Amazing place, our trip was unforgettable, the service us great, pools and beach super, the chef Alqudsi makes the best food

It definitely needs a refresh. The spa was closed, not enough towels despite the low number of customers, not enough umbrella. A lot of children on the pool restricted to adults, jumping on the bed and the pool

Beach and pools are very nice, limited drinks available. But weather and sun are amazing, nice cooling breeze

I had an amazing stay at the resort. The facility was very clean and staff was very helpful and attentive, especially ragab and Tito. They made our stay so pleasant and we spent an amazing time with them

It would be helpful if the bellboys/porters are stationed at the security area to help guests with the luggage (where help is needed most to load and unload bags from the security conveyor belt) instead of standing in the lobby area

The Mövenpick resort is beautifully designed, we really felt like staying in an Arabic village. It’s big enough to not feel ‘stuck’ in an otherwise extremely dull and deserted area (dead sea area/ ‘Amman beach’)

I've stayed at several Riu hotels on this trip, and they've all been really great! They even offer welcome chocolates, which are delicious! The only downside is the hotel's buffet dinner; it's expensive and there aren't many good options

The lifeguards were helpful and were great photographers. The variety and cost of food at restaurants within the hotel are reasonable, such that one does not need to venture out of the hotel

Movenpick Dead Sea was one of the happiest leg in my Jordan trip. The hotel setting was so charming and quaint that one could spend the whole day relaxing within the hotel massive compound

The hotel immersive mud experience and Zara spa (hydro pool and other facilities) was immensely enjoyable! Although it was winter, the waters temperature was bearable

We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. If there is one area for improvement, it would be that the rooms and furniture feel slightly dated

One tip is that the Dead Sea beach was closed after 17:30 and the first day we didn’t have the chance to the beach due to our arrival time, so you may check with the hotel first about the close time if you want experience the Dead Sea beach and float

The beachfront environment is nice, the house facilities are average, there was a party at the restaurant downstairs, it ended at nearly 12 o'clock, it was too noisy, I communicated N times but to no avail, it still ended at the same time, is it because of the local customs and habits to not accommodate other guests

A flamboyant architecture of the hotel makes you feel amaze. I would recommend this hotel and resort for the people who loves beaches! And the food is so good and delicious! The staffs are very friendly and accommodating

more specific directions to lobby will be helpful. we came here in beginning of august and it was hot and I mean hot lots of sunscreen and fluids is a must. Beach is rocky till you go further in the water it gets sandy

One of the most beautiful and best resorts in terms of hospitality, activities, events, cleanliness, and attention to guests. The food is also excellent. I thank all the resort staff for their excellent service.

I would also like to highlight Star Tabarak, who works in the PlayStation area. My kids absolutely fell in love with her — she is truly magnificent, knowledgeable, and caring

Great resort, nice swimming pools (note all pools are 1. 6 meter depth uniform except for kiddy pools) be prepare to walk a lot with in the property getting to pools, restaurants etc

I chose this hotel based on its ratings on Ctrip. The environment is beautiful, the hotel has its own Dead Sea beach, and the staff in all positions provided excellent service. The sunset view was fantastic

It’s so impressive to stay here. All Staff is very good service mind. The hotel provide private sea so I can go to the dead sea several time. Moreover there are 9 swimming pools. The best one is the pool with the DJ

The staff gave us instructions on how to soak in the Dead Sea and also helped me to slather mud on my body. The additional massage on my neck and shoulder areas was really good

The room was spacious and comfortable, but it had the fresh paint smell as it was recently renovated. The bathtub and shower were good, plus the amenities were special as they were made using Dead sea minerals

Of course a visit to the Dead Sea is incomplete without visiting the sea itself, we had a great time by the beach

It's a very beautiful hotel with its own beach. You can go swimming in the Dead Sea next to the beach inside the hotel. There is also a swimming pool. The hotel provides towels for free

This is an excellent Hotel in terms of its location and the space in the rooms. Some of the rooms have fantastic views. Because of its private beach, the mud bath experience is quite nice

Disliked · The room does not have a small refrigerator. I usually buy snacks from local stores and keep them in the small fridge, but unfortunately, the hotel does not provide one

Let’s be honest: yes, this is probably the best hotel in Jordan outside Amman. Good location, sea access, solid building. After dinner at the Lebanese restaurant, our daughter got severe food poisoning

For comparison, a bottle of sparkling wine in a store costs 12-15 dinars, in a hotel - 60! Drink under the hotel fence). You can negotiate, but only if you take something from them. Breakfast is good, lots of choice

The last hotel in Jordan, on the edge of the Red Sea, is perfect for a relaxing vacation. I really like the hotel's balcony, facing the sea, where you can watch the sunset, and there are free beer and snacks.

Beautiful hotel close to the city center but there is not much to do there. The hotel is a haven of peace where you are cut off from the world, you dress as you wish which is not necessarily the case outside

Everything was great. Staff were fantastic in their service especially Abdelrazik, Ghofran, Bilal and Jamaica. Each in their own way.

Easy to get to and yiu are given a warm soft cookie on check in, amazing! The room had a sea view but due to the shape of the building, the room is constantly in shadow and over looks the pool

On check in you are given a 15% discount voucher for the restaurant on the top floor. The food was delicious and with the discount it was very fairly priced

apart from the lady on reception who need to smile when she see guest arrive to make them feel welcome. But all other staff from the bell boy to the management also the 7th floor staff the lady’s are all amazing

One downside is that because it was so quite the head waiter would not leave us alone and kept asking for a good review, which is always annoying and needy

Near from the down town, and there is a free shuttle bus which makes everything easier to us. The receptionist SALMA was very kind and her smile makes us to feel like we’re in home

Beach way to far from the Sea Very crowded and noisy on weekends because of day use by guests. Service around the main pool is slow eventually you get served. Our check in by the front office was very welcoming

The hotel is in a busy city, but it is very quiet at night and there is no music. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to McDonald's from the side path. The stay was quite comfortable.

Good location, close to the city center, the beach, and several attractions. Nearby, you can shop at street markets. Excellent service, excellent food, clean rooms, and room service. Very good, I highly recommend it .

And the most important thing for me is cleanliness — the hotel is insanely clean, like beyond expectations. The food is also really delicious with a lot of variety, there’s something for everyone and every taste
