Amman, 28 Abdullah Bin Omar Street 🧭 Map
Was disappointed in how crowded the hotel was with tour groups. The location is in a quiet suburb, without restaurants or shops, necessitating an Uber or taxi ride to go anywhere. The pool was filthy, full of leaves and not usable. Breakfast was plentiful and wide selection.
The staff were friendly and checked us in very quickly when we arrived late. The room was average, as expected, but the bed was comfortable. Everything was fine, breakfast was fine, the overall hotel was quiet. There is a bar attached to the hotel which had a good range of drinks. A good stay.
The staff was friendly and helpful and their English was good. The room was clean and modern looking. They have a small workout room but the equipment is rather worn out. There is a pool but it is outdoors so it wasn't filled this time of year. There is a bar in the lobby and a spacious restaurant. Had breakfast there and they set out a large selection. This hotel is not in a prime location, so a taxi...
The best hotel ever, we had 5 days for business trip, we get quite stay, great restaurant with delicious food, good views, friendly restaurant staff, and lobby coffee, room service food was amazing, the hotel great in general, higher recommend. 💕
Most of us in the group had problems with the condition of the bathroom and the towels provided to us. The service was also very slow, perhaps due to the heavy rush of tourists to this Hotel. I had to remind 3 times for bath Towels, which were not kept in the bathroom, I had to change the room due to water logging in the bathroom. The Towels were old and worn out. The staff at the Reception try their...
I stayed here quite a few times during my Amman visit. Hotel is in a nice area however there isn’t much of activity or business or nightlife near the hotel it’s mostly a residential zone. The food every night was included and so was the breakfast. Staying here for multiple stays unnoticed the food it’s pretty much the same it was ok but not superb. Staff are very accommodating and friendly but pretty...

The buffet was great food. Yamen is the nicest and best front door man. He even get me waters and make sure I’m comfortable
Great food, great hotel rooms, great service!
Especially Yamen, he was particularly friendly and helpful. Best receptionist in Jordan after a long tour in Jordan!
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Yamen at the reception for being friendly, professional, and very helpful. He made my stay even better. Highly
We always enjoy coming to this hotel and truly appreciate all the staff. Everyone is very professional and welcoming, whether you are just visiting or staying here. The service quality is excellent.
I would especially like to thank the reception team, especially Ms. Doa’a. She is a very kind and helpful person.
Thank you for the wonderful service — we will gladly come back again.
"My experience at the hotel was truly memorable. The hotel stands out for its impeccable cleanliness and welcoming reception. I would like to specifically mention the employee Doaa, as her friendly and professional demeanor made my experience even more comfortable and special. I give her five stars.

I’m giving this hotel 5 stars for its location because I visited it in July 2007. It was like a paradise for me compared to Baghdad at that time ( war time). I spent 3 weeks here with my friend and they were very happy days because we were away from the war. Inshallah will visit it one day. I loved Amman. It was beautiful city. This time I don’t need to wait in the airport for 7 hours because of my...

Location is very convenient.
The room was very clean and tidy. Reasonable prices.
Reception staff were very amazing and friendly especially Saeed and Abduallah. Big thanks to them.
Definitely recommends this place
Meneur Hotel is excellent in terms of service and staff professionalism. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the overall service is outstanding. Highly recommended.
I had a lovely time there. Good prices, nice people, and they have a restaurant in the hotel with excellent service.
Overall, the stay was good.
However, considering the price, we expected a bit more. The carpet and the bathroom could benefit from additional cleaning, and there was no water heater (kettle) available.
The hotel is old and the rooms are old as well. It’s a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I consider this a good value for your money and it’s especially good if you are traveling and want any layover in Jordan.
I booked a flight with Royal Jordanian so they booked this hotel for me for the layover. At first, I was a bit hesitant, but the hotel turned...

It’s an old hotel, the rooms are old and dirty. You can’t open the windows. There is a lot of mold in the bathroom. The staff are nice though and the location is good
I stayed at the ibis Hotel in Jordan and overall it was a good experience. The room was clean, and the prices were decent for what you get.
The only downside was the front desk staff member. He seemed like he was forcing a smile, which made the interaction a bit uncomfortable. We also asked for a crib for my son, but we were told that cribs are only available for children under two years old. My son...
The staff at Ibis Amman are honestly amazing — extremely kind, helpful, and always willing to assist. Their friendliness and professionalism truly make a big difference and are the best part of the stay, thanks to Mahmoud HK and front office B shift I don’t remember his name 😭
However, when it comes to the hotel facilities, the building itself really needs renovation. The rooms and especially the...
Great hospitality - wifi worked, hot shower, gym & late checkout avail. Falafel across the street
Front desk staff alongside security staff were very friendly. Check in was quick. Room was of good size and bathroom too. Mr. Abdulrahman from housekeeping immediately we welcomed us and provide the necessary amenities which were plentiful and good (tooth brush, razor, vanity, etc.). Slept like a baby as the nose level was almost non existent. Breakfast was very good with great Arabic and international...
We stayed for a night and it turned out to be one of the best ibis experiences I’ve had. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options.
The only drawback was that one of the rooms had a slight cigarette smell. Since there’s no window to air it out, the hotel may need to find a better way to handle this.
Overall, still...

The door in my bathroom is a broken one. Didn’t have time to report during my stay, but obviously the maintenance team may work harder.
The location is the best, and all the drinks & little snacks in the mini bar are complimentary!
It was a bit chaotic during the check-in as it was a busy hour. i
It's perfect place for my family to stay at reasonable price. It's very close to Petra enterance and breakfast was really good. Small details were well arranged for customer.
Hotel is supery located just in front of Petra visitor centre which makes things very convenient. It is also a short walk to nearby convenience shops, restaurants, forex etc if you need anything urgent. The hotel is maintained well, well lit and have a cozy ambiance which provides a good rest after a long day in Petra.
The image shows a pool. There was no pool. Most facilities are shared with the Petra Moon luxury hotel less than 2 minutes away. This includes the spa which was limited but fine. The breakfast was good, but being a 2 minute walk from the Petra visitors centre was the best thing about this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful
Extremely close to the front entrance of Petra with a free car park behind and to the side of the hotel.
Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday, but pancakes and eggs are made fresh, which was appreciated.
The hotel is right outside of Petra entrance. 5 minutes walk into the archeological site. Overall, location, service, cleanliness, food are excellent!

Two nights here mid-January 2026 for a quick visit to Petra. Booked in by Insight Tours (TourRadar). A short 5 minute walk from the Petra visitor centre (we have mobility issues so 10 minutes for us, but almost level!). Great views from the dining room. Location is perfect where you can walk to Petra in 3mins.
The room is clean but the facilities in bathroom are broken.
Very nice hotel located 3mins away from Petra visitor center, comfy beds, good buffet breakfast, very attentive staff. They have an agreement with the local Turkish hammam an if you book through them you get a 5JD discount per person, a must before or after walking Petra for hours! Would def stay again here!
Very convenient location for all the historical sites with great service and great assistance with arranging tours
Convenient location. 5 minutes from the entrance to Petra. Nice, clean room. You can leave your luggage upon checkout and pick it up in the evening if you plan to visit Petra that day.

This hotel is rated 4 stars. The hotel building looks 4 stars but the service was not. My first problem was with my TV. Sound but no picture but this was rectified. My room was very comfortable. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds, very clean hotel with a friendly helpful staff. Nice lounge and a good quality of food . Great location 5 minutes walking to the downtown, lobby decoration are very nice . Management are very polite and professional they offer free upgrades
Good location and service. The hotel is located in the center and close to almost everywhere you like to visit in the city. Mr. Ali is the most helpful and kind staff. Mr.basheer from front disk was amazing and very nice.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL FROM THE FRONT DOOR HANDLE.
The front door handle is installed poorly and without thought, and if you are not careful you will injure yourself. I injured my thumb and it caused bruising and bled just by using the handle as it is intended. I hope that building management fixes this issue so that other do not also injure themselves
Clean and spacious enough room. Change of towels and remaking of the bed today. Bathroom equipped with various comforts. We had dinner for two consecutive evenings and except for one dish, the dishes were repeated over the days. Little variety even in breakfast. Absence of desserts. Friendly and kind staff.
Nice, affordable and quite central hotel. Staff is amazing. From the night receptionist (he makes everything happen and knows how to treat customers), to service staff and to Mohamed cleaning the rooms. He made me smile with his artistic towl creations on my bed. Dinner is fresh and very good, breakfast as well. Coffee in the room would be great but who knows what the future brings. Hotel a little outside Amman, but with a taxi 10 minutes traffic permitting you are in the center, very kind staff we had an upgrade since there were 3 of us with 2 connecting rooms. Breakfast and dinner buffet variety of foods for all tastes only note a little cold the restaurant room perhaps because there was the outside room for smokers and when you opened the door it was cold. Thanks for the possibility...
I found it to be a pretty decent hotel, considering the price and the average price for Jordan. A very spacious, clean room, comfortable bed, refrigerator, and good shower (you don't get cold in it like some other hotels...). It has a huge supermarket nearby, which is useful for shopping. Very good hotel at a good location. Excellent staff and a good breakfast spread. Highly recommended.
The location is in the very center, everything is nearby. The hotel is worth its price and its stars, no questions asked
This property was a good value. Clean and had a great breakfast. Good location for walking to nearby restaurants, shops, and the marina. If you are looking for a quiet place, this location is not for you. Our room window faced the street where taxis parked below, honking persisted, and shop owners talked loudly until very late which made sleeping difficult.

Very comfortable and spacious bed. Clean room. Price compared to other hotels in the area is great. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly. good people good stay! i would just say a bit more attention to detail is needed in terms of the rooms, also a bit hot in the hotel corridors reception areas otherwise all was well!
I always stay in this hotel when I travel to Aqaba
The property is an older building, but perfectly maintained and perfectly clean. You would think the place was built last week. The breakfast was very good every day. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly. I place I want to stay at again.
The location of the hotel is very good, in the downtown business district, but some rooms are close to the road, so the sound insulation effect is not very good. The quality of sleep at night is relatively poor, the hot water in the hotel is not too hot, and. Breakfast is too simple, basically nothing delicious.
