Hi, We stayed with Larsa Hotel for four nights. The bedroom was OK but the bathroom needed some maintenance and they don't put shampoos, creams or hair conditional like other hotels. It’s not even close to 5 star hotel. It’s a solid 4 star hotel: old, not really clean, staff isn’t helpful enough. But breakfast was still various and tasty.

The food quality was as good as a 3-star hotel, not as wide varieties as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Same food every day. Water in the bathroom wasn't strong. I can't imagine I enjoyed the bath in my rented home more than it! Room cards didn't always work in the elevators! The hotel staff was good, though.

I entered the hotel five years ago and it was great but now it is very bad and the rooms smell of smoke and I did not enjoy it

It's in a great location and the price is reasonable for the property, but there's a lot to be done about the quality. The rooms are very basic; I've seen two, and unfortunately, I've noticed the following problems: a dirty toilet from the previous guest, still with excrement; the bed has only a bottom sheet, and a blanket on top that's washed who knows how often; the television doesn't work, and dripping...

Stay fo 2 nites. Old hotel. Room was ok. Toilet not clean. Old furnishing. Breakfast was limited. Location was great. Parking limited/ by the roadside or paid parking nearby.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Very good location close to the action in old town markets and famous spots. On the other hand….. fixable problems drag it down. Shower had very little water pressure and it never was above Luke warm - miserable shower. It read also the dirtiest hotel room have ever stayed in. Cleanliness not a priority.

The central location is really convenient and excellent since we could visit Amman in the morning. Unfortunately the rooms are old and there is a stale smell that doesn't go away even with the windows open. Basic breakfast. Excellent welcome.

Service was excellent! All staff helped any way the could. The room was old, dirty, and smell was uncomfortable. I think someone was burning wood and trash near the windows of the hotel. Probably very common for the area…just irritated my sinus. The food was ok.

The hotel was okay, but the traffic nearby was very heavy and noisy; I was even woken up by the Quran at 5 a.m.

I stayed here as part of my G Adventures tour last month. It was a comfortable stay with friendly and helpful service. I stayed at this hotel for two nights. It's very close to the Jett bus station, making it very convenient for me to buy a bus ticket to Petra, which departs at 6 am. The hotel room was quite comfortable, at night it was quiet. The hotel reception staff were friendly. They accommodated all my requests.

This hotel is a Four stars' hotel. It was working before perfectly till 2018. The mist tenants were from Arabian Gulf countries and specially from Iraq. Now when I came here to have a look, I was surprised they are rebuilding it and renovation. It will look very good when the renovation carried out.

Very basic hotel. When we checked in and went to the room it hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants. They then changed our room. The shower needs curtains as water spills everywhere. Fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, food is good (the Kanafeh was incredible), and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The view of the city from the upper floors is also great. The pool seemed nice as well though I didn't get a chance to use it. The area of Amman is also convenient, great as a home base to explore this area of Jordan.

Very good hotel with nice view of the city. The room I got was very spacious, clean and well prepared. The AC system also works very efficient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet service will take care of your car, while bellboy will unload your baggage and deliver it directly to your room. The only disadvantages were that the room could be refurbished and there is no tea/coffee stand...

The service here was wonderful. Everyone was very kind. The food in La Brasserie was delicious. Iyad our server was so kind to us. In the bathrooms the plugs only accommodate shavers. Blow dryers and curling irons must be plugged in somewhere in the room.

After a very warm welcome in this amazing hotel, we got our big spacious room. The hotel is very nice located in the middle of Amman. The lobby is a really great place. Everyone is making pictures there. Amazing. The staff is great, professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good, all you can think of is available in the buffet.

It's very close University of Jordan and a lot of restaurants around area.

The staff were very kind and helpful. However, one bathroom has a water leak, the stove never heats up water effectively, and the kitchen utensils and tools are not clean and not enough to rely on for cooking.

It is very close to downtown Amman and has a good location. The hotel is close to the road and there is a large slope. It is unrealistic and very hard to walk there with suitcases. Cars can park on the roadside. This hotel might be more appropriately called a hotel.
