Stayed for 2 days at this wonderful hotel with 2 pools. The service was excellent, and the breakfasts were good.
I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the hotel management and staff for the wonderful service provided during my stay. The hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made my experience comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. Thank you for creating such a pleasant atmosphere. I truly appreciate...
Good place and amazing staff and location.
Good hotel, basic facilities but clean and comfortable. Will book again
A lovely hotel in a great location. We had a free upgrade to a sea view room which was great. Helpful staff couldn’t do enough for us. Good location right by the Marina and beach.

Sweimeh, Dead Sea Road 🧭 Map
We stayed at Crowne Plaza Dead Sea and overall had a very pleasant experience.
The location of the hotel is beautiful. Its private beach is especially impressive — peaceful, quiet, and very relaxing. It’s a wonderful place to truly unwind and enjoy the Dead Sea.
We tried the dinner buffet one evening, and everything was genuinely delicious. There was a wide variety of options, and the quality was...
We arrived at 6 am and we were offered a very early check-in for a small price and breakfast for a reduced price. A great start! The room had a 'sea view' which it did but it was limited. The private beach for the Dead Sea was fine but you wouldn't want to spend a lot of time there. The Lebanese restaurant on site was fine at best
The hotel is well located near the Dead Sea and has its own private Dead Sea beach which is fascinating. We enjoyed the sunset over the Dead Sea.
We also enjoyed the in room dining services and the response is very quick and the foods taste great.
During check in, the reception gave us an upgraded room and also prepared snacks and fruits in the room.
One tip is that the Dead Sea beach was closed...
The property is very large. Access to the red sea beach is difficult. Many walkways were closed...
It needs to be more convenient rather than complicated.
All staff were super friendly.
Have everything in the hotel near dead sea swimming pool kid club pool bar, bar and restaurant is very good.
Great hotel with a private beach for the Dead Sea, they also offer free mud baths for the sea. Food buffet was lovely with plenty of options. Not much to do in the area however perfect for a relaxing stay for a few nights.

Madaba, Queen Alia International Airport 🧭 Map
Conveniently located near the airport and car rental service, with a free shuttle van to the airport.
Breakfast could be improved however, as there was barely anything available.
I stayed one night on a layover and wanted to share my experience here: the room was good and clean and the hotel was reached by shuttle easily. But what stood out to me was the helpfulness of the staff, they helped me solve one particular issue for which I am very thankful! Therefore it was a great experience overall.
The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. There was a slight issue with the first room that I was assigned to. As soon as I let the front desk know, they apologized profusely, corrected the error and gave me an upgrade. Truly excellent customer service and kind people.
The rooms are good, with tv, mini fridge, proper bathroom and wifi. Also the bed was nice. However, the structure is outdated and looks old.
We went there due to a connection issue and the most scary part is that the airport will take your passport, give you a blue slip (which you will fill up at transit desk), and the hotel takes your blue slip. So at hotel you have no document. Eerie. While you...
The staff is very respectful and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
It was good for me to spend the time to my next flight

Amazing hotel with an amazing rooms and food, good location Thankkk youuuu Ms. Shared for making our stay even better!!!
The Hotel is indeed fantastic. The Staff are friendly, warm and hospitable. The ambience is very beautiful and serene. The meal is great, the rooms are neat and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay even though it was a short one and I look forward to visiting again
The Location of the is strategic The atmosphere is cozy The rooms is spacious and relieving The value is remarkable Cleanliness is top notch Noiseless is not loud from I side despite located in a commercial area The service is impressive and second to none The amenities of the right standard.
My friends & I enjoyed a 3 night stay in this comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly & offered a great service. The food served was delicious:) I highly recommend it!
Went as part of an Exoticca group tour, a smaller hotel so has a more personal service, certainly we received a warm welcome when we arrived just after midnight. We mainly slept and ate at the hotel and it was very good for this. I was going to give it 4 because of two slight problems, on our second morning there was another large and chaotic tour group at 7am breakfast and the restaurant just couldn...

Good hotel overall at a great location but the only strange thing was that A/C in the room barely worked and so it was very hot. Also, the wifi is TERRIBLE!!
I stayed for 3 nights and the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. There aren't many amenities like in Japan.
Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Spacious and clean rooms with minor caveats only. This was my second time at Seas and won't be the last time.
Reception checkin and out: smooth and courteous. However when i asked for an extra door key card, the response was not available which is a bit weird Rooms: old furniture, nice big flat tv, clean and bed is comfortable Bathroom: very small and old but good water pressure Restaurant: one single small restaurant serving the hotel guests. Morning breakfast is limited but good. My recommendation is to...
It’s strategically located in the Center of everything. The Gentlemen at the Desk are very nice except the Rude lady who checked us in.
The downside, they have a small Elevator carrying 3 people at a given time. It’s okay. I would give it Three Star s
Very good, good geographical environment, very convenient to take the bus ~ The hotel staff are also very good ~ If I go on a business trip next time, I will choose this hotel again ~ The breakfast food variety is also very rich, although there were some small episodes in the middle, but they were all solved

The hotel is located about 1.5-2 km from the coast. The rooms are large, with a balcony, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Everything worked well. Breakfasts were standard, nothing fancy. Overall, a good impression.
It was amazing view from my room ( sea view)
It's 10 min walking to the beach.
Perfect price.
Good hotel on the edge of the town with spectacular views.
Very good hotel, location, staff, clean. Only the AC is not really working and there is sound during take a bath maybe from heater. But overall, i like to stay the hotel. Thank you very much.

We spent 1 night here on our way to Petra. Its a nice hotel with huge rooms, clean and comfortable. As we were only 4 people with dinner included, the chef cooked up a meal for each of us which was very good. The attention in general was pleasant. The only problem is that the surrounding neighbourhood is a bit dumpy...( construction site). Though it is 5 min walk to the center and seaside.
The room are spacious and the bed was comfortable

We stayed here at the end of January 2026. The hotel was nice and clean, and the food at the restaurant was very good.
The hotel is in a busy city, but it is very quiet at night and there is no music. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to McDonald's from the side path. The stay was quite comfortable.

Room are nice and kept very well , unfortunately I did not had a good experience, as the guest next door loudly party all night and when I complained twice during the night to the reception nothing was done to assist/take of the problem
As per the price the hotel is amazing
This is a lovely place that is conveniently located-- and it has a delicious rooftop restaurant and a spa with steamroom and sauna in the basement. Top to bottom great!! I did not get a massage, but I used the steamroom after my long flight in and slept so well!! The staff was lovely, the room was clean-- I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The service and the private Dead Sea beach were decent, but the rooms were really old. Luckily, I only stayed one night.
The room was rather remote, facing the Dead Sea. There was a free shuttle bus, but the downside was that the XC Hotel advertised a buffet for 10 JD per person, but when I got there, the receptionist said it was 17 JD. Thinking it was late, I decided to eat at the hotel, but when I asked at the buffet, they said it was 16 JD. They finally offered us a discount to 14 JD, which is equivalent to 140 RMB...
Great experience, especially the location and value. It was everything I was looking for during my trip
Hotel staff service attitude is very good
The room is clean and the facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't affect the use
The most disturbing thing is that there are several flies in the room
The dinner is delicious and the price is reasonable; but the quality of the breakfast food is average and there are fewer styles
We liked everything 👍, for its price a very good hotel!
Pool was crowded. Food is good. Service is good. You do need a car there as food and drinks are not allowed. Careem costs around 16 JD each way to city; therefore it is cheaper to eat at hotel.

facility a bit old especially the shower room. door cannot be opened tightly so when you took shower the water would split out from the door gap.
