Amazing place, our trip was unforgettable, the service us great, pools and beach super, the chef Alqudsi makes the best food
We like everything, our stay was enjoyable, entertainment team is amazing, service is high
We asked for an upgrade because the room was very small for 3 persons and was noisy (dormir in front of the road). We went to a suite, which was very big but the quality of the room was not as expected. It definitely needs a refresh. The spa was closed, not enough towels despite the low number of customers, not enough umbrella. A lot of children on the pool restricted to adults, jumping on the bed...
Location is good beside quiet Marina park. Marina offers many activities. Food in restaurant is average and same every day, Nice staff but service is not the best, understaffed or badly managed, (have to get. own cutlery, no cups etc. Beach and pools are very nice, limited drinks available. But weather and sun are amazing, nice cooling breeze
I had an amazing stay at the resort. The facility was very clean and staff was very helpful and attentive, especially ragab and Tito. They made our stay so pleasant and we spent an amazing time with them. They were so helpful and loved to help and informed us about their daily shows and events. I would definitely come back. They made sure we were always comfortable and catered to all our needs.

A little far from the airport, but Taxi services make it simple to access. The Hotel itself and the staff were clean and friendly.
Excellent experience at Burj Al Hamam Restaurant!
The food was outstanding—authentic flavors, perfectly prepared, and absolutely delicious.
The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the service was professional and welcoming.
Special thanks to Majed Hijaz, who was extremely kind, professional, and truly helpful. He recommended some of the best dishes, and every choice was spot on.
Honestly, the restaurant...
Had a wonderful stay here. The staff is courteous and helpful, checkin was a breeze, they keep checking on you constantly, food was amazing, the buffet breakfast spread was delicious with lots of choices and there was nespresso coffee in the room which is a must when you’re traveling for work. Overall an amazing experience staying here and I would definitely choose them again. Also, the location is...
I spent three nights at the InterContinental Amman and it was amazing. The check-in was perfect, friendly and efficient. My room was upgraded due to my IHG status and it was a really nice, large 2-room suite with an extensive bathroom and a lot of amenities. Housekeeping was amazing and attentive.
The gym is well fitted, maybe a little older machines, but in general one of the best and spacious hotel...
Dear Adam,
I would like to sincerely thank you, and all the staff at Atrium Restaurant, for the warm welcome and excellent service.

Strict security checks provide a great sense of security.
We visited for a day to use the facilities and paid £50 per person including room change and a towel. Unfortunately, water and drinks aren’t included in the price and food costs an additional £25.
The swimming pool was spotless but the Dead Sea water was quite dirty and it seemed neglected. Despite this, we still enjoyed our time there.
10/10. We stayed two nights in a suite. The room was clean, smelled great, and had a very comfortable couch. Valet parking.
The spa was absolutely incredible. The Christmas tree and the little houses were a lovely touch. The best hotels in Jordan for me!
This was my first time in Jordan and my first time experiencing a Marriott in Amman. We booked three rooms for our family at Marriott, and it was a fantastic stay. We've already registered as members and will definitely choose Marriott hotels again next time.
I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. It was by far the best Marriott property I’ve ever stayed at.
Every staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming, from security and the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team.
The highlight of my stay was the dining experience. The beef sandwich and French fries were simply outstanding, the best I’ve ever had.
I would like to recommend staying here

Its a good hotel in a good location
The hotel was not worth the price. The room needs maintenance and better cleaning.
Also I left my jacket in the closet in the room, and unfortunately, they said they couldn’t find it.
not recommended.
Traffic was bad and no free amenities were provided
Towels and bed sheets was not fresh smil .body wash and shampoo was empty. Water pressure is bad.the bidet was leaking
The hotel is very nice, near to the downtown and shopping complex mall and I enjoyed the breakfast served by the hotel. The hotel room is so good and clean too. In conclusion, I will recommend others about this hotel.
It is ridiculous that we are encouraged to use your official website to receive the best service and then not provide said service. The Rotana Hotel should be better than this, given the name.

The hotel has a unique local charm and is absolutely beautiful. The service is also excellent. I've stayed at several Riu hotels on this trip, and they've all been really great! They even offer welcome chocolates, which are delicious! The only downside is the hotel's buffet dinner; it's expensive and there aren't many good options. Drinks also cost extra, so I don't recommend it.
This was my first family trip to the Dead Sea in Jordan, and as always, the Mövenpick did not disappoint. The rooms are comfortable, the surroundings are beautiful, and the garden is absolutely charming! I will definitely choose the Mövenpick again for my next visit.
Movenpick Dead Sea was one of the happiest leg in my Jordan trip. The hotel setting was so charming and quaint that one could spend the whole day relaxing within the hotel massive compound.

Luxurious hotel with wonderful staff, especially Gladys. It was a return stay for us and is totally recommended.
Amazing stay at Al Manara! Great staff, super clean. Beautiful pool area
My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. I genuinely felt like royalty throughout my entire visit. Every single staff member — from housekeeping to the restaurant team and the pool attendants — went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I have never experienced such outstanding hospitality before.
The hotel manager, Mr. Eyad, deserves special recognition for his professionalism...
Clean and suitable for families.
The service is okay, but there are delays.
We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. We stayed at Crowne Plaza Dead Sea and overall had a very pleasant experience.
The location of the hotel is beautiful. Its private beach is especially impressive — peaceful, quiet, and very relaxing. It’s a wonderful place to truly unwind and enjoy the Dead Sea.

We arrived at 6 am and we were offered a very early check-in for a small price and breakfast for a reduced price. A great start! The room had a 'sea view' which it did but it was limited. The private beach for the Dead Sea was fine but you wouldn't want to spend a lot of time there. The Lebanese restaurant on site was fine at best
The hotel is well located near the Dead Sea and has its own private Dead Sea beach which is fascinating. We enjoyed the sunset over the Dead Sea.
We also enjoyed the in room dining services and the response is very quick and the foods taste great.
During check in, the reception gave us an upgraded room and also prepared snacks and fruits in the room.
One tip is that the Dead Sea beach was closed...
The property is very large. Access to the red sea beach is difficult. Many walkways were closed...
It needs to be more convenient rather than complicated.
All staff were super friendly.
Have everything in the hotel near dead sea swimming pool kid club pool bar, bar and restaurant is very good.
Great hotel with a private beach for the Dead Sea, they also offer free mud baths for the sea. Food buffet was lovely with plenty of options. Not much to do in the area however perfect for a relaxing stay for a few nights.

Beautiful property, amazing views, and friendly service.
The food was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and professional — especially Ega from the restaurant and Maryam at reception. I would also like to highlight Star Tabarak, who works in the PlayStation area. My kids absolutely fell in love with her — she is truly magnificent, knowledgeable, and caring.
One of the most beautiful and best resorts in terms of hospitality, activities, events, cleanliness, and attention to guests. The food is also excellent. I thank all the resort staff for their excellent service.
The beachfront environment is nice, the house facilities are average, there was a party at the restaurant downstairs, it ended at nearly 12 o'clock, it was too noisy, I communicated N times but to no avail, it still ended at the same time, is it because of the local customs and habits to not accommodate other guests
Great resort, nice swimming pools (note all pools are 1.6 meter depth uniform except for kiddy pools) be prepare to walk a lot with in the property getting to pools, restaurants etc .. more specific directions to lobby will be helpful.. we came here in beginning of august and it was hot and I mean hot lots of sunscreen and fluids is a must. The staff were cheerful, the service was great, and the cleanliness was excellent. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The only minor inconvenience was having the sink in the room instead of the bathroom, which wasn't very comfortable or practical.
I had a wonderful stay at the W Amman! The staff was so nice and accommodating especially in Ramadan. The Qamar iftar buffer was fantastic!
I stayed with them for 10 days and I would definitely do it again!
Nice location and good service. Comfortable to stay
I had an all round great stay from beginning to end. Daisy and the team at the bar were great and Ali was a very attentive manager along with the rest of his team. Very old hotel, well located, the facilities need renovation. The service is far from ideal; the staff doesn't seem very keen to provide good service. On the plus side, it has two swimming pools and a gym.

This is an excellent Hotel in terms of its location and the space in the rooms. Some of the rooms have fantastic views. Because of its private beach, the mud bath experience is quite nice. Kempinski Aqaba is a good hotel, but my daughter was vomiting the entire night after eating at their Lebanese restaurant — they clearly messed with the food there.
Let’s be honest: yes, this is probably the best hotel in Jordan outside Amman. Good location, sea access, solid building. That’s the baseline.
Now the reality.
After dinner at the Lebanese restaurant, our daughter got severe food poisoning...
Everything was great. Staff were fantastic in their service especially Abdelrazik, Ghofran, Bilal and Jamaica. Each in their own way.
Everything was up to the level, however the rooms missed some key amenities for someone travelling for business
Nice and comfortable, central location, good staff
Stayed one night. Nice beach hotel. There are few tourists, probably due to the proximity of Israel. You cannot bring your own alcohol, they have it at the hotel. For comparison, a bottle of sparkling wine in a store costs 12-15 dinars, in a hotel - 60! Drink under the hotel fence). You can negotiate, but only if you take something from them. And so all is well). Breakfast is good, lots of choice....
The last hotel in Jordan, on the edge of the Red Sea, is perfect for a relaxing vacation. I really like the hotel's balcony, facing the sea, where you can watch the sunset, and there are free beer and snacks.

My stay at The St. Regis Amman was truly outstanding. The hotel impresses with its elegance, attention to detail, and a sense of refined luxury. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and exceptionally well cared for.

The spa was relaxing but felt rushed same as with having dinner the waiter kept pacing back and forth as if he had no patience.
Let me start with the good stuff first. The property is in near perfect condition and the building has gorgeous finishes. 2/3 of the restaurants were excellent and the staff was attentive. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen and the Lunch at Segreta was so good, I went back multiple times.
The food and service at Zenith restaurant was not good. Getting water became a hassle and the steak...

Conveniently located near the airport and car rental service, with a free shuttle van to the airport.
Breakfast could be improved however, as there was barely anything available.
I stayed one night on a layover and wanted to share my experience here: the room was good and clean and the hotel was reached by shuttle easily. But what stood out to me was the helpfulness of the staff, they helped me solve one particular issue for which I am very thankful! Therefore it was a great experience overall.
The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. There was a slight issue with the first room that I was assigned to. As soon as I let the front desk know, they apologized profusely, corrected the error and gave me an upgrade. Truly excellent customer service and kind people.
The rooms are good, with tv, mini fridge, proper bathroom and wifi. Also the bed was nice. However, the structure is outdated and looks old.
We went there due to a connection issue and the most scary part is that the airport will take your passport, give you a blue slip (which you will fill up at transit desk), and the hotel takes your blue slip. So at hotel you have no document. Eerie. While you...
