On the day we had an early morning departure for a tour, they prepared a separate breakfast for us, which was incredibly helpful.
Also, when the hairdryer in our room stopped working, the front desk staff immediately brought another one to our room.
All the staff were very kind, and we had a truly wonderful trip.
