center city. You can get taxi in front of the hotel, staff very helpful exactly Islam she helps me to visit all attractions in amman , thank you so much
This hotel is worth the money. Islam, the receptionist, is a lovely person, and very helpful! The rooms are good. She can also provide you with a good prices trip idea based on your days in Jordan The hotel is also right next to bulk-type convenience stores, and the owners are honest about their prices, compared to the shops downtown in Amman. My only issue is the breakfast. It's not what it seems...
I stayed for three nights. I chose this hotel because I was arriving late at night on the first day by JETT bus from Petra. It's not downtown, but the quiet area was nice. Hotel and rooms aren’t very clean, shower water is barely warm.
Very basic hotel. When we checked in and went to the room it hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants. They then changed our room. The shower needs curtains as water spills everywhere. Fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, food is good (the Kanafeh was incredible), and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The view of the city from the upper floors is also great. The pool seemed nice as well though I didn't get a chance to use it. The area of Amman is also convenient, great as a home base to explore this area of Jordan.
Very good hotel with nice view of the city. The room I got was very spacious, clean and well prepared. The AC system also works very efficient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet service will take care of your car, while bellboy will unload your baggage and deliver it directly to your room. The only disadvantages were that the room could be refurbished and there is no tea/coffee stand...
The service here was wonderful. Everyone was very kind. The food in La Brasserie was delicious. Iyad our server was so kind to us. In the bathrooms the plugs only accommodate shavers. Blow dryers and curling irons must be plugged in somewhere in the room.
After a very warm welcome in this amazing hotel, we got our big spacious room. The hotel is very nice located in the middle of Amman. The lobby is a really great place. Everyone is making pictures there. Amazing. The staff is great, professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good, all you can think of is available in the buffet.
Very accommodating. Breakfast is awesome. Decent location. Friendly staff. Allowed us to check out 3hrs after normal check out time. Very big reception area to chill. Plenty of restaurants. Rooms are pretty big too, bathrooms a good size. Would stay again.

The room decor was clean and cozy, and the front desk service was very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again.
It's very close University of Jordan and a lot of restaurants around area.
The staff were very kind and helpful. However, one bathroom has a water leak, the stove never heats up water effectively, and the kitchen utensils and tools are not clean and not enough to rely on for cooking.

It is very close to downtown Amman and has a good location. The hotel is close to the road and there is a large slope. It is unrealistic and very hard to walk there with suitcases. Cars can park on the roadside. This hotel might be more appropriately called a hotel.
