The staff at the Reception try their best to help but seems they are under-staffed. There is a Pub attached to the Hotel but the rates are expensive. The Hotel is located in a posh neighbourhood, which is an advantage

It’s an old hotel, the rooms are old and dirty. You can’t open the windows. There is a lot of mold in the bathroom. The staff are nice though and the location is good

I stayed at the ibis Hotel in Jordan and overall it was a good experience. The room was clean, and the prices were decent for what you get. The only downside was the front desk staff member

My son is three, and normally other hotels do provide a crib for a child his age, so I wasn’t sure why it wasn’t possible at this location
