The hotel is on 4th floor. The reception area is also on 4th floor. If you come late night, just by looking on the ground floor you’ll feel that its closed as no one is there and the doors are also locked. One of the four door will be open. Go inside, take the lift to fourth floor and you’ll reach. They should mention this outside.
I arrived without any reservations and was told that all rooms are occupied. I was told to visit nearby transit hotel to check but i decided to wait there as many traveller are there for few hours and someone is always checking in or checking out. After waiting half an hour i got standard room. I paid in cash, theres no confirmation of reservation its just verbal confirmation that you booked. Wifi is slow. Overall, its good if you only want to spend the night to get some shut eye.
To initially book was challenging- via WhatsApp & replies not instantaneous; experienced gap of several days. At check-in after a long flight, was told they're overbooked & wouldnt have the 3 rooms we needed. Offered rooms at another hotel 10min away. After much discussion, they found 2 rooms for later that night. Hot water at shower was intermittent.
The room is big. The shower works well. It takes a little while for the water to get warm. The bed is decent.
Checkout time is 3pm the next day.
