The room decor was clean and cozy, and the front desk service was very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again.

It's very close University of Jordan and a lot of restaurants around area.

The staff were very kind and helpful. However, one bathroom has a water leak, the stove never heats up water effectively, and the kitchen utensils and tools are not clean and not enough to rely on for cooking.

We took quite a while to write this review as we got quite busy. We made the reservation via booking.com for October, 2024. We made the choice upon looking at other hotel options. Third time staying here because the rooms are spotless and the service was good. This time around the breakfast host wasn’t so friendly Had no TV although I was charged for it. Asked for assistance and he couldn’t get it to work and said that he would call room service but they never came. Not happy about that and addressed it at checkout and they acted like it was my fault that I didn’t call them...

Randomly found this place after having booked another hotel and paying in advance. I was so thankful I did because their price, location, cleanliness, and employees are second to none! Ended up staying with them for over two weeks and everything, from start to finish, was great. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Amman.

The location is excellent, as you can walk everywhere, the Roman Theatre is directly across the street and the Temple of Hercules is just behind the hotel. However, the hotel uses a traditional key instead of a key card, which must be returned every time you leave. whilst the rooms could do with an upgrade and better maintenance, the location was very accessible, extremely safe and quiet. the soundproof windows were fantastic and much appreciated after a long flight. above all else, Ramzi was an absolute highlight to this trip and made us feel like we were coming home every day. thank you for your recommendations and attentiveness Ramzi - and please don’t forget...

Nice place for family. Close to everything you’d need in Amman. Rooms are spacious and clean, parking is available with no issues. The best part of our stay was the staff especially Ramzi he was very helpful, when we got there he said whatever app we booked through canceled our reservation but he provided us with a room to rest and said tomorrow will figure it out rest now and don’t worry about it...

We 5 family members stayed at the hotel with 2 rooms (1 couple room and 1 triple room)…amazed with their hospitality specially with room service and flexibility in check out…their food was amazing with varieties of breakfast options and mouth watering dinner set menu….a big shout out to Receptionist Muhammad and the chef Ahmad Wadi. My husband and I stayed here for a week and used it as a base to explore Jordan. It was a lovely home away from home. The staff were really nice and helpful. It was great to be able to do laundry ourselves during our stay. Safeway is very close by. Uber is so handy for getting around. The Jett bus station is only 3k away.

If you need a peaceful room it's not the right place, the hotel is located on the main road and very noisy all night. The rooms are not sound proof, sofa bed not comfortable at all. Great hotel; wonderful staff. They have 2 gentlemen valets who make the parking so much easier and all the reception staff I interacted with were respectful and courteous. My family and I stayed at the Gandola Hotel for 10 days. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was lovely, spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent. The staff were very hospitable and friendly. Thank you Gandola Hotel.

We booked for 20 days in the Lancaster Gardens while in Amman from the U.S.- and it was a truly tremendous stay. The staff was INCREDIBLE- from reception to housekeeping: we could not have asked for a better stay. I enjoyed my stay overall. For future improvements, it would be great to have daily apartment cleaning service—or alternatively, to provide basic cleaning supplies (such as a broom, mop, or vacuum) for guest use.

My first time in Jordan and stayed here. The hotel itself was located about a 2 minute walk from shops, bars and restaurants so location was great. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were great, answering all our questions about location, area and attractions etc. I would recommend.

Stayed at this hotel for a 2nd time & the room was not so clean as the 1st room & was more outdated and had a horrible strong smell!
