Mövenpick Dead Sea Jordan, Sweimeh1 / 30
8.7
Sweimeh, Dead Sea Road 🧭 Map
Pool: Pool, Heated pool
The hotel immersive mud experience and Zara spa (hydro pool and other facilities) was immensely enjoyable! Although it was winter, the waters temperature was bearable
I've stayed at several Riu hotels on this trip, and they've all been really great! They even offer welcome chocolates, which are delicious! The only downside is the hotel's buffet dinner; it's expensive and there aren't many good options
It would be helpful if the bellboys/porters are stationed at the security area to help guests with the luggage (where help is needed most to load and unload bags from the security conveyor belt) instead of standing in the lobby area
The lifeguards were helpful and were great photographers. The variety and cost of food at restaurants within the hotel are reasonable, such that one does not need to venture out of the hotel
Movenpick Dead Sea was one of the happiest leg in my Jordan trip. The hotel setting was so charming and quaint that one could spend the whole day relaxing within the hotel massive compound
The rooms are comfortable, the surroundings are beautiful, and the garden is absolutely charming! I will definitely choose the Mövenpick again for my next visit

Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea, Sweimeh1 / 30
8.8
Sweimeh, Dead Sea Road 🧭 Map
Pool: Pool, Heated pool
It's a very beautiful hotel with its own beach. You can go swimming in the Dead Sea next to the beach inside the hotel. There is also a swimming pool. The hotel provides towels for free
This is an excellent Hotel in terms of its location and the space in the rooms. Some of the rooms have fantastic views. Because of its private beach, the mud bath experience is quite nice
The dear sea water however is quite dirty. A little more effort on that front would be welcome. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. The bread was almost stale and cold
I booked a sea-view room, but the front desk said it wasn't. I went specifically for the sunset float, but the hotel pool and beach closed at 7 pm sharp, which was very disappointing
Having full access to the pools as well as the sea was absolutely the best part. We stayed there until sunset, soaking in the beautiful atmosphere and calm surroundings
Great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is GREAT, huge choice of freshly prepared food, fantastic. View of the Dead Sea from the front rooms is fantastic. The shower is very clean and modern

Kempinski Hotel Aqaba Red Sea, Aqaba1 / 30

For comparison, a bottle of sparkling wine in a store costs 12-15 dinars, in a hotel - 60! Drink under the hotel fence). You can negotiate, but only if you take something from them. Breakfast is good, lots of choice
The last hotel in Jordan, on the edge of the Red Sea, is perfect for a relaxing vacation. I really like the hotel's balcony, facing the sea, where you can watch the sunset, and there are free beer and snacks.
Everything was great. Staff were fantastic in their service especially Abdelrazik, Ghofran, Bilal and Jamaica. Each in their own way.
There are few tourists, probably due to the proximity of Israel. You cannot bring your own alcohol, they have it at the hotel
Everything was up to the level, however the rooms missed some key amenities for someone travelling for business
Nice and comfortable, central location, good staff

THE ABDALI BOULEVARD HOTEL by IHG, Amman1 / 30Good price

If that's not enough, you're a short taxi ride away from the souk, where you can explore more of the Jordanian hospitality and culture. I fell in love with Jordan partly because of staying at the Abdali Boulevard Hotel
Then the next day, I saw a post on their social media saying it was open, so I called again this time they said it only opens at 12 PM. Later, when I asked again, it turns out the pool actually opens at 9 AM
The Abdali Boulevard Hotel is an experience. I would rate it as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well maintained. I had a suite with a kitchenette and a living room
It honestly felt like no one knew what was going on. This kind of confusion really affects the guest experience, and it’s something that seriously needs to be improve Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it
It was a big part of making my visit to the country enjoyable, comfortable and memorable. I felt safe in and around the hotel, at all hours of the day and the evening
I also, enjoyed the facilities from the gym to the pool, as well as the various dining options available. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in Amman, Jordan

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I would definitely stay here again during future visits to Amman
very good hotel really enjoyed our stay, good services swimming pool so nice good food many choices
My stay at Crowne Plaza Amman in the Standard Room was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for a relaxing stay
The staff was incredibly courteous and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and offered a great way to unwind after a busy day
Rooms bathroom could have some updates such as loose tiles. Everybody had such a big smile whenever I asked for help. My hose keeping lady could be from Filipina
She worked so hard with nice demeanor with a big smile! In dining room sever, Josi was beautiful!! Made already very delicious meals unforgettable

Pool: Pool, Heated pool
Good for a day to experience the dead sea. Nice beach and pool, very friendly staff and the food was above average for hotel food
The service and the private Dead Sea beach were decent, but the rooms were really old. Luckily, I only stayed one night.
They finally offered us a discount to 14 JD, which is equivalent to 140 RMB per person, but there was no water; I had to buy it separately – ridiculous! There was no bottled water in the room either
Pool was crowded. Food is good. Service is good. You do need a car there as food and drinks are not allowed. Careem costs around 16 JD each way to city; therefore it is cheaper to eat at hotel.
The room was rather remote, facing the Dead Sea. There was a free shuttle bus, but the downside was that the XC Hotel advertised a buffet for 10 JD per person, but when I got there, the receptionist said it was 17 JD
Great experience, especially the location and value. It was everything I was looking for during my trip

Sabreen and Nakaa from the breakfast restaurant, Hossam from the housekeeping and everyone else to be honest is very polite, friendly and always with a nice smile on their faces. They made sure that my stay was pleasant
The rooms are modern and well-equipped, featuring smart lighting and automated curtains for a touch of luxury. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering great value for money
She not only arranged an early check-in for us but also generously upgraded our room type and ensured our three rooms were on the same floor, making it incredibly convenient for our group
Our stay at this hotel was beyond fantastic! The staff were warm and welcoming throughout, with special thanks to **Oulaia** for her exceptional service
The hotel boasts a prime location—within walking distance to numerous restaurants and supermarkets, perfect for dining and daily needs
This hotel is an ideal choice for both short business trips and leisure stays. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

Every thing was perfect, the service, break fast, rooms were very clean, with fresh, pleasantly scented towels, and a comfortable, elegant atmosphere throughout. The staff were amazing, always helpful and professional
The location is brilliant, the rooms are great, the staff are so nice and helpful and very attentive. The breakfast is international and have so many options
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The service was outstanding, and Hamada made our experience absolutely perfect with his kindness and professionalism.
Kids will especially love the breakfast and the food in general, they’ll have so much fun. The pool is clean and heated, which I really loved. Overall, I enjoyed my stay a lot and totally recommend it
There is no parking lot (which is the case for most hotels) Special thanks to Chef Motasem and all other staff: Taha, Hamada, and Zahra
It was a very good and wonderful coordination regarding my husband's birthday. All thanks to all the hotel staff, especially Mr. Manager Ayman Al-Batoush, the receptionist and the girl Zahra with breakfast preparations

The breakfast was good, and the strawberries were sweet.
Despite the circumstances and the obvious inconvenience, Laith chose to rigidly hide behind hotel policy, I was not allowed to check in unless I pay a deposit of 60 JD. I refused as I had already fully paid for the room
I was kept waiting at the reception for 1. 5 hours while Laith reviewed the issue, which was eventually confirmed to be a typo made by the third-party agent Travco. Also Laith confirmed that 29/11-30/11 was a no show
Hotel overall facilities are dated but functional. Room noise insulation is poor. My room is located next to the lift, I can hear every guest exiting/entering the lift, not to mention traffic outside the hotel
I arrived at the hotel around 9pm, after a five-hour drive in adverse weather, only to be told by Laith the front desk manager there was no record of my reservation and requested me to contact Trip
Shouldn’t the front desk contact Travco directly to resolve the issue instead of asking the customer to contact Trip? I understand the work flow is customer > Trip > Travco > Hotel Toledo

The public and swimming pool areas are also very tasteful and well kept. Overall a fantastic experience, I can’t wait to return!
Amazing staff, and through all what’s going on you have kept us feel safe and the food is amazing. I can’t talk highly enough of the place. Ahmed, Rama, Jana, Lagela and Yara(guest relations manager), annd anll the staff
The owner Mr Tarref Tabbah whom I met one of the lounges, whom sets an example that all his staff follow. Family and amazing people all, I thank you
Wonderful experience and ambience and happy with the service of Mam. Yara. I will easily recommend all. All the staffs are fantastic. Restaurant and the food were awesome. Very well maintained restaurant.
The hotel is on a hillside and very quiet, but the surrounding restaurants are a few hundred meters away. When I stayed there during the special period, there were only 14 people.
I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the comfort, and the service. Yara for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care

This was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The facilities are clean, outdoor pools are large and the private beach makes all the difference
Breakfast was also delicious and the staff make sure you are looked after well. Specific mention to Saddad at the front desk who looked after us and gave us a really high level of service
I don’t have any criticism only that there isn’t an indoor pool, and the gym is slightly more dated but still runs well
Probably the best hotel in Aqaba. With its shortcomings. Something is getting a little old. Something is not working. The service is not perfect. But it is still better that is..
The main building is pretty The rooms I believe are quite average We were charged 50dinar to stay an extra couple of hours Just be mindful 😀
He’s always ready to help and has a clean work. the beach is clean, pools are clean, everything is at it best

I want to take advantage of this space to express my annoyance with *******, I am a platinum member at ******* and I did not receive good treatment from ******* in other matters not related to this survey
It is an apartment style hotel. The staff was always very kind to us. What did surprise me is if they are going with their partner, they have to have marriage documents, they tend to ask
Spectacular hotel, very good service. Our card didn't work properly and they changed it for us. Everything was very clean and had kitchen utensils.
The room decor was clean and cozy, and the front desk service was very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again.
I lost hundreds of dollars due to their policy and had to go to another agency to resolve my business issues
It is a country with conservative traditions. That's it, I'm done with my opinion about the hotel
