Made us awake at midnight for 3 hours to sort out the Air Condition issues. Neither resisted to provide another room nor fixed the issue, which seems to be our responsibility to check the AC condition at the time of reservation.

Breakfast and location is good.

If u like to stay in a room without air conditioning then you can stay here. If u pay and take the room and ask why the air conditioning is not working they will blame us. Worst hotel you can take.

Stayed here 2 nights. Breakfast and dinner food are acceptable. Friendly and kind staff. Room is okay. The host in bathroom has a bit leaking, but still okay.

One of the most important things about hotels is the reception, and this hotel is distinguished by its helpful and friendly staff, especially Ms. Ayana, who is excellent at her work, quick and She speaks English fluently, so a special thanks to her.
The hotel is also clean, has a beautiful view, and the breakfast is delicious. There is also a bidet and a lovely café downstairs.

According to reviews in booking, the hotel had high ratings. But in reality, everything is much more modest. 1. Location near a transport hub of some kind. There are no places for walking or major attractions within walking distance. 2. The rooms have dilapidated textiles (towels with holes, sheets are mended). 3. Breakfast is very poor. No porridge. Only instant coffee. There are no fruits, water with lemon is sometimes sour. 4. The room has gel, shampoo, teeth cleaning kits, soap, bathrobes, slippers, and a safe. Water 0.5 liters is supplied only upon arrival. There is a kettle and tea bags. There are rooms for ironing linen.

A modern hotel with new rooms and stylish design. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay (robes, slippers, etc.). Excellent cleaning and service. Delicious breakfast and the ability to order food at reasonable prices. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient for a ski holiday (25 minutes to the resort).
