Located at a stone's throw away from rainbow street this is a very nice boutique hotel. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Wifi is complementary. The breakfast was very good. Special mention for the staff and especially the manager of the hotel who were very helpful in arranging a rented car.

If you are looking for an excellent near 24/7 spots location, this is the one. Add to that a clean 1980s style of hotel that you can tell it has seen better days with lovely staff and cozy feeling plus warm service that meets basic needs for a good price. Breakfast is just few dishes, very basic and not tempting, ask to see availabe rooms since they have different rooms with different windows and views

Our stay was fantastic in every single point. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We arrived after 11pm and even they open restaurant for us. We had w connecting rooms, they were big and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast was served in the morning. They even drive me to car rental office free of charge. Generally if you expect 5 star quality of rooms I would rate it 4 star but value for money if great

Staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms ok, beds comfortable. Rooms could do with an upgrade or repair. TV difficult to operate. Breakfast mediocre. Wi-Fi coverage ok but images slow to download, if at all. Location ok but a long way from down town. You need to walk and explore area to find anything.

Staffs are very helpful and mannered. Yes facility is old, so expect little dirty washroom. Location is excellent with Car parking space. This was my one of the prime requirements as I travelled with family members from Saudi Arabia. Also there is free parking space just Infront hardly 100 meters. This is very budget hotel with nearby market and sites.

If you want to visit the places In Jordan and looking for for cheap hotel with best service, I advice you to visit this hotel, near of downtown, clean rooms with hot water, the room include private bathroom and t.v, a.c , free wifi, free parking, safe area, clean towels and covers , free breakfast

People warned us this was a cheap but not good hotel. We loved it. Very spacious rooms, clean beds, clean towels, hot shower, air con, fridge, tv, breakfast. All good. The hotel is simply furnished and it’s not fancy but it has everything you need in a good location. Big bonus is the lovely, kind lady at reception.

I booked this place early in the morning for Castle Hill and Rainbow Street; it's very close and convenient, but also very dirty and smelly. However, it was still convenient to save time. They tried their best to provide good service and were very friendly, but the facilities were terrible.

The host was responsive and the location was great. He helped us book an inexpensive airport transfer. Thank you.

Suprisingly clean inside the building. The entrance may look dirty and spooky with old rusted elevator. But the room is clean, shared dining area is small yet clean.the attendant lady is very friendly and warm.

Excellent hotel! In the heart of downtown, surrounded by traffic, but the square in front of the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The facilities are great! There was no way to take a shower in the room I was in. The shower head didn't work and the water flow was too small. I didn't take a shower for three days. The elevator broke down after one day of living there, and there was no base for a kettle! Alas, it’s hard to describe in one word!

This one is located in the heart of the city, Al Balad... The rooms were just okay but they need to improve and focus more on housekeeping and cleanliness..During our stay we had issues with water as someone left the taps open. Hot water and toilet amenities available...There were no carpets nor rugs inside the rooms and outside the toilets.. The staff were very friendly and helpful..

A very clean and spacious service apartment style stay in Alula. It's reasonably priced considering the spacious and clean flats. It's conveniently located to travel to all tourist spots, but getting an Uber does take time and nit always reliable. Better to book a taxi service. Ammenities and service level could be improved which would make it an even better option.

Friendly staff, significant work out room and pools. Night club next door or beneath was thumping til dawn. You can decide if you want music heard through the night.

Seems like management gave up on this property. 1. you call the front desk at 0, no one picks up. 2. I had to go down to reset my room access card, they said the door battery is dead.... I said to them that not not an excuse. 3.. load music until 4 am... Like hotel night club 4. To access they had to send someone from maintenance with a master key to open my room door every time...3 days at this...

We had a great stay at the Ambassador Hotel. We'd booked the West Luxury hotel but they messaged and asked if we could change to this hotel with no extra cost and we were very happy. One of my memorable stay in this hotel due to their excellent services. All staff were very friendly specially we got extra care and comfort from their housekeeping. All staff were very good but Ms. Shareefa was one of the best who made our stay very comfortable.

Outstanding We were going there for a wedding and our day was very comfortable and the staff was amazing. Their breakfast is a huge buffet and very testy food. Best hotel I have ever visited Extremely fair price, excellent service, amazing and kind employees, great room service, and I could not find a single dusty part of my hotel room. Cleaned wonderfully. If you are looking for hotels go to this one. Also great art and murals in the lobby.

The experience was good. The location is about 2 km from the Citadel (to the east) and about 2 km from the Jett intercity bus office (to the west). The breakfast is standard. The room was cool (it was January), but that issue has been resolved. The water is hot and has good pressure. The room has an electric stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The mosque is nearby, and you'll be woken up at 6 a.m....

We had a short overnight stay due to our flight arrival time into Jordan. We had booked a taxi via the hotel which wasn’t there when we exited. This might have been due to driver not coming or not waiting as it took a long time for us to get through passport control. I tried to call the hotel contact as didn’t know WhatsApp calls from Uk phone numbers don’t work in Jordan, but also left a message....

Clean amd very well located in a quiet suburb of Amman (15mkn walk to center, another 15 to go to the citadel), rooms are big and clean. Little garden with small swimming pool very surely a must in the hot days. Breakfast and furnishment are though dissapointing hence the 3 in stead of 4. Staff very friendly. Several restaurants and bars/coffee shops in the area worth the visit. So globally positive...
