Bit of a building site at the moment. Staff really friendly and nice. Food in the buffet was great - would give the other places a miss. Turkish baths was a nice touch. Free Shuttle bus to Petra was really helpful

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool view, but it turns out the pool is under maintenance during winter, so there's no view to be had. If I had known this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked here

My wife and I checked in after 8:30pm and it was pretty easy with no wait. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Our room had breathtaking views and was well cleaned

Hotel is supery located just in front of Petra visitor centre which makes things very convenient. It is also a short walk to nearby convenience shops, restaurants, forex etc if you need anything urgent

Pros: • Excellent location — about a 2-minute walk from the JETT bus drop-off point and the Petra Visitor Center; nearby there are restaurants, souvenir shops, and small grocery stores

The hotel is right outside of Petra entrance. 5 minutes walk into the archeological site. Overall, location, service, cleanliness, food are excellent!

Second time here and just as the first time super friendly and helpful staff, such a convenient location for petra exploration

Lovely hotel situated at the top of Petra. It's rooms are lovely and views are to die for. There is a dog on site that barks a bit but I was so tired I didn't hear it too much

I can only recommend this hotel to anyone staying near Petra. It has a great view from the mountains and really great breakfast. But the best experience I ever had was with the Receptionist Ahmad

The breakfast is very disappointing: pastries are sad looking, cold cuts don't' look appetising, only two types of bread no sourdough loaf or baguette, also, the staff are horrible there, no good morning no smiles and especially the creepy chef behind the glass making the eggs!! he acts shocked when you talk to him and ask him for an omelette and then makes it in a different way than then you choose...

Very nice room. Shower only had a half panel and so water got all over the floor in the bathroom. But otherwise, I had a great stay.

We stsyed here as part if a tour. Breakfast is a big minimalist and their seasoning seems to be salt, with more salt. Rather a poor location as next to nothing in the area for a tourist

This hotel is in West Amman within walking distance of shopping and food. For a Westerner, there was a Safeway if you want to purchase home and local foods. Amman has a lot of fast food as well as local fare.

Hotel overall facilities are dated but functional. Room noise insulation is poor. My room is located next to the lift, I can hear every guest exiting/entering the lift, not to mention traffic outside the hotel

This hotel is located in a quite diplomatic area near 4th circle. Many taxi drivers find it hard to locate due to many one ways and security cordons nearby. We need to catch a cab, for anywhere you want to go

The hotel cabs are expensive and there are no taxi stands nearby. The hotel is quite, the restaurent and bar is good. Special thanks to Mustafaa who provided us with very good choice of food and wine in the restaurent

I have to mention the inefficiancy and carelessness of Mohamed of front office who could not help us when a taxi chap was fleecing us. He could not give us a room with king bed when we checked in second time

This hotel is a good choice for the area, and its location is excellent, directly across from the Horseshoe Road, offering breathtaking views

The food was tasty and there was a wide selection. The only suggestion I would have for the hotel is try to make sure that the food items that are in the metal containers are warmer/hot

The water falls are amazing it’s a relief for your body and the hotel amenities and water fall close at 10 but the main public one the natural it no longer stays avaible for public so it becomes private for the hotel guests so that’s a very good perk imagine staying under the water fall at night alone it’s a really good perk

There’s also a super market outside in the public u can get small chips, nuts and fruits not alot security at hotel won’t let u because it’s their policy but they are so nice

It was my first time in Jordan and everyone took great care of me so I had a great time. I was a little worried because there were a lot of negative reviews, but contrary to my worries, the service was really good.

everything was good, room was nice , big and clean , however shower pressure was not strong , which meant me spending considerable amount of time just in shower, as water was just dripping, i suggest management repair the shower in the rooms where there is no pressure or fix it by other ways

The food, buffet style, very limited and repetitive. There was only one dessert each night. They have closed the adjacent terrace so they can use it, but even so, the room is very small, with few tables
