We stayed in a yurt, which was very comfortable and warm for November, and the breakfasts were wonderfully delicious. There are also places to walk around and explore. However, the ski slopes are quite close to the yurts, which might be a disturbance for those who want to sleep in.

The staff is amazing!!! So very helpful! They worked with us, adjusting the time for meals, adding mattresses to 'too firm' sofa beds, wonderful meals and delicious snacks. The only thing that could be improved was greater consistency with internet. We loved our time at BeFine.

Nice ski resort. Cheap but warm and polite. The slope is not steep but bumpy and interesting if you like to jump and carve. The pulling lift itself is an adventure, it is the longest I've ever seen.

Perfect little ski slope for a family outing where you can see your kids, eat within meters of their skiing slope and enjoy the view without hundreds of people.

Beautiful place both in winter and summer. I do not know winter sports so always visit this place in summer. In summer it is amazing with greenery and flowers.... And treks to walk. Treks are good and of moderate difficult.

The hotel is surprisingly (for Kazakhstan) excellent. Everything is clean, the ceilings are high, and it's warm. There are many minor issues. Some minor gripes: the water takes a long time to get hot water, and the Wi-Fi password in the left wing isn't listed. It's only available at reception. The soundproofing is poor. All the shops are closed at night. We had to hunt for food 1.5 kilometers away...

When I checked in, I was told "There is no reservation." I had printed out the voucher, so I showed it and was able to check in. The walls were thin, and I could hear noise from the next room.

A decent hotel, close to the airport. The room was fresh, clean, and cozy. There are plenty of cafes nearby. We liked the Badam cafe (a 10-minute walk from the hotel); the shashlik was delicious (we recommend trying the duck shashlik), and the prices were half those in the city center. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the airport by taxi in the evening.

Would probably do it again, good option if you're in transit and you need to catch a few hours of sleep. However, my capsule had a malfunction where all the lights went on multiple times during my stay, robbing me of that much needed sleep. Please fix that! 😅

Would definitely do it again, but strongly recommend Capslock upgrade to thicker mattresses, and issue earplugs, and (even checking in at 0130h and out at 0730h) you hear EVERYTHING! Shower room super clean & well appointed too. I stayed in the Capslock in the International terminal.

Diyar and Assyl services were great, helpful and accommodating as needed for ad-hoc stopovers. The Caps Locks were very convenient, comfortable and has everything a person would need including warm showers and clean towels - bathrooms are also few steps away. I would deft come back if needed.

Aksunkar hotel is a handy airport hotel if you are on a long transit and want somewhere to rest away from Almaty Airport. Walking distance from Terminal 1 domestic terminal. Location is great walking distance from Airport . From the outside the hotel looks like run down soviet era . Rooms are small but clean if all you need is somewhere to rest for few hours before next flight and can live without luxury then it's perfect.

Ordinary apartments in a high-rise building. I don’t know how one can call a hotel even 3 stars. These are just apartments. Different. Each has its own parameters and repairs. There is nothing special. The only plus ➕️ is that it is close to the airport and convenient for flights. There are apartments with a good repair and not so much.
