Good hotel overall at a great location but the only strange thing was that A/C in the room barely worked and so it was very hot. Also, the wifi is TERRIBLE!!

I stayed for 3 nights and the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. There aren't many amenities like in Japan.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast was not the best in the world... but edible and adequate. I would definitely stay in this hotel again on a future visit. The price is right, in the city center, the breakfast is rich, and it is very convenient to eat. The front desk can also exchange currency, but the exchange rate is not high. I will choose this hotel next time I stay in Dammam.

The hotel is indeed within walking distance to the attractions, but the surrounding area feels a bit chaotic and I don’t think it’s very safe. Also, the soundproofing is extremely poor and there’s no hairdryer. I think it’s acceptable for a one-night layover before a flight, but not more than that.
