The hotel is excellent. Pools for children and adults, hammam, Russian couples. The food is delicious, everything was very neatly presented. The service is good, all the staff are helpful. Bed linen, clean towels. The prices are reasonable.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, the service does not match the quality. The room is cool and there is a stench from mold, we soaked them in two days. Breakfast is tasteless, tea is warm. They try to take money for each service. Learn how to service please. I am disappointed.
Alem and Alem Plus are two hotels nearby. I want to say about Alem - towels in the room do not change for 3 days. We must go to beg. To the request to change the towels on day 2 there was an answer - We do not have 5 * here! By the way, one towel per person, you want to wipe your feet, you want your hands) On day 3, the room was "removed" - all the garbage that was left before us remained. Administrators are not rude, but so technically make guests off with their requests. (by the way about 3 * - in Borovoye there is the Insar 3 * hotel, in it there are 3 towels for 1 person, large, for the face and legs And they change every day)
The restaurant in Alema is good. We had everything inclusive, the food was simple but very tasty and the portions were large. Probably if you choose from the menu, the food will be even better) The waiters are great, we were a large group, but they managed to quickly and calmly serve everyone.

The hotel is below average, but everything is old, although for such money it is acceptable, only the first line of the lake is one of the advantages. The service does not even correspond to 2 ☆☆, the calculation is like that of the grandmothers in the village.
